Dean Counters

  • The president of the largest Chicago police union on Thursday blasted a new report that recommends broad reforms within the department, calling the report one-sided and unfair to officers.

Dean Angelo Sr., president of the Fraternal Order of Police, said he thinks members of Mayor Rahm Emanuel's hand-picked Police Accountability Task Force made up their minds about police before studying the issues. The report, written in occasionally scalding language, cites statistics and historic events as it calls out the department for alleged racial bias and indifference to the problems of residents.

[...] "I believe they had an agenda or a built-in bias going in," Angelo said. "And I don't see the need to do that when the Department of Justice are the subject matter experts, not the task force.
    "
"subject matter experts"? Was that a zinger thrown in at new supernintendo Eddie Johnson, the crooked lieutenants test and the largish number of Subject Matter Experts who have sexual relationships with a sizable portion of the "top score" promotees? If so, nice one Deano!
  • The report, which encourages the dismantling and replacement of the city's police oversight agency, focuses heavily on changes that could be made to union contracts. Those suggested changes include allowing anonymous complaints against officers and removing the right of police to amend their statements after reviewing video or audio recordings during the investigative process, according to the report.
Aha, here we go. Let's strip away contract protections. You know, those things that guarantee officers due process and Rights and protections to politically charged prosecutions, and make it so difficult to railroad cops for political reasons.

In this second article Dean points out that you haven't seen the worst of the ACLU effect yet:
  • A “biased” report that portrays the Chicago Police Department as racist will cause already low police morale to take another nosedive, the police union president said Thursday.

Dean Angelo, president of the Fraternal Order of Police, also ruled out immediate changes to a collective bargaining agreement that a mayoral task force says turns a “code of silence into official policy.”
Yeah, smart move there Dean, as you'd be out of office by the close of business the following day and the FOP would be disbanded by the following week.

He also counters the Task Force's blaming the Collective Bargaining Agreement:
  • On Thursday, Angelo made it clear that changes to the disciplinary process won’t come without a fight. He dismissed anonymous complaints as “generally baseless.”

“Our contract protects all of our members and secures just cause in the process of discipline and separation and any other type of internal or external allegations. Those protections are there because of abuse that has occurred in the past discipline-wise,” he said.

“Affidavits are there to protect officers from unfounded or just arbitrary allegations. If you and I are working in a gang-infested area and we’re constantly locking people up for narcotics and guns and confiscating money, their way to get back at you is to complain. If you don’t have a process in place where you have to identify yourself and actively participate in allegations you’re making against an officer, you could just speed-dial complaint after complaint to IPRA. You could complain nonstop.”

As for the rule giving officers 24 hours before they have to give a statement about a shooting, Angelo said it’s not unusual. He noted the federal government has a 72-hour time-out for officers involved in shootings. Other big-city police departments have a 48-hour waiting period.
And giving credit where credit is due, Dean even addressed the elephant in the room:
  • “If you look at crimes and murders, gun, narcotics and homicide arrests ward by ward, the top 10 wards in the city are over 80 percent African-American. That’s where the officers are assigned and that’s where more contact occurs. Officers aren’t responding to neighborhoods of color. They’re responding to neighborhoods of crime.”
So when the Department of Justice concludes that the CPD deployment into areas where the violent crime is centralized is found to be sound policing, are the men and women of the CPD going to get an apology from these jagoffs painting us all with the broad brush of "racist!"?

There was a time when the "blue flu" would strike the city or a "ticket blitz" would overload the system. Now it is being "fetal". The city and its citizens will pay dearly for overly bashing the CPD/officers. Sadly there is no turning back. Crime will escalate and homicides will pile up. Aside from answering calls, proactive policing is dead in Chicago. And the cancer that started it all was Rahm and his backroom deal to pay off a non-existent family, suddenly coming out of the woodwork, and a failure to discipline and maybe fire a cop, in an effort to get re-elected. But it is all the fault of the CPD, not.

Rahm fucked up and in so doing so fucked every citizen and cop from here on out.

Time to get a private attorney on retainer just in case they take aim at you.
The cop haters have all the money and power behind them. Gotta be ready to fight back.
Their existence, livelihoods and the fruits of their efforts come from the actions of cops so make yourself as inactive and as invisible as possible. They will start complaining that the cops aren't doing enough but don't let em fool you, that's just bait to try and get cops to go back to proactive policing and as soon as that happens the complaints and lawsuits will go through the roof again. These mfers don't deserve anything from the cops.

