More Corruption?
Oh wait, this is just same old corruption, but with some specifics known now:
- The U.S. attorney’s office in Chicago has announced an indictment in what it describes as an ongoing investigation of the Cook County Circuit Court Clerk’s office.
A Friday prosecutors’ statement says Sivasubramani Rajaram is accused of lying to a grand jury investigating “possible criminal violations in connection with the purchasing of jobs and promotions within” the clerk’s office.
It says the 48-year-old Glenview man loaned $15,000 in 2014 to Goat Masters Corporation, whose president was the husband of the Cook County Circuit Court Clerk Dorothy Brown. The following month, Rajaram was hired by the clerk’s office.
These types of indictments are usually a slam-dunk on the part of the feds - they have tape or documents or other sworn testimony to impeach a Grand Jury statement.
Do we see pressure to get a plea and more testimony? Sounds like Dorothy's days are numbered.

They're all fucking thieves. All budgets and manpower should be cut by 20%. Forced to make due with less.
I have a friend who works in thaw Clerk's office. He says that what goes on there would blow your mind. It's all coming to a head, and he says there are a lot of people there who are very nervous.
Everything or one that you touch at city or county level seem to be corrupt and for sale. Outside of that, the City and/or County are such nice places to live and raise a family.
How can someone so religious like Dorothy be so corrupt?

WTF is a "Goat Masters Corporation?" You can call them and have goats delivered or something? Great, something else running around that will bump you on your a__ if you don't watch your back.

"Court documents offer no explanation of Goat Masters Corporation, including what line of business it might have been involved in. Online state records say only that it was incorporated in Chicago in June 2014, that Cook is its corporate agent, and that the company was "involuntarily" dissolved only days ago."

What a town, huh?
And...did he move into the city in that 30-day period? Hmmmm.
It is about time that Dorothy Brown and her husband are investigated. The clerk's office is a mess and ripe with patronage. Brown and her husband were also the receivers of a lot of money under former Gov. Quinns 50 million anti gang initiative under which most of the money went to pay and benefits to the political class. The real shame of all of this is the democratic party continued to support and endorse Brown when they knew of the waste and corruption all along. They only backed down because they are now afraid that with indictments they would lose the office. So what do they do? Sponsor a yes-person alderperson for the jog. Just to keep the waste and patronage on-going.
She gone !
HA! HA! Typical Crook County!
Finally the Feds have awakened!
Next is the Chicago City Council, I will bet that an Alderman will get indicted in 2016!
I will bet you five bucks that Dorothy can't spell dude's first name.
Charge the small goat master to make him flip on the big goat master.
"But he said he was questioned for hours by detectives after the shooting and, seven months later, hasn't gotten his Springfield Armory .45 back from authorities."
Why did the Detectives confiscate the Gun in the 1st Place?
Any you Gumshoes involved in the case care to comment?
oh dorothy, maybe you can click your heels and go back to kansas.
or maybe the flying monkeys can
the south side and west side will still vote for dorothy brown!
And...did he move into the city in that 30-day period? Hmmmm.

It's a county job. You just need to live in the county.
Isn't all this about time?
Where are all the other cases?
Next case (and hurry up about it).
When does an indictment come for Joe Berrios's office?
So she will get a year and her old man will get a year.. He will go first so she can watch the kids and then she'll go after!
Isn't that how they do it for politicians?
Goat Master: one who fornicates with goats...per urban dictionary dot com...ewww.
I thought the goat master was that mexican joint on 106th right by the Skyway?
Dorothy,
We're hanging out with evil people. Even the cowardly lion J-FLED agrees.
Let's get our asses back to a nice suburb of Wichita.
WOOF-WOOF!
I recently had to get a copy of my marriage license (cook county) for insurance. I had to pay cash for the document. All licenses required cash only. Seemed fishy to me and that would add up to lots of cash floating around unaccounted for. How would anyone know how many licenses you printed in a given day? Where does the cash go? It seems that a government business would Not take cash and only take credit cards or checks for accounting purposes.

How about it?!?!! This guy blatantly hires family members, breaks all the rules, and nothing ever happens.
It will all get swept under the rug.. The City and the Feds are looking to bag CPD not politicians or CEO of the CPS..
The Feds looking into Cook county politics is long over due.
The FBI and the US Attorney should have a permanent ongoing investigation of Chicago, CPD, CFD and all its departments that never closes. The city knows they open an investigation into Chicago's corruption every few years and as soon as the latest investigation is concluded it business as usual in the Crooked City.
Hope the federal bus is fueled and ready, pull up to city hall (better get cta to add more buses), load them up, put in bullpens the feds will be really busy we would be glad to assist them!

Yep, same with me. I had twins (or my wife had them LOL). Cash only. Someone is helping themselves.
A week ago I went with a family friend to landlord/tenant court. He filed for an eviction and they took credit cards but there is a huge 3% credit card convenience fee so most people opt to pay cash.
nd...did he move into the city in that 30-day period? Hmmmm.

The cook county residency rule is a complete joke and not enforced. I don't know for certain if it applies to sheriff deputies but I know a few that live in dupage. I was at a kids birthday party last year and overhead a group of women who worked for the clerks office discussing how unimportant the rule was when one mentioned her new home being outside the county. All 4 of these women were violating this rule with the exception of one because she said she was out there before the rule went into effect. What a joke. And we have to pay up the ass to live in a shithole! Apparently john daley doesn't give a shit as much as his brother did when it came to us being residents.

Lets not forget that Berrios is the chairman of the cook county dem organization. He was endorsed by Preckwinkle and all of the other dems, as was Brown, until she became a liability. The dems do not want to lose control of the jobs in the Clerks office. But, I can tell you as a person who visits many county court clerk offices,, Cook County is the worst by far. It is run by idiots. Many good people work there however. They are still using technology from 1980 and also paper and pencils. It is a mess, but a mess by design because many more employees then would be normally required have to work there because everything is labor intensive. Funny, nothing every done criminally by the cook county prosecutor of the state prosecutor. Wonder why?

At the end of the day they take all of the cash they took in and throw it up in the air. Anything that sticks to the ceiling gets forwarded to the County Treasurer.
Where is all the salt , no salt trucks on side streets in the 19th ward .
Best service was with Jane Byrne , Harold Washington and Richard Daley .
Service has slipped during the last 5 winters .
Who monitors GPS on those trucks ?
Goofballs in here think Downtown Dorothy Brown is the Cook County Clerk, and not the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
