Illinois is a fuckin' joke.
Amazing. He bankrupted the PBPA, they barely got any money back except via a few properties the courts were able to seize, he gets 12 years and he's out in under four. How much of the stolen million-plus does he still have hidden? Crime really does pay sometimes.

the guy didn't even lose his house.he must have paid for the lawyer with the money he stole I guess.
Speaking of stealing, SCC...
Wondering how the lead characters at
Davis-Vanecko Realty are doing after
"loaning" Crime King Shorty some $60
to $80 Million in Police Pension money
to help grease the skids for Chicago's
2016 No-lympic bid?
We all know had Chicago gotten the bid,
U.S. Bureau of Printing & Engraving
would've had to run new issue $100K
Gold Certificates just to keep enough
regular foldin' money in circulation.
Members of Daley Inc. would be swaggering
around with architect portfolios stuffed
full of uncut sheets of the damned things.
Yeah...
Steal a Million.
Would he have gotten much more time if he killed someone along the way?
its true according to IDOC inmate search parole date was Jan 26, 2016. wow!!!
He probably gambled it all away Just saying
Crime pays especially in Illinois.
$300,000.00 per year? Is that the going rate for incarceration?
No wonder why so many petty crooks are walking around?
John is the only probationary police office to be arrested and convicted of misdemeanor vote fraud and not get fired he received a six month suspension while on probation. Now he does three years for stealing a million dollars from the sergeants association. I guaranty he gets a nice job making good money. The true meaning of Polish Prince.
And yet there are still some trying to defend this POS saying he was a good guy. A great big FU to this jag off and all who still think he's a good guy
Someone said his sentence was reduced to 8
Who is he staying with and where is he working?
Will he be joining Eddie Hicks in Costa Rica?
Now, kees me you fool!!!!
you left out the union is hoping to create either a spot on the board--or hire him back as a consultant for leveraging the most at the greatest cost to others....not that they arent trying to reap personal gain and glory ---they just want more.
The average felon serves only about 1/4 of his sentence as hard time. At the end of that fraction, he is free on "work release" or some other non-custodial joke. This let's DOC keep the "prisoner" on the books (e.g. DOC web site) as someone who appears to be locked up, when in fact he isn't.
This is actually an improvement over Potato Head's administration, when convicts were doing so little actual time (60 day turnaround on a 4 year sentence), that the law was changed so that inmates had to actually serve 60 days before getting released.
With Rauner sounding more and more like a Democrat in his state of the state message, I suppose it's only a matter of time before things get that bad again. Never mind all the money the state is actually saving by keeping these career criminals off the street.
The media are too stupid/corrupt to mention any of this.
He'll be back at the casinos by this weekend.
I hope this crook is NOT collecting a Police Pension!
Can anyone verify?
Follow him to the pot of gold, I'm sure theres a politician or two at the end of that rainbow.
We need new laws stating that a convicted felon has to do 85 % of his or her sentence. The parol board has more authority than the judge apparently
Call the new law the Prekwinkle law!
Be sure to thank the not so honorable Judge Diane Cannon for her generous resentencing the next time you are in her court.
The problem was that we trusted one of our own with the money. He then conspired with another who then became his wife. Thus she could not testify against him. Both lived well even though she was sick. He hid this money well while stealing and spending. I bet John will live good with hidden money. 3 years and out. Hey Aide make sure you invite him to the Sergeants corned beef dinner. Maybe he can show you guys how he did it.
The clown is hooked up big time with the Democrat party. Lots of the money he stold went into their pockets via fundraisers. The machine tried very hard to let this guy walk. Thankfully a few Sgt's smelled what was up and wouldn't drop it. This goof is one of the biggest examples of what a joke Chicago and Cook Cty is!!!!!!
I think white color crime is a class thing. Judges and court officers are often lawyers, and lawyers are the kind of people who get involved in embezzlement type stuff, not shootouts. So class interest, they do not punish this sort of thing as much as they should.
John Pallohusky is one of those guys who has all of the bases covered. He didn't spend all of the money he stole. I am sure this scammer has that money somewhere. I also wonder if he had other people in on it? To think that the sgt union had no financial controls what so ever is suspicious on its surface. In my church a member scammed various people out of 4 million dollars. He was given 15 years. He was out in four years and he now lives like a king. A white collar criminal is just as dangerous and just as bad as a violent criminal.
I was always baffled by what this guy did. How did he expect NOT to get caught.
It almost seems worth it. If someone were to offer me $1 million dollars with the catch that I'd have to do 3.5 years in a Club Fed type of minimum security prison I'd have to give it some consideration.
That's like earning $300K a year while locked up in a Club Fed type minimum security prison...
Illinois should be sillinois
Wow kissing bandit brought up a blast from the past Eddie Hicks. A Chicago fugitive living nicely in Costa Rica while his comrade's are doing thirty years in the penitentiary. Some people think ahead, way ahead.
Vegas Baby!!!!!!

He lost it.
HOWEVER, he married/scammed the treasurer of the Sergeant's Union; Mary O'Toole.
She died of cancer and now the SCUMBAG gets a widows pension.
I watch this blog even though don't live there but am fascinated at all the theft and corruption and disdain for hard working chicago police officers this puzzles me:

Why are your federal authorities not investigating who gave away your hard earned pension money to this crooked family? Who on your pension board allowed this felony theft? Why are the pension board members that did this not terminated or indicted? Did they get a Chicago way payoff also? The daley family is so full of corruption when Donald trump takes office lets hope people here turn his eye to have his justice department due a forensic audit of the officials from elected to your pension board. CPD officers will be busy hope you have enough handcuffs to throw these thieves away for a longtime, watch how flush with pension cash Chicago will have after these are put away! May God bless officers everywhere!
Is he still driving his ratty 1986 Buick Park Avenue? and his pimp daddy eye glasses?

You are a moron. Where the fuck did you get that from? The union, all sgts and everyone except for a retired nut hate this pos. NO ONE is trying to get him back in the union in any way. Don't post stuff that you have no fucking clue what you are talking about, asshat.

What do you mean "crime pays sometimes"? In Illinois it pays every damn day.
He got early makes one wonder, what did he trade??
and the treasurers life insurance as well as his pension that I do not believe has been taken....
Thank god he's out. terrible miscarriage of justice. Probation was more appropriate
That prick Kirschner defended Pallohusky all the way to the end. What do you think?
Pallohusky was one of Fat Phil's guys
Did he ever pay all the money back?
Remember he took his first pinch for stealing votes but somehow got back on the job so he could get his meritorious promotion and steal over a million dollars from the Sgts association
Remember it's all legit maybe Fat Phil and his crew can find this thief a good job probably working for Fat Phil
1/27/2016 01:20:00 PM
You know who else was a fat Phil guy? Esposito. The dic who was operating an unlicensed parking service for all the downtown nightclubs and tried scamming his way out of it. And so was Salemmi. The merit boss who protected the mayors nephew in the Koschman case and who nominated fattys son for Merit Lt. And so was Andrews. The 'mommy and daddy bought me' boss who protected the mayors nephew in the Koschman case and who had juicy dirt on fatty. And so was Grau. And so was Gilger. All tied into Koschman case. And then some.
Some people used to say fat Phil was a poor judge of character. No he wasn't. He was an excellent judge of character. He always chose to surround himself with yes men and those who he could manipulate into doing what he wanted and those who would feed his ego. Fatty was always for Fatty.
...............................
So true. Fill perfected his charm and humor to use cops to get them to do what he wanted. Yes there may be something in it for the cop, but only if there is more in it for Fill.