"Dean Counters"

Huh? Counter?
With what?

Dean clings to the Queensberry Rules
while Rahm (and everybody else) tees off with nut shots,
toe stomps, wet willies, gouging and biting.

"NYAAHAHAHA! Rules don't apply to me!"
>Kick! Stomp! Chomp!<

"Oh! You Cops have to be good sports
and fight fair because the rules say you have to!"

FOP should have been skinning alive selected members of local
media and elected officialdom (and others) like the stinking
weasels they are.

For FOP to be properly feared
and respected, many have said
the following are needed:

Outside counsel with no ties to
this city.

A corp of P.I's employed to joyously
rifle the panty drawers of the hateful
opposition and leaving the contents displayed
sunny-side up for proper public scrutiny and the like.

That goes for these wretched bosses too.

Can you imagine certain select members of local media
and elected officialdom running into lamp posts
and tripping over fire hydrants because for the first time
in their miserable lives, they're looking over their shoulders
with care and concern?

"Shit! Who said fucking with The Cops was such a good idea?"
>Stumble! KLONGGG!<

Nothing says we SHOULDN'T be able to punch back.
You know... Manila envelopes full of incriminating
pictures and documents ending up in the hands
of investigative authorities, professional guilds,
licensing bodies, bosses, spouses, side-pieces etc...

Reading about the right m/fers jumping out of windows
and biting bullets will be just the thing to make
"The Agenda" jump the rails and cause put-upon Policemen
to grin like Christmas Mornin'.

(Watch the joyful haters sue for peace and a grudging detente.)

See to your own glass house before you
happily throw stones.

"WAH! Cops fightin' dirty!"

Rahm gave Dean permission to express
an opinion. Nothing more, nothing less.

Dean Angelo puts up a fight against the
outrages of Rahm, the media, phony clergy
and elected officialdom with the vigor
of one of those inflatable Bozo Bop-Bags
from back in the day.

Care to show the membership what kind of
bark and bite you have, Doctuh Dean?

Or has it been that long since you've
had to go into "Monster Mode" to protect anything?

You don't act like a Cop.
You act more like schoolmarm.

Your full frontal embrace of Rahm
was/is an act of treachery.

Most of us are made of sterner stuff.

When the devil tries to embrace you,
you bite his fucking nose off.
Right?

Oh yeah...
There's STILL that deafening silence
about the Morale Survey commissioned by j-Fled.

The news can't possibly be THAT bad.
Right?

I'm calling this now. The papers will not interpret this as intended, as meaning a focus on crime is incidentally in minority neighborhoods.

They will read it as alleging minority neighborhoods as naturally being neighborhoods of crime. Might even be a headline. Might even be regarded as proof of the report thesis. You gotta know how they think to do that job, Dean.

to be fair here SCC I think Angelos response was actually pretty good. I liked that he stuck to his guns and said absolutely nothing will be touched in the contract until it expires. He also said that if the city thinks its just gonna change things come negotiations they are crazy and that they will have to give us something in return. Listen, with all that is going on right now I think its safe to say that disciplinary guidelines, procedures and investigations all are going to change either way... Might as well get something for those inevitable changes. pretty much he told the panel, the city, protesters and anyone else to go shit in their hat... I dont approve of much of what angelo does but this time he did pretty good... Now he just needs to keep going harder

Rahm's police task force needs to apologize for calling an entire police department racist. It's incendiary, divisive, and makes cops targets. If fact, any organization would have been prepared and countered the B.S. of that report ahead of time. BLM and every other leftist organization would have had a strong and forceful response. As biased as our media are, they wouldn't have been able to throw you under the bus so easily.

Unfortunately, no - that's not how Rahm works. He can look to this report as proof of another "crisis" that needs immediate attention and correction, money be damned. He'll be holding up this report in one hand, while saying the city can't afford pension contributions because that money needs to go into fixing the deep-rooted racism in the department. Gotta "fix" the department and repair the city before you can give those damned racist retired cops their pension, right? And all the citizens with common sense and who see this whole thing as BS, like the VAST majority of the commenters on the media sites reporting on this piece of fiction, will have no say or representation in the decision. Because this is Rahm's Chicago.

On the flip side, maybe my neighborhood will get some of our officers back from the south and west sides...

