Donald, you're a few months (or years) late - Rahm already fired that guy:

“Chicago is out of control, and I was really referring to Chicago with stop-and-frisk,” the Republican presidential nominee told the television show “Fox & Friends,” responding to criticism for earlier appearing to suggest the tactic should be used nationwide. “They asked me about Chicago, and I was talking about stop-and-frisk for Chicago.”
We understand that "Rahm" and "Chicago" are going to be used as punchlines for the next few weeks leading up to the election. But "stop and frisk" was dismantled in New York as soon as the current communist was elected and he directed the New York city attorneys to drop the suit defending it. And Chicago never really had a "stop and frisk" policy as much as a "stop everyone to get a name for the contact card so McCompStat won't rip the boss and we might lose our spots" policy....or something like that.

Do you think the mayor could get rid of contact cards in a FLASH?
How about that pesky rule of holding witnesses to shootings?
How about an actual 24 hour rule holding arrest-tees for complicated cases? not 12 hours!
Come up with actual rules regarding video taping during an incident?

As the accountability issue now stands, with the liberals and activists getting the police department they have always wanted, there is no way in hell 'stop and frisk' will ever return to Chicago. The camel is now under the tent. The only way for Chicago to turn the corner is for the city to descend into total mayhem. Oh wait, it has begun the descent.
This year we are on pace to reach 700 homicides. Next year could be even higher.
It has to get worse before it can get better, so stay fetal.
Letting Hillary get elected will do nothing to solve Chicago's violence problems.
What needs to be "drilled" into everyone in South and West Viet Rahm is "Stop and Drop".
If a police officer tells you to Stop, you STOP. If they tell you to "Drop the gun", you DROP the gun.
This needs to be taught on a daily basis in ALL schools so that kids - AND as they grow into adults, don't disobey a simple order.
It's really NOT that complicated.
If you "Stop and Drop" - you will live, if you don't, chances are you will get shot.
Like I said, it's REALLY not that complicated.
Forget ALL the "diversity" training. This is much simpler and has NO racial or ethnic bias.
Speaking of Strategy's , here is the new load of crap being peddled by the lamestream " Survey finds 50 percent of all guns in U.S. owned by 3 percent of population, 'super owners' found to own eight to 140 guns each..........So now we know we have to target that 3% first right , cause they are out of control and really 8 fire arms makes you a "super owner" what does that really mean ?

If you are a real police officer with any experience, then you know that none of the above proposals will ever happen. Things will probably get more complicated (more accountability and transparency) in the future. The days of doing whatever you want to do are over.
You can thank the child molesters who are on the job, "frisking" juveniles while naked. Look up the incident.
I know its difficult for some of us workers, but we have to let it get worst so the stupid people can feel the pain. Stay very fetal until they beg us and put guarantees in place for our protection.
I've been telling everyone who will listen, get your concealed carry and buy a gun. Learn how to shoot, when to use it, and carry a gun all the time. I've mentioned the police have been redirected to black areas in Chicago and the other populations are on their own. Lastly, I've told them to shoot to kill, thereby eliminating the bad guy telling another story. A few people wanted a class on deadly force and wondered if a Retired Homicide Detective would conduct such a class.

Actually, obeying laws, being ethical should start at home.
Unfortunately, many 'parent's or shall I say parent,' disobey laws themselves, and instill violence and hatred in their children's minds...at young ages.
It's the 'my baby diddn't do nutten' mentality.
Children hear their parents shout, 'FK the police and 'it's whitey's fault' therefore they're going to parrot momma. And, daddy's gang-related ties.
I agree, once children start school, teachers should teach children morals. To obey laws, be honorable, try their best.
Like many parents, teachers are out of control. They, too disobey laws, and are teaching hate. Especially to minority children.
Considering the number of teachers having sexual relations with their students says a lot. Not the best examples.
All in all, Chicago is screwed. US is screwed. The entire world is screwed.
Unless something is done, it will only get worse.
Laws need to be changed, and Capital Punishment needs reinstating!!

Chicago never had "stop and frisk." The contact cards were supposed to give reasonable suspicion to why we "stopped" someone. Problem is that wasn't good enough for HQ. They demanded numbers. So, contact cards weren't used how they were intended.
Severe the agreement with the ACLU regarding stops!
They are not a Law Enforcement Agency and have no right any reports.
Make them FOIA every report individually.

Like it shouldn't. The Presidents have no business sticking their nose into local policing. They know nothing about it. It is just Obama and the democrats now that have started doing it to get the black votes. So sick of hearing them pander to the blacks. The president(s) have the national security to worry about. They should let state and local police to make the decisions about policing. A president commenting about how a police officer handled a job is absurd.

Perhaps presidential nominees have no business sticking their nose into local policing, but at least Trump is attempting to suggest a strategy or line of thinking that opposes the social justice nonsense - nonsense based entirely on fascist philosophy with a touch of philathro-capitalism thrown in.
"Stop and frisk" + paying out BS lawsuits= A broke city. Even if stop and frisk was allowed you would be crazy to do it. You're still going to get BS beefs and thrown under the bus to appease the unwashed masses. Look at Charlotte, they were tearing up the city the next night because they think the video(s) should be released immediately after the shooting. Now they're saying that a gun has to be actually pointed at an officer. Next it will be that the officer has to wait until fired upon to shoot. The politicians are listening to the demands of social media. The chaos has to wind up on the front lawn of the "silent majority" before they'll stand up and demand that the nonsense end. We can't do much but we can give them what they think they want. The residents of the south and west sides are already begging for us to do something to stop the violence. Sorry, ACLU says no, here's a report. It's sad, but voters/taxpayers are going to have to go through the same thing before they finally realize exactly what is on the other side of the thin blue line.
Trump / Pence for some sanity, perhaps a little peace of mind.
