CompStat No Show
90% of life is just showing up. Unless you're a CPD Lieutenant with the test answers and a warm bed:
- Yesterday at compstat Lt Fenner didn't even bother to show up. So much for holding the Lts accountable. She comes in 45 minutes late after someone called her at the station and told her to get her ass down to HQ. Unbelievable! I guess when people get promoted who shouldn't be, they don't give a shit.
- OT - Heard the Supt's girlfriend Lieutenant strolled in an hour late for Compstat today. Must be nice to not have to answer any questions.
- Not only that, but after strolling in an hour late, she hides in the back of the room. Finally came up to her seat in the front of the Compstat, after somebody apparently texted her to get up there!
Remember those inspirational posters that still hand in the police stations?

As a fly on the wall inside, I have to say that there really is no point to send any Lt's to Compstat. The Commanders and Captains are there, and they should go back and talk to the Lt.'s in their Units. Why are we wasting so many manpower hours on this circus? After all, don't you need some supervision on the streets? Especially at the District level. I have noticed that this Department seems to be "WASTING" so many hours on meaningless "red tape", instead of using those hours on the streets. This JOB is "street Operation". STOP WASTING SO MUCH MONEY/MANPOWER ON PAPERWORK...WE MIGHT REDUCE CRIME IF WE DEAL WITH IT, INSTEAD OF DOCUMENTING IT!

When this department does nothing about the fact that sex is used rather blatantly as a bargaining chip, the quality of PO, supervisor, and command staff swirls down the drain. Add run-of-the-mill clout to that equation and it's easy to understand why CPD is no longer an organization that commands respect.
Well if she was booked for that 3 hour tour on Gilligans Island she woulda been in luck. She prolly woulda been late and missed the boat. Sometimes being a screwup works to ones advantage.

She can plead her case personally to the boss who, it seems has a special relationship with her, that she was busy in the district on some "investigation" and just forgot about the meeting. If the dumb split tail just behaved herself, kept her head down, people might forget about this but, she's too dumb to keep a low profile, she is important, look at me, look at me!

Apparently it's do as I say not as I do with this Wheezy bitch.
Maybe she has her priorities straight. Why hurry to a useless wasted meeting when she can be doing real and important leadership related police work.
Why does this suprise anyone?
When you are GIVEN everything in your career and NEVER had to EARN anything well why should we assume this person would stand up and be responsible.
This department is in the toilet. Anyone that thinks otherwise is a complete GOOF.
Remember she argued with her academy mates that Milwaukee was a state.
