Prayers Needed
- Few things say as much about a neighborhood as how it responds to the misfortune of one of its own.
Here's why the Southwest Side (and in this instance, the Clearing neighborhood especially) has always been and remains one of the best parts of Chicago.
On short notice, well over 100 men, women and children filled pews at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 9 at St. Rene Goupil Church--all to pray for Matt Bragiel, a neighborhood teen and graduate of St. Rene School, currently fighting a tough battle with cancer.
Prayers cost you nothing but a few minutes. There's a fundraising page if you are so inclined.