I will continue to provide enough service to keep the checks coming but nothing more. There will be no return to proactive or even active policing. I am sure that is what the community wants. I hate it here in the ghetto but I am stuck with it for now. I will NOT become a target (literally or figuratively) because of the color of my uniform, my skin or my gender. "Deano" was correct about one thing and that is: "The ACLU Effect". Apparently law enforcement was supposed to be worried about the Ferguson Effect, which was based on a faulty premise, that being:the officer acted inappropriately. The ACLU Effect is very different. The ACLU Effect will not be some staged for the Media demonstration to fit in to the next news cycle. The ACLU Effect will be subtle in execution, but vivid and ugly in results. Police Offices will now weigh every action that they take against the misguided perception that the ACLU will have in evaluating that action. Police Officers will respond differently, and they already are. The Spike in Agg. Batteries and Homicides is not some accident. Violence was reduced by Aggressive and Proactive Patrol. Now, that will rarely take place, and the officer who is willing to take those chances, will receive nothing but grief for his/her efforts. Are you willing to risk your career for some Ghetto nonsense, knowing full well that NOBODY, from the Union to the Superintendent, to the 5th Fl. does not have your back. Supt. Johnson, Please do not give one of those idiotic speeches where you talk about backing cops, when they are Right. Nobody needs that backing, it is Expected and Deserved. Will you be around and back coppers when they make a "Mistake"? That is when a Stand-Up boss is needed. Also, some of you reading this are not law enforcement, and I know you have stories of how bosses are trying to "Kill Crime" on paper. What happened at the Old Belmont & Western "D" Unit in the Koschman was not just a political anomaly. How many times before Kochman did the Medical Examiner's figures for homicide differ from CPD, with their Undetermined Cause of Death? Perhaps we should hear from them, because I have. Northside Residents who have been burglarized, and the report was taken on the phone, WITH NO FOLLOW-UP. I personally know of one case where the report was made via phone, and when the victim tried to retrieve the number for insurance purposes, it turned out there was No Report Number! The report did not exist, a specialty on the Northside, and great way to reduce crime. Never forget, you only have to answer your calls and protect each other. Before you stop that vehicle, that looks suspicious THINK: Would it appear "suspicious" to a lawyer from Hyde Park, Wilmette, or Kenilworth? If the answer is uncertain, than just let them drive by! Will you be able, to explain "suspicious" in a deposition that in no way includes, Race, Economics: or your own anecdotal "CPD Racism"? Stay Fetal, Down wit Rahm! Baby"G"

Has anyone observed this so called task force on the street, in the districts?
Riding with beat coppers, responding to domestics, shootings or dope calls?
Attending roll calls, interviewing coppers or district intelligence officers?
Have they observed the CPD in action patrolling 011, 015, 007 vs 001 and 018?
Do you think they may have seen all the wanted photos, officer alerts, daily bulletins depicting wanted persons or actual photos of offenders committing said offenses in the loop, el stops?
Has 1 copper had any interaction with this task force?
Or did they compile this report in the confines of 4 walls, temperature controlled and a well catered setting?
Seems to me no task force or person would be able to develope any report when important information, knowledge and data is missing..

And what important info, knowledge and data is missing you may ask?

The facts.....

It was McCarhty's first days in office, they both lied and continued to lie no matter how many times they were proven to be lying about so called "heat emergency" via 911 tapes. This so called report by this so called

a bunch of spin to deflect from Rahm
Emanuel's very cynical political decision
to sit on the McDonald video because he
KNEW "the community" would abandon
him and turn out for Garcia in the run-off
election.

That's why Rahm is trying to spin this as
being about an entire Police department
being "out of control" based on the actions
of a few.

All the sound and fury directed at getting the
Police "under control" when it's a certain demographic
that is self-geniciding.

The FOP should publish the photos names and backgrounds of all who were on the task force. Phil Ponce had an open forum on Chicago last night where he named and showed the members. The reason this is important is that the working officers should be aware which boards, organizations, committees, these members may represent.

39,000 murders since 1955..88.5 percent blacks killed by blacks.

Now if only the number and percentage of wounded/maimed
from the same time frame could be ascertained and posted.

Would it be safe to say that the number of law breaking
catered-to constituents who came to harm/met their doom
by Police hands, would fall into the realm of nigh near
statistical insignificance?

