Although I can agree that even wasting $1.00 in medical bills on these losers is a tragedy, your numbers are quite inflated. The treatment cost for the vast majority of those GSW'S is less than $2,000.00. It's still a lot of taxpayer money wasted but they are not costing us over a billion dollars per year by any stretch.

You can thank the current C/O of Traffic (dumped commander S.A.) for chasing away more than half of the personnel since he arrived in 2013. They have either transferred out or retired to get away from his incompetence and inability to lead ants to a picnic. Many who are still there can't wait to find another place to go to get away from him. Traffic had more than 130 officers ten years ago, but nas only 30 people spread over 3 watches, minus the 5 house mice Lt SA apparently has to have. With furloughs, RDOs and medical abusers added in, it's often standard procedure to have one car on the skyway and one on LSD for the afternoons and midnights if you're lucky. Many midnight shifts have no car on the Drive at all.

What is the official response by the department of justice and their henchmen to the murder and mayhem? They don't have a response since their objective is a Washington D.C. controlled local police force.

Same thing happened a few years ago. She was all over the radio during a car chase. When it ended a tact sergeant went up to her and told her to, "stay the fuck off the radio!"

So you're telling us that some punk shot in the leg through and through that's treated and released in 2 hours with some saline solution, a bandage, and a couple of Motrin is a $500,000 bill? Even if the doctors feel like scamming and throwing in a x-ray you're still only at a few thousand bucks. That's what the MAJORITY of shooting victims are everyday. Heard shots, felt pain. Half the time they're released and gone before the detectives even get to the hospital. Now, on the rarity where you have one shot that requires real surgery that has a week long stay or more in the hospital, your numbers would probably be correct. But the vast majority of these ghetto shooting victims are shot in the foot, ankle, leg, ass, and arms. They need to be trained to aim center mass.
Just let them bleed out. Save their lives and they'll be back banging before you know it.

That dude needs to stay inside. Please do not put him outside. Nobody in the 20 sector or any other sector wants him as their sgt. Nice guy yes. Competent? Hell no.

Every time I see them together, I think it's like rubbing deEscalante's nose in being demoted. Basically, the guy has to carry his own replacement's hat and coat everywhere they go and smile for the media. Yeesh.
