- Mayor Rahm Emanuel said Tuesday the two teens charged with killing U.S. Rep. Danny Davis' 15-year-old grandson should not have had access to a gun.
No shit Sherlock. But you know what else would have worked? Keeping criminals behind bars where they belong, be it awaiting trial or serving a full sentence upon conviction. Even if they're juveniles, there's a secure detention facility upstairs at the Audy Home....and we hear it's underutilized, like every other county detention facility.

Didn't we just spend a summer of people whining about the "over-militarization" of the police? And now he wants what? The National Guard to come in and restore order? Tell us how that is supposed to work out. And Emanuel once again attempting to have the state do what parents (plural ....parents) should be teaching every single day.

Here's the issue - Rahm, Davis and all the rest of the left has been enabling for so long, they've forgotten how the world really works. And even if they remembered, they're too pansy-fied to do anything about it. And having to admit that they were wrong would kill them. And even then, the genie is out of the bottle. They couldn't put it back if they attempted it.
The left says you can't arrest your way out this situation, but no one knows because no one has tried. It would be far better than the bloody alternative, but that one works, too. It's just messy.

Imagine that theft of shoes and an argument lead to a death of another kid and here we thought kids who steal are just kids doing silly things which in juvy court it's a field trip to court and its either tossed out or a minor strike wit no consequences...Remember folks that kids who steal shoes can also kill imagine other forms of thefts or steal that can potentially hurt or kill people but we are the crazy big bad wolves...
You cannot arrest your way out of this problem. You also need to convict and incarcerate too.

The urban youths keep stepping up their game in the downtown shopping district this season of peace and goodwill. Besides the continual cellphone and purse grabs by the "flier boys", small organized gangs are now hitting retail stores and grabbing what they can while keeping security and employees at bay with pepper spray and tazers. Yes, tazers! Another group have been buying thousands of dollars worth of merchandise at stores using counterfeit $100 bills. One particular shoe store asked us to set up in their store after getting scammed several nights in a row by the same little artists. This stores particular policy was not to deny a sale to a customer even though they knew the customers were bad guys and the bills they were using were phony. So per a supervisor's request, we set up in the store and sure enough the bad kids showed up and attempted to buy several hundred dollars worth of shoes. When they tendered the bogus bills we swooped in and after a brief struggle they were arrested. So we spend several hours processing these catch me if you can kids, dealing with youth detectives who were overly excited to work the case (NOT!) and Secret Service who could care less. And when the case goes to court guess who doesn't show up! You win a crisp new $100 bill if you guessed the fucking store! Never again.

When I was young my mother used a ping-pong paddle to keep us in line. I don't know where she got it, we had no ping-pong table. After we were about 12 or 13 my dad took over the discipline...I missed the ping-pong paddle. My siblings and I all became productive unincarcerated tax paying citizens. I guess my wife and I did a pretty good job as well. Our three kids are now grown to be productive unincarated tax paying citizens. Two are nurses, one is in the U.S. Air Force, all college grads. Oh yeah...they all voted for DJT.

While only a small portion of the mostly black 7th Congressional District, represented by Danny K. Davis, is on the SOUTH Side, this district overwhelmingly represents the WEST Side on both sides of the Eisenhower Expressway all the way from Lake Michigan and Downtown through the western suburbs to the border with DuPage County.
Most of the black SOUTH Side is represented in the 1st (Bobby Rush) and 2nd (Robin Kelly) Congressional Districts.
So what happens now? Another program that never ends and always "needs more money"? Just a few million more dollars and it'll work, maybe...not! Never does.

Preckwinkle calls the CCJ the intersection of racism and poverty.True, there might be some cases of minor crimes where the offender cannot make bond and is held, but the vast majority of property crime offenders are repeat offenders or bond jumpers.

They were created by giving generational entitlements to able bodied people who refuse to work and are of the belief that they are entitled to taxpayer funded sustenance from cradle to grave. Their entitled sustenance allows them 8-12 hours a day to do the devils work while the rest of us are spending 8-12 hours a day working and or going to school providing for their taxpayer funded devils holiday every day of the week. When concerned citizens pleaded for more moral instruction for these urchins in the public school system, they were blocked by groups like the American Civil Liberties Union and Americans United for Separation of Church and State on the grounds that sectarianism lurked behind all references to “morality” and “values” and, therefore, the public schools were prohibited from teaching anything that could be remotely considered "moral." Are they now ready to admit that they were wrong? Not much consolation for the countless lives lost or destroyed over the last sixty-plus years.

Notice how people of all colors are being gunned down *though, I must note that this is somewhat in jest, as the majority have been in communities that are unruly due to the fact that Rahm quashed the release of a tape so he could hang on as Mayor for four years; also of note, your city is in absolute gridlock because Rahm has privatized anything he can in order to give his friends (see: donors) a chance to repave our streets, while gutting critical city departments like Streets and San (who actually knew how to keep things like traffic running freely, instead of having every street torn up simultaneously (while paying outside contractors) to rip up the roads, gas lines, water lines, and everything else, because his people in power grew up outside of a grid system, on winding streets in places like Winnetka, Gross Pointe and the like. Also note that while he is going about privatizing any and everything, he is removing people from the municipal pension funds, who do things like, uh, remove younger people who contribute to the pension funds, which leads to a short in said pension funds. And lest we forget, he refused to jump onto the common realization that the reason that crime is out of control is that we have fewer police. But, and please, refer to the earlier point in this post, that your Mayor (not mine) put police in jeopardy is because he wanted to win an an election. And because he wanted to win an election, he put all points of transparency behind that "thin blue wall" and created an uneasy feeling of people of color towards the "thin blue wall." The thin blue wall, of course, is a fallacy. But of course, it was perpetuated by a little man from Winnetka who had his sights set on bigger things that Chicago. But now that Hillary is not going to be the President, he has tried his darndest to get the 66% of the people in this city that aren't white to vote for him. This includes, but is not limited to the recent goings on in Mount Greenwood. Add to that the taxes on any and everything, along with his destruction of any and all things Chicago, and it's not a question of what, but who.
In this city, working people who are black, white, brown and the rest all want the same thing. We all need to come together for the common good of this city and all of the disdain we are feeling as a result of Rahm's leadership. He is not a leader, and many who believe that there isn't anyone better might be surprised that we might all find someone who we can all like who will not fuck us all over, spew fake tears after a shooting. He isn't for Black. He isn't for brown. And he isn't for white. He is the splinter dividing us all in order to maintain his power because he wants to maintain what little power he has. He doesn't care about any of us, and like the true, narcissistic sociopath that he is, all he cares about is what he can use to enable himself to the point of being the most powerful person he can be. They taunt that working people have to give them their money, like charity and they will shop and buy new clothes while those working have to shop at Goodwill or some other second hand shop, and they could buy new clothes like them if they budgeted their money better.