Or will the "agenda" allow for such?

These AH proposing these "reforms" and "transparency" have no clue what they are talking about or how things outside their mommie's basement work.

The reason that the due process protections are in the contract is not really because of the unions.

Years ago, back in the 1970's, before police unions, if a boss had a disliking towards and officer, the boss could write up and hand him a suspension with little effect recourse. Anonymous complaints were possible.

Then some officers starting taking their cases to court on due process grounds. And the departments started losing and paying out. So the discipline procedure was tightened up. Because what passed as complete, thorough investigation to the department got laughed out of court.

This racism report was written by people not only with a bias, but with a vested financial interest in promoting the the idea of racist police department to ensure easy generous civil settlements. To keep the "Ghetto Lottery" flowing.

City hall has always controlled and micro-managed the police department. The mayor and his office control the upper level command staffing. The aldermen vote on the CPD budget. They vote on the superintendent. There is a committee on the police. There is a finance committee that review every settlement made in behalf of the cpd which is then voted upon by the city council. Now they all play stupid and blame the police for doing the job that they wanted done when an incident gets out of hand. (no I do not condone lying on police reports or the excessive use of force) I was a tac Lt. in a west side district a number of years ago. I would get calls from the aldermen. Guess how many complained about the racist police? Zero. The complaints were about getting the gang-bangers, drug dealers and other thugs off the street. These were things that the community members wanted. As long as that was done they were silent. It/s amazing how they forget and change their position when the political winds shift.

Rahm's police task force needs to apologize for calling an entire police department racist. It's incendiary, divisive, and makes cops targets. I read the report and the stats reflect Chicago's criminal element. There is nothing pointing to racism in the report. It's defamatory and criminal. It's an outrage.

Rahm picked this panel and then gave them their marching orders. Of course they'd reach this conclusion.... Rahm told them to.
Now Rahm hopes that the BLM and their ilk lay off of him and direct their ire solely on "those racist police" of CPD.

Remember Rahm's mantra of never let a crisis go to waste.
In this case Rahm created the crisis and then throws the entire CPD under the bus to deflect deserved criticism away from him.

Do whats right for your own well being and your families well being. They want to impact all aspects of your job, training, interaction with the community including criminals. This is not to mention how they want contractual rights changed. If your not fetal remember your apt to be one of the sacrificial lambs.

I'm numb, I'm empty, working comatose and fetal. Too far into the game to leave or change and too long to the finish line. I joined law enforcement with a genuine desire to serve and help people who need help and protection from evil. I still feel that law enforcement is a calling, like service to our country but I have lost the will to affect some small, even temporary change or relief to those who demean and belittle me. I have had to quit drinking because it was starting to consume and control my life and it was this environment that was pushing it along. It was not tasting good any longer, just numbing me even further. My focus now is to leave with my family from this fetid and festering sewer of a city, county and state as soon as I can and never look back. Thanks for letting me bend an ear or two.

I hear you.
At some point in our careers, most of us have come across an abused dog who seems to have lost the will to live. Even the most loyal pup will eventually learn from continual abuse and will just curl into a nonresponsive ball. He did nothing wrong, but he's repeatedly kicked, screamed at, shunned, a target for cruelty and evil.
And, yes, they can beat the heart and soul out of us, too, with their labels of racism and their finger-pointing and their non-stop campaign of abuse. And once the media and the politicians have wrung all they can from this campaign, they'll move on, maybe kicking the carcass every once in a while, just for fun.
Seriously, anyone with less than ten years invested in this job, please re-think it. Give consideration to your mental health, economic future and personal freedom.

There is a plethora of law firms in this city highly dependent on this easy money and they are squarely behind this agenda because it keeps the money rolling in. As a retired cop who spent his entire career in black high crime areas,I resent this accusation that we were all racist. I am getting the feeling that the task force was only talking about white officers. If you are still an active police officer in Chicago, it would be to your benefit not to believe anything the command staff tells you, such as " we have your back". Things seem to be in transition right now, the Feds investigating, a new prosecutor coming on board who seems to be a liberal hell bent on prosecuting cops, a task force that wants to gut your contract and job rights, marches, and pretty much the entire left wing out for you scalp. If I was still on the job, I would do as little as possible. I would not stop anyone or search them, I would not stop cars or chase people on foot or in a car. You just can't win today and I would want to wait until a lot more shakes out. I feel these anti police crowd are looking for someone to jam to show that they are serious .

