No not LT, I thought we had no quotas? Also was told that on Saturday the captain addressed roll call saying isr cards are down and that beat cars are going to start being called out for their lack of doing them. Anyone else have this going on in other districts?

Here's the deal for the uninformed: a complaint will always be signed in duplicate before any police action taken. No more acting as a bouncer for saloons, restaurants, stores etc. Ask the offending party if they will comply with callers, or complainants requests, if not, take no further action in the absence of a signed complaint. No complaint? Walk out the door and give appropriate code. I give this direction at every roll call hoping it will sink in and stop this nonsense.

If you get a "heads up" that a Lt, Capt, or higher up will be addressing roll calls in regards to lack of ISR's, you need to be prepared. Go on amazon and buy one of those miniature cameras or turn on your phone's camera and record his/her rant. Create a BS you tube account thru a non traceable server and post it. Make the headline's along the lines of " Police being threatened to stop more minorities because of CPD/aclu agreement.
Screw these gold stars and their stats. They made the agreement with the aclu not us blue shirts.
For these reasons voters with common sense must cross over at the primary election and ask for a democratic ballot. Vote for Bernie Sanders just to keep Clinton out. To whom posted wanting a list of "bad" judges: you need to give a little more. Each judge in criminal court have thousands of cases on their docket each year, and that doesnt include countywide judges. And what or whose guidlines should SCC use? Your guidelines you have listed? Well, in that case, every single judge would be on your list. State law also says it's up to the individual voter to educate themselves on judicial retention candidates...it's not up to any organization or SCC who is busy enough providing us with btwn 3 to 5 threads nightly!

These judges have all made specific rulingsfinding police officers not credible. And have done so on several cases. Howard does it on a daily basis.

Vote NO for the retention of all judges. The good ones will not be hurt by this and if the BAR Association is really trying to get rid of a particular judge, then you will have helped their cause. A note to all the POs who get scared of the bosses and write the ISRs. If you think that nothing will happen because you wrote 1 last wk or a couple last month and you've heard nothing as a result, well don't forget its going to take a year or more for the blow back. The ACLU has got to justify this one way or the other. It will take time. DON'T be the test case. Officers let the Sgts,Lts and Commanders show you the way by writing the ISRs themselves.
Anyone who tells you that you need to be doing ISRs tell them "I patroled my area and saw many questionable people but I had no justifiable probable cause to approach them and violate their rights." That is what the ACLU wants. And you can't say you are not doing your job.
Cmdr EK and Lt BF coming soon to your district to run it into the ground. Or become one of their drinking buddies/ ass kissers and work 4 hours a day.
