Anyone want to bet on how many crimes these types are committing?
- [Officers] arrested subject Watson, Jerome DOB 9/3/7*. about two weeks ago. Jerome has 38 prior arrests including numerous felonies. Criminal history stated Jerome is a registered violent murderer in a moving status. Gang alert stated Mickey Cobra. Jerome had a Cook County Sheriff Electronic Monitoring Bracelet on his right ankle. He stated is was placed on him for a another recent charge of burglary and he already served the mandatory probation for the murder charge. [T]he Sheriff's E.M. unit [...] response was shocking to say the least. They informed they were NOT going immediately charge him for violating his EM conditions and if he bonded out on the new charge they would "catch up with him later." They informed us Jerome was basically a needle in a hay stack and they have thousands of such cases. Is this nuts or what.
This is what Dart is letting run around Cook County - multiple felony arrestees, all because Prickwrinkle wants him to empty the jail, and woe is the unarmed citizen who runs across this piece of shit climbing in their window one night.

Not surprising. They changed the point system for Juveniles. Juveniles who have a electronic monitoring braclet and get caught with a new offense very rarely get detained anymore. They go back home with a court date per cook county. If I was the victim of a crime from a juvenile on Electronic monitoring that was not held I would sue the $hit out of Dart, Preckwinkle, and Cook county.
Unpublicized, but Dart has closed Division One, the original jail, at County. How this political hack remains in office is a mystery. Just another sleazy, politicallly connected hack with zero knowledge of law enforcement or jail. A real democRAT
If Dart and Prepwincle are reelected, there is no hope for Cook County, add Kim Fox to that list too.

Are the detectives asking Dart for a list of all the EM Cuffs at the murder scenes?
How many of these low risks to society are ending up at the hospital or the Morgue?

The High Sheriff has his marching orders from higher up. There is great racial imbalance in the jail population, and it must be corrected. If a few bad actors have to be let go in order to achieve racial balance than so be it. Slavery was, and is, an awful terrible thing.

Why doesn't this come as a surprise. We've heard for years about Dart's antic's as Sheriff. We've listened to him constantly whine about the number of mentally ill inmates, we've heard about the jail's refusal to accept aliens awaiting deportation, we've read the articles about his chumming it up with work release inmates in Harvey and Dolton. We've seen him inject himself into the quarry controversy in Robbins. We've heard him on the radio boasting of screwing with sheriff's police by assigning them to the far reaches of the county so they're as far away from their homes as possible. How about those excavations looking for more Gacy victims, the puppy mills, the whore rescue programs, the optional housing choices for he/she's at the jail? The lawsuits against Craig's list, the refusal to enforce evictions, the hiring of Fox New's Mike Flannery's tree hugging son as a "director of policy" (whatever the hell that is), the tossled hair (or toupee), the Mt. Carmel fleece and on and on. His running of the sheriff's office makes one think of the woman who kept a chimpanzee as a pet, allowing it to sleep in her bed until one day it devoured her face. Was anyone surprised? Has this man had one inkling of law enforcement experience, ridden in a squad car, made an arrest, fought with an arrestee, known what it's like to answer a domestic? I think not. Rather, he knows when to get his picture taken, known when to guest panel on a Sunday talk show and knows how to complain about how shitty the inmates at the jail have it without any consideration for his front line employees who have to deal with these people on a daily basis when they're mostly understaffed. So does any of this come as a surprise. Not to me it doesn't.

It's unfortunate at its a Cook Co. Hospital (a.k.a. St Roger's) psychiatrist that tried to adjust the wavelength reception of Dart's aluminum colander and recalibrate the electrodes. It's appears his monitoring device is out of sync with reality.

Assuming the *best case* scenario, that 'mr' Watson was born in 1970 and his first arrest was at 18, his 38 arrests in 28 'adult' years average out to One Arrest Every 38.4 Weeks, or 8.8 Months. So even if he's found not guilty of each -- which is pretty hard to believe -- he pretty much finalizes one arrest & court procedure, when he's arrested for his next crime. And the circle continues.

Not enough, not enough by far. If the system won't do their jobs and hold them in prison to reduce the threat to the innocent and law-abiding, the next best thing is for them kill each other off. The system knows many of us think this way, and they want to reduce our antipathy and callousness by trying to force us to be unarmed, by abrogating our Second Amendment right. That way we too are helpless victims of these animals, not just them of each other, and the system thinks that by spreading the risk and misery, they will force us to "other solutions", such as more wealth redistribution and other leftist "solutions".

Same thing happens at Juvenile court there is no control there on accountability Judges have been letting violent crime teen offenders with gun cases and robberies etc...etc...on probation or just let them go with no reform or time served, it's disgusting and disgraceful that citizens on the streets can not live in a safe and peaceful environment because of the stupidity within out justice system!

That story is fucked up and if true, the judge is at fault there. Put this on him and him or her alone. The fact is there are many black and brown people in jail for bullshit like weed cases, child support, a woman lied on them. I will also agree that gangs are using young hitters to murder, and that if caught they should be charged as adults. But to say that all black and brown men got 30 fucking felonies is bullshit. Especially when cops know for a fact who really get away with drug cases (traders and bankers) and felony DUI cases (most white men, especially white women) and they NEVER go to jail for that. The main reason he is Sheriff is that the 19th Ward wanted to keep the CCSO under their control when Sheahan retired. He did not announce his retirement until the Cook Co Demorats were ready to announce their slate. He named Dart as his successor before other committeemen could field a candidate.
Dart's latest illusion of grandeur is to try and dissolve the CPD and over 100 suburban departments into a "Metro Police Dept." similar to Las Vegas or Indianapolis. He would need the legislature's approval (where he previously served) and of course he wants to be its first leader. It would be a longshot but he could get an unusual coalition of BLM & taxpayer groups to see that agency as a way to end "racist police" and at the,same time save money.
The only way to stop clowns like him & Madigan, Rham, and Prickwrinkle is to Register & Vote!

I remember the jail was over 13000 inmates in 2002. My buddies at the jail have been telling me Dart is placing numerous violent felons on house arrest. He
placed 2367 inmates on EM just in 2015. Back in 2002 we placed under 300 on EM and even some of them were questionable. Dart is completely nuts.
Remember Hake mole for operation graylord. He worked for Dart until last year, director of IAD. He took a 34,000 pay cut to go back to ASA. He has told people Tom Dart is certified insane and he couldn't take working for him one more day.

Read an article today that stated Attorney General Loretta Lynch said before congress the Cook County Sheriff is the top violator in the entire country of releasing criminal illegals wanted by ICE. They just had a riot last the jail las night, numerous hospitalized. Dart has half the inmates Sheahan had and can't control them while the guards remain fetal. Sound familiar CPD?
Same problem with Juvenile warrants for probation. warrants issued by Cook County on Thursdays are not being entered into the system until Mondays. This has been occurring for the last month. Juveniles who have monitoring bracelets on and cut them off are free to go due to no one working the Juvenile EM Unit at Cook County on the weekends.
Did you ever notice how Dart has never been the subject of a John Kass article?

Latest thing for those that don't know, there is no Chief of Police of the Cook County Sheriffs Police. Dart assumed that position for himself. Some seriously heavy clouted pooches directly under him run day to day activities. Stellar employees-okay that was a lie!
Headquarters has been revamped with additional security doors to slow down access to Dart.
