"A month or so ago, we asked Sheriff Tom Dart to come down and assist police officers with stabilizing the community and bringing some security. We've had some good reports so far. We've had a lot of positive feedback from the community. Obviously the events of last night show us we have a long way to go in changing the culture of violence in these neighborhoods," Lopez said.
Oh, the aldercreature is blaming Dart. And it looks like this might be an actually decent kid who got killed by the hood rats infesting the 15th Ward.
And while certain media types were singing the praises of the "declining" homicide rate increase in April and pointing out that May began with 25-homicide-free hours, Chicago didn't disappoint as a string of four ended up getting killed in the next day, bringing the month into line with previous years.

FOX6 News spoke with a couple who said the drive-by shooting played out right in front of them.
"It just breaks my heart," the couple said.
The couple asked that FOX6 News not identify them. They said they were headed home Sunday, just past the Dells, when they noticed a Chevy Blazer, which sped past them on the right.
"He tried to hit the SUV in front of us and then there was a black car in front of the SUV. Next thing I know, everyone is slamming on their brakes and the black car shot onto the median and a couple other cars shot onto the shoulder," the couple said.
The couple said they had no idea someone had been shot. They followed the Blazer, but soon realized that wasn't safe.
"We`re watching him aim the gun out the window and then several times, he turned around, looked right at us, and aimed the gun at us," the couple said.
The couple says their two grandchildren, ages seven and 10, were riding in the back seat.
"We know the 10-year-old did see the gun at one point," the wife said. "Immediately, the first thing he said was ‘don’t worry honey, it’s just a BB gun,’ and she just went back to listening to her music then."
The couple kept their distance, and tried to warn passing drivers of the danger ahead. They say the suspect, identified by Dane County authorities as 20-year-old Zachary Hays, was taunting them.
"He kept trying to wave me up to come alongside of him," the husband said. "I wouldn’t, and then he started getting madder and madder. He started flippin’ me off and he kept going back and forth in the two lanes."
Earlier Sunday, West Allis police say Hays shot and killed 42-year-old Gabriel Sanchez inside an apartment building near 92nd and Lincoln.
On Sunday afternoon, officials say Hays fired three rounds into a vehicle on I-90/94, containing a family of four. 44-year-old Tracy Czaczkowski was struck in the neck, and later died at the hospital. Czaczkowski's 43-year-old husband, who has worked for the DEA for 11 years, and two young children were not hurt.
The family was apparently headed home from the Dells.
"Just like us. We were on a vacation. You`re coming back with the kids, and unknown to you, some crazy with a gun is gonna change your family for good. That`s it. That family is now broken and they`re forever changed," the couple said.

The Blazer continued eastbound on I-90/94 with a witness following it. It was intercepted by police using road spikes. The driver of that vehicle, who has been identified as 20-year-old Zachary T. Hays from West Allis, Wis., exited the vehicle and approached police armed with a hand gun.
But if the police stopped her precious innocent angel and arrested him, she would be the first to try to take their badges.
Ald. Lopez needs to convey to his constituents, that "their" culture of violence that has created this beast. Dart's Raiders or the 010 th Dist. cannot change the Culture of Accepting Violence and refusing to cooperate with investigations. OT: I was in a very prestigious downtown law firm to give a deposition on a personal injury accident that I was involved in. As I was waiting in the lobby to give this deposition,a very high ranking Cook County States Attorneys came walking into this waiting area. I know this person from being a Detective and have many cases with this assistant. This Assistant told me he/she was there for interview with this law firm. This Assistant went on to say that NOT ONLY ARE THE TOP ASSISTANT STATES ATTORNTEYS ARE PUTTING IN RESUMES BUT ALSO MANY OF THE 1ST CHAIRS ARE ALSO SUBMITTING RESUMES TO THE VARIOUS LAW FIRMS IN THE CITY AND SUBURBS. This person stated that he/she worked with Kim Fox and told me how much of a lazy ass she was. She was reprimanded on several occasions because she failed to follow orders of not only her supervisors but also court orders. This person went on to say that Fox could not be touched because of her 'CLOUT". This issue is going to be interesting come next year when she gets sworn in. HELLO BALTIMORE.

The kid was in a car full of Saints. His older brother is a Saint who has been arrested for UUW (also in the car). Another occupant in the vehicle has been a suspect in prior shootings as well. Saints and Raza's have been controlling that neighborhood with gang violence since the 60's. The feds came in with some "big sweep" a few years ago and pretty much everyone that got locked up is already out. The feds would rather pat themselves on the back with taking down a copper or some 80 year old Italian mobster instead of going into Back of the Yards and running real investigations and locking up these asshole bangers and bringing ICE with too and deporting a lot of these fuckers who also happen to be illegal. The sad thing is most of the neighborhood there pretty much enables the gangs in Da Yards and never cooperate with the police. It's amazing how such an overall small gang gets away with running wild for decades in such a small area of the city.

I guess in a sense, you can blame Tom Fart. He's not a LEO. Never has been, never will be. He is one of the most anti-LE figures I've ever seen, a failed prosecutor and failed state rep who has no idea about law enforcement, or the law for that matter. Hell, he violates his own Sheriff's Orders, General Orders, Post Orders, Standard Operating Procedures, state and federal statutes, etc. He is currently authorizing pizza parties at the jail for the inmates if they don't masturbate, cause trouble or throw shit and piss at deputies, while punishing deputies for using their earned benefits package (i.e. sick time, etc.) by denying promotions and transfers, and also has a running count of over 100+ directors (the CCSO jail has a director of talent acquisition... yes, that's a thing.) He releases footage of a deputy who has already been exonerated by his hand picked kangaroo court CCS merit board, and the CCSAO refused to prosecute due to clearly seeing that the deputy was in the right. But the dishonorable sheriff is so butt-hurt about not being able to make an example of this deputy, he's willing to try to ruin this deputy's career, try to assassinate his character, and waste more taxpayer money by trying to push a 3 year old case that's supposed to be closed to the appellate court.

The La Razas started in 1972 as a softball team, which then turned into a gang in late 70's early 80's. And yes all of the Gang Bangers today are American Born citizens of Alien parents, but don;t forget these alien parents had a good work ethic and did nothing but work all the time and this is when the gangs got a strong hold on the kids.
