And in somewhat related news, Barack Middle-finger-to-the-law Obama..

Court Strikes Down Federal Obamacare Subsidies

NBCNews.com-by Maggie Fox-13 hours ago

In a potentially lethal blow to Obamacare, a federal appeals court has ruled that the federal government may not subsidize health insurance.

-------------------------------

However Washington says eff that shit who cares if it's illegal the tax deductions and subsidies will continue. If we have to we'll just create an amendment.

That's how they'll get our social security and pensions. They'll just legalize it with an amendment.

You did see that Detroit retirees folded and gave in to the cuts, right?

Anyways, this obamacare ruling might effect over 100,000 people in Illinois.

"Let the witch hunting begin."

You work for an utterly corrupt city hall, in a city that has wasted hundreds of thousands, even millions of dollars doing its level best to keep its citizens defenseless; nevertheless, its crime rate is amongst the highest in the nation. Your mayor is a close associate of the most secretive, most dishonest President anyone can remember. You think the hot tar from Louis Lerner's hard drives isn't spattering all over you?

Why should you be trusted? Why shouldn't people automatically assume that if you're hiding something, you must be doing something wrong?

Why shouldn't they work on the principle of Guilt by Association?

You make generalizations when you work with people on the street. Of course you profile; you'd be bloody (as in full of holes) fools not to.

It doesn't matter whether you, personally, are honest or not. You are working in a regime where people would be bloody fools to trust anybody on the city payroll. People are natural profilers, and nationwide they are learning badges cannot be trusted.

There is nothing you can do to stop that except to be as open and honest as you'd like any suspect to be.

The young officers should take a long and critical look into their futures and ask themselves if it is in their own self interest to act as a "hard charger" for a department, its' supervisors, the citizens and a city that will throw them away without a second thought.
Remember that your spouses, children, family, friends and some "good" people are depending on you to get to the end of the day, every day. The beast exists to destroy you and all you work abd stand for.
Make no mistake: the beast is not only on the street but at HQ, city hall, the courts, Springfield, the DOJ and the White House. Respond accordingly.

Why list officers with 5 or more complaints? Why not list officers with 2 or more complaints? You see the threshold number is 5 complaints in so many yrs so any officer with more is obviously acting outside the boundaries of acceptable police conduct, thus opening yourself up to civil litigation. This letter should be the eulogy for the Chicago Police Department. Remember you can't get sued or fired for just answering the radio, giving an rd# and sitting in the car. Like in the movie " never get out of the boat, never get out of the boat" ...... Well this marks the end to police work as we know it. Don't be the test case for this new policy of alleged transparency, where baseless complaints now subject you to civil liability. Remember just " survive and escape".........

OT If anyones children uses the swings and new equipment at brooks park I would be very careful about it. Last week the contractor was called after an oil type substance was pooled and leaking into the alley. Right now they threw sand on it and all along the fence to contain it. One of the park employees said they were told it was an old oil tank in the ground from the previous building and they had hit a line. No hazmat here I guess when the city owns the property. Its terrible when we the taxpayer probably spent in excess of 100,000 dollars and it is worse then before but the terrible thing about it is they are still letting kids play there.

Do You Trust the Police? New Citywide Survey Wants to Know

CHICAGO — About a month after my car got broken into, Chicago Police Supt. Garry McCarthy sent me a nice note asking me to rate the officer who took the report.

“Dear Chicagoan,” he wrote, “Our records indicate that you recently had contact with a Chicago police officer, in the context of a reported crime incident or traffic crash. … We have established a new method for you to provide feedback about our performance during this encounter … an independent survey."

>Snicker!<

What up fools?
Do you guys even have enough
intuition and discernment to see
this madness for what it is?

This is one big "Fuck Da Po-leece" and it's coming DIRECTLY from the mayors office.

The release of this information has been in and out of the courts in one way or another for years.

The city is all in... "Fuck you Officer! If you feel so defamed tarnished and sullied by this then by all means have your bargaining unit sue on your behalf."

FOP is eerily quiet and seemingly sitting on their hands awfully hard since the new regime was voted in.

They're taking a page out of Rahm's playbook by the blanket refusal to give a straight answer to member inquiries.

Curiouser and curiouser this thing is getting...

But back to you tough guy hard chargers...

"You dogs don't have any pride!"

History is chock full of the proud made to senselessly gnaw the sod. >Rhetorical Flourish<

"They were awfully proud. But..."

"You swore an oath!"

So did Rahm Emanuel and Garry McCarthy...

Funny... Nary a single downwardly angled ass, living or dead is saying a word to them about THEIR oaths. But the frontline Policeman endures PLENTEOUS shit talk about an "oath" here at ground level.

For doing your job and rubbing up against bad, hard head, mind-locked "fuck a contract with society" m/fers, this is the great potential harm a lot of GOOD POLICEMEN are going to intentionally be exposed to?

This really isn't about exposing "the bad actors" to the sunlight.

This is about intentionally destroying any semblance of proactive public safety in Chicago.

What's being done here is being watched. EVERYWHERE...

Boy am I lucky. I won't be on that list. I have had an inside job job since 1995 and I am retiring in January.

I have not arrested anyone since 2000 while working special in the old Ida B. Wells Projects. And that was purely by accident. Damn fool M&M looking albino M1 walked around a corner and his stolen five shot fell out of his saggy droopy pants right in front of me while were was talking to an inspector while at IIT. The inspector caght us in the 7-11 recuperating and we were outside talking to this him whem M&M walked by.

This knuclehead ruined my night cause he had dope on him and confessed to the hair gel partner I was stuck with that he was driving a hot car. To top it off all the Tact cars in 21 were detailed out of the district and every car in the deuce and 21 was down on a job except a wagon 272 and those guys said they only provided transport and they didnt do paper. I couldn't give the job away. So Hair Gel had an orgasm and I had a coronary because I wasted a herbal manhood supplementation pill. I had plans for that day and those plans were ruined.

So I stopped working special and started working the Film Unit gig. Say what you want about having juice. It sure is nice and its good for you.
