Parking Ban Totals?
- Chicago's overnight winter parking ban went into effect at 3 a.m. Tuesday. Several unhappy drivers had to visit the impound lot after their vehicles were towed overnight.
"They're telling me I need to get something notarized. Nothing is open right now. I need to get the car back as soon as possible. I have the right forms. I don't know what the deal is," a frustrated driver said Tuesday.
The ban will be enforced nightly from 3-7 a.m. from Dec. 1, 2015, to April 1, 2016, whether it snows or not.
No word on the totals this year. Figure about 100 cars though.

The Fuckitorium on lower Wacker will not release your car unless its registered to you,If your friend lets you drive their car and it gets towed you need a Power of Attorney letter stating they allowed you to drive it,The reason more late fees the City can make,As a PO in 018 this makes me sick,I never back up tow truck drivers with their Illegal tows.

This mutt with the school threats, how much free college money are we giving him? Maybe we need a law or rule that states if you are charged with threatening a public institution or person your free grant money should be suspended and if convicted they should be expelled from the institution as long as it's a public institution of course.