You must not be a teacher or a socialist goof follower. Let's see, instead of representing her CTU members she's too concerned with letting every liberal cause (black lives don't matter, fight for 15, fuck the police etc) glom on to her cause. She lost the last contract : longer day for teachers, less pay. Seniority or tenure. Gone. Stay 35 years til you max out as a teacher? Plus she let a police hater, Charter school non Union member grab the mic. As a husband of a CTU teacher I say you have no fucking clue what you're talking about. Here is the CNN investigation follow the lead:
http://www.cnn.com/2016/01/06/us/unarmed-aviation-officers-chicago-mayor/

They want DOA police armed, but as you can see edgeworth who is now gone resigned was an impediment to doing this.

Now the alderman of the black Caucus are pushing to arm them, because it is being said in "secret circles" the SEIU wants them armed or will stop donations to aldermatic campaigns! They want to "free up" the handful of trained CPD coppers at the airports for other duties according to reliable sources!

So instead of hiring this talk again! the airports are great assets that are an economic engine to the vitality of this very city, and with the situation in the world wouldn't it be better just to also keep CPD in the airports, or would they want coppers to be "mall cop" style?

Deano needs to have numbers and percentages to counter this b.s. report. Those that are NOT listed in it.
How many shootings in those same seven years, by whom, what race offender/victim.
How many homicides in those same seven years, by whom, what race offender/victim.
How many calls for service by district in those same seven years.
How many recovered weapons by race/district, and on and on.

Any fool can produce a report if only taking specific data into account, leaving out other pertinent criteria.and you can bet your grandmas gold teeth that not ONE of those who authored this report ever went into any of the areas like 07, 11, 15 after dark....nor do they LIVE anywhere near where all this shit is happening.
The MSM has glommed onto this b.s. report as if it was gospel, down from the mountain itself.
Esquire magazine now has an article that really exacerbates this mess.

Stay safe, my brothers and sisters.......have a lawyer on call.....this shit is going to get 10 times worse......
This city and that rotten little phuck 9 1/2 have finally gotten the liberal, progressive city they want! God help us all.

Several things:

1. NEWSMEDIA: Are you reading this? Did the Medill School of Journalism dull all of your senses to the point where what you are reading on this blog page didn't hit home?

2. MEDIA PERCEPTION: Why, oh Why isn't the Orange one out on this? Can someone tell me why he is not out there on Homicides, being our face in the press? Rahm's task force was set up by him to defend his job as mayor. It takes the spotlight off of him and throws the Department under the bus. He knew the outcome of the report on 01 Dec 15 and he couldn't be happier. He's resting easy now that he has black lies matter off his back. And. The. MEDIA. Bought. It.

I disagree with other writers that Dean should be the front face. This is wrong. His job is to run the union. The union's PIO should be out there on front street. If Karen Lewis was running it she'd be ahead of it and not merely reacting. The woman is a total bitch, but she is the union's bitch.

3. SHERIFF: Thank God we don't work for this guy Dart. But then again, when the blue flu strikes over there at 26th Street (and it damned ought to) we'll likely be in there guarding Dart's "Guests".

The madness here.

The report is belittling and demeaning to our profession as a whole. Sickening

It is all coming back to bite Rahm in the ass. Second city you hit the nail on the head and Dean way to go in pointing out to the city that they can not dictate their indentured servant attitude towards us. That's why people like myself and other "old timers" fought to get that contract to protect us back then and all curren and future Chicago Police Officers. Don't give the city an inch because they will surely take a foot if you do.

Cmon EDDIE you have been a white shirt along time and now you have NO real ideas? Tell everyone you were an awesome SGT in A4 violent crimes. Some of the greatest minds have been white shirts their Cline JR, Little Dee_vine and sticky finger Pallohusky.

SUSPENDED CASE...

Matt Cline was a dic in Area 4 for about 6 months. He was never a supervisor there. His dad would never allow it. Phat Phil had no use for dics. Gangs and narcotics were all he cared about. The Assistant Deputy Superintendent for Nepotism would never be allowed to work anywhere his daddy didn't approve.

