Even Holder couldn't find anything to railroad the cop on - and you know he tried:
- The Justice Department is taking the final steps toward closing the politically charged investigation into the shooting death of an unarmed black teenager in Ferguson, Mo., and clearing the white police officer involved of civil rights charges.
Federal prosecutors have begun work on a legal memo recommending no civil rights charges against the officer, Darren Wilson, law enforcement officials said.
That would close the case in the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown. An investigation by the F.B.I., which is complete, found no evidence to support the charges against the officer, the officials said.
Of course, Ferguson is still a burned-to-the-ground shithole, Officer Wilson is now ex-officer Wilson and likely won't be finding law enforcement work any time soon, and there's probably a civil suit in the works that will take up a bunch more time and money.

OT , Is there a law in Indian that requirers the police to show three forms of ID when they are arresting someone, or just on a stop. I just saw a video of a former UFC fighter refuse to pull over on a traffic stop, go 2 to 3 miles not stopping, then get out of his vehicle, approach officers, refuse a lawful order of turn around, still refuse to cooperate, and in the whole time tell officers to show him 3 forms of Police ID to show who the cops are. All said officers were in full UNIFORM.
Does anyone know if it is true if cops in Indiana need to show 3 forms of ID while trying to do their job? I googled it but could not find anything. Seems like a big safety issue to me.

Believe it or not try the HARP program, contact your current lender and ask them if they are affiliated. Mine wasn't but I was able to refi through Quicken loans, my interest is 3.75 for a 15 years. Not a bad program in my opinion.

False, in Indiana you have to either be in uniform or a marked car to do a traffic stop/arrest, or have a marked car/uniformed officer respond to the stop. This is a result of some police impersonator stopping a female and sexually assaulting her a number of years ago and a do gooder in the legislature writing new law. It's not a big deal, we live with it and life goes on. No requirement that an officer in uniform show an ID, let alone 3, before taking enforcement action. Typical jailhouse lawyer that got the 50,000 volts he deserved.
Now Matteson Illinois just announced they are cash strapped laying off 1/2 yes 1/2 of their police force! Think crime will increase? Guess they cannot stop giving out freebies to welfare and illegal scum!

Not cut out for it? Goes to a robbery call, gets a description of an offender, finds the guy, attempts to arrest the big jagoff, the arrest is resisted and PO Wilson uses deadly force. If I am not mistaken at 10 years on one is vested with a minimal pension and you have to wait until age 55 to collect or something like that or one can withdraw the contributions and invest in an IRA. He would have gotten a partial pension with 18 years when he turned 50. Pension partially vests at 10 years. He was getting acting jobs in movies and on TV shows and was doing much better than on the CPD so he left. I'd run after him if I had the chance.

Screw Coyne. I went to them several years ago and he told me I couldn't afford to buy a house and I should keep renting. Got a mortgae from someone else sold that house in less then three years and made $100k. Bought a second house in a great neighborhood with that equity and very happy. If I listened to Coyne I'd still be in my Mom's basement. Shop around. Tell the broker you're shopping around and make them compete for the best rate and ask lots of questions. Especially regarding closing costs, points and the exact terms of the mortgage.

OT , Is there a law in Indian that requirers the police to show three forms of ID when they are arresting someone, or just on a stop. I just saw a video of a former UFC fighter refuse to pull over on a traffic stop, go 2 to 3 miles not stopping, then get out of his vehicle, approach officers, refuse a lawful order of turn around, still refuse to cooperate, and in the whole time tell officers to show him 3 forms of Police ID to show who the cops are. All said officers were in full UNIFORM.
Does anyone know if it is true if cops in Indiana need to show 3 forms of ID while trying to do their job? I googled it but could not find anything. Seems like a big safety issue to me.
