Sandi Claims Harassment
- Former alderman Sandi Jackson is accusing her estranged husband Jesse Jackson Jr. of harassment, declaring that the former congressman has engaged “in an unlawful and far-ranging fishing expedition for information.”
The court filing is the latest salvo in the couple’s increasingly bitter divorce battle. Last week, former congressman Jackson filed a series of subpoenas, seeking depositions, documents, and photos from former police superintendent Garry McCarthy and two others.
“The subpoenas were filed in the public court file and immediately posted in online news articles,” Sandi Jackson’s attorney said. “The issuance and filing in the public record of unwarranted subpoenas full of unsupported innuendo can serve no constructive purpose to the parties, or their children.”
To be fair, it gives us something "constructive" to post about when the picking are thin...like tonight.

They had HUGE opportunities and blew it. No sympathy here.
IMHO - there has to be a little meat to the innuendo. Attorneys just can't subpoena anyone and everyone and their documents without having some reasonable belief that the subpoena will be productive. These subpoenas are signed by judges (but then again, it's Cook County and if Rhamacide wants McHasbeen silenced, it look like this worked)

What until they see what's on Garry's phone and it just doesn't involve Sandi and her sexting. Another female is on there that will be subpoened as well. And of course it's a department member(s). Going to get very interesting!

JJ Jr. is stepping over the line when he attempts to maintain social control by eliminating rights and freedoms—way over the line. Statements like, “He is, without question, the most libidinous boeotian on the planet” accurately express the feelings of most of us here. Jr. is not a responsible citizen. Responsible citizens restore our righteous rage and singular purpose to prevail over his heinous army of sneaky slumlords. Responsible citizens surely do not shrink the so-called marketplace of ideas down to convenience-store size. Let me conclude by stating that Jr.'s loquacious circulars all but guarantee that systemic oppression will exist forever in our society. You can quote me on that.

If it wasn't for Garry's involvement, who really cares about the divorce games of two of the most spoiled children in politics?
I hope they eat up every last penny they might have and make their lawyers rich.

No, I didn't make a mistake in punctuation right there, I didn't mean to use a question make because I wasn't asking a question.
Remember when DIVORCE records were used to push a certain fella out of a certain election, which just "happened" to benefit a certain community organizer and that election win just "happened" to propel him to national higher office? Mmmmm mmm mmmm....(no, I just can't finish that little school song).
What is going on here is the attempt to bury truths that will split the democat party WIDE OPEN, Blago style. The "use dirt to set up getting more dirt playbook is in full effect right now. Jackson is being bullied by his loot grubbing female, her wanting the bulk of the 'estate' for damaging her standing so (because he got caught). The fight is on like donkey kong, neither side willing to bow, becasue they both have dirt, BIG DIRT, and all of people around them are all dirty with dirt on one another. Threats are being made to and fro, but the trouble they are all going to have soon is that time is running out. Hillary was supposed to be in now to put it all to rest. Except that didn't happen.
Pretty interesting that Barry didn't do some pardoning in this neck of the woods, ain't it? It is so dirty all around he wouldn't touch his own hometown drama with a ten foot pole. Prepare to be overwhelmed with 'news' soon enough. It's coming.
If these two govmint leeches aren't stealing money, they're creating court costs and expenses that won't get paid.
Either way, they'll both will one day show up on a Crook County ballot.
Don't know what property or monies they're battling over, the Fed should have confiscated the bulk.