Well written SCC. I'm very glad Dean stepped up. Jimmy Ade from the Sgt's union already denounced this hatchet job report also. I would like to see at least a preliminary report by the DOJ that counters some of this witch hunt report. We'll see. I watch Chicago Tonight last night and it turned my stomach, especially Ricky Wooten. F-ing slime ball retiree, pandering charlatan, scumbag. And Lightfoot has aspirations, mark my words. To the guys and girls out there that have to be out there. Do your job, watch your backs and don't take unnecessary risks. Can't wait till I can retire.

4/15/2016 05:56:00 AM

Jimmy Ade? Are you kidding me! Retirees are paying for health care that the Ade bargained away. May he rot in hell

they say blaming someone else for your problems is good for your self-esteem.

and self esteem and character are two, unrelated, distinct qualities

look at the liberal black Church, when do you hear them lambasting the lack of a black family? Never .. but white cops are the problem? are you fucking kidding me?

Dean finally speaking up for us about time brother! What about the alderman meeting and speaking loudly about union pressure from aviation police to arm DOA coppers, and help rahm put more trained coppers at airports? How can you have officers anyway fully trained same weapons qualifications as Cpd but unarmed? What idiots signed off on this? We need more coppers at airports and everywhere we are short how many thousands on the streets?

4/15/2016 10:14:00 PM

I for one am sick of theses aviation bozos coming on the blog bitching about no guns. Face it you are not trained like us. You took the job knowing you were not carrying on the job. The only people burned were the first aviation class in 88. I doubt if any if them are still around.

Agreed just watched the video, you have a crack head trying to wail on the police and break out of restraints he dies from drugs, like the idiot taser and taken to roseland (You enter upright and leave prone dead) where they gave him an overdose but yet city is giving away another 5 million in taxpayers money to the family, why is the hospital not responsible? the judge thought force was excessive, hey judge did you ever have to remove a drug crazed person? The hardest things most judges do is appear in from of aldermatic slating committee to beg them to circulate their petitions and promise to do whatever the elected tell them to do!

Hot weekend hard chargers relax, get gas, car wash, 2 personals, lunch, r man called wait in station for repairs, back each other up turn off those dam blue lights rushing the ghetto for what? isr let the bosses do them stay safe stay comatose! Now where is my dvd player, and huge lemon drink??

I'd still take Dougherty over these last two fucktards. First time I met Shields, I couldn't believe he was actually the police. Dean? He couldn't run my Holy Name Society. I prefer when Dean remains silent. Guess I will just have to keep waiting. . . .

$$$$

Which member of the shitty-wide team are you? Have you forgot about the letter that was not sent in? But Billy boy was running on knowledge and experience?

Remember he was quoted in the newspaper throwing retirees under the bus by saying Obamacare was a good option for them?

How do you think the membership will feel when we have $35-40 taken out of our checks to pay for his illegal coup?

Here is a "Bombshell" to the only true source of news ****SCC****** Ready media here is your prep:

4/15/2016 09:40:00 PM

Actually...SEIU not only wants the DOA cops armed...they want PEA's to have the option if they can qualify for a FOID and CCW. Teamsters want the Booters armed as well.

/tip hat

Finance Guy on a Bike.

Most of us have much better things to do with our time than to go stand around annoying people by chanting. The other protesters/rioters are jobless, useless, brainless idiots with nothing better to do. I'm not even sure wtf you mean or what you think the result would be when you say we should take cell phone pictures of political hacks wherever they make appearances. It almost seems like you're mentally ill and incapable of formulating an actual coherent idea. You just wanted to say a bunch of words and see if anyone would agree. You'd probably fit in well with the other "protesters."

Actually its idiots like you who are mentally ill and repulsive. All the poster was saying was that its time for p/o's to start pushing back because he's sick of being persecuted. Maybe you're ok with that but I'm not. There is, in fact, no better thing to do than to fight back against the media and the politicians and if that means to do so by methods that are over the top then so be it. Its obviously ok for any other group to do it. The results are working out pretty good for them. The ACLU single handedly got the CPD to change their policy on ISRs. A message has to be sent and its not gonna be done by people like you who are content with being shit on and fucked with but you probably got a spot and its an easy gig for you and you don't wanna rock the boat. Maybe when these people realize that cops are not a group that will tolerate being treated like shit, they will change their ways and show some respect and treat cops a little better. By sitting back and doing nothing you're letting them know its ok to continue fucking with us and people like you who throw stones at other p/o's trying to make a difference are part of the problem.
