Really Jesse?

  • The family of the passenger injured after he was dragged off of a United Airlines flight at O'Hare Airport released a statement Tuesday afternoon saying they are "appreciative" of all the support they are getting.

Meanwhile, outraged continued to grow following the treatment of Dr. David Dao, a doctor from Kentucky, on Sunday aboard the Louisville-bound plane.

The Chicago City Council's Aviation Committee said it's working on plans to call United's CEO and Department of Aviation officials before the committee. Also, the Rev. Jesse Jackson and the Rainbow PUSH Coalition are scheduled to protest at O'Hare on Wednesday.
The convicted felon doctor was Chinese. At least one of the cops doing the dragging was black. So what is Jesse protesting?

We don't see Jesse protesting at the site of the Judge's murder. We don't see Jesse protesting at the scene of the 66-year-old and two twelve-year-olds who got shot the other day. We don't even see Jesse protesting at the father-son-who -let-the-dog-out killing. Why is that, do you think?

Oh yeah - no money in those protests....just minorities shooting and killing minorities. United Airlines is a multi-billion dollar corporation that might sent Jesse some plane tickets to go away, or maybe give one of his family members an airline to run into the ground like the Budweiser distributorship. That's the only reason Jesse is around.

JJ is a fucking shakedown artist, he don't give a fuck about black on black crime, he just looks for money making opportunitys, black people killing each other makes him no money.
Speaking of money making opportunity, now the Dr removed from that flight, did the aviation cops overreact? Yes. Is this convicted felon doctor playing this up to get paid? YES. 3 people understood the overbooking policy but he didn't? Read the fine print doc. Then he says over and over " just kill me" over and over. Btw because of his conviction the doctor can only see patients once a week. Soooooo the doctor is still in the hospital, hmmmmm wow 4 days in hospital for a cut lip? Would it have anything to do with the 2 law firms that represent him against a very big corporation with deep pockets telling him to stay in hospital, knowing this big corporation has a pr nightmare going on and looking for a big payday????????????? Scum bag shark attorneys wouldn't do that would they?????
United handled it wrong, aviation cops overreacted, the doctor is wrong, overreacting and playing this up to get paid, just saying

Just bumping up some FACTS from farther down the blog if SCC will kindly permit -- they are trying to sanitize this and lay everything on United, airport police, and "racism." This was not exactly a stable person...

Doctor dragged off United flight was felon who traded prescription drugs for secret gay sex with patient half his age and took them himself - and he needed anger management, was 'not forthright' and had control issues, psychiatrist found

* Dr David Dao's troubled medical past is revealed in court documents
* His wife Teresa - also a doctor - reported him to medical authorities and his secret inappropriate gay relationship with a patient was revealed
* Father of five, 69, was convicted of a felony - but avoided prison time - because he was giving the man prescription drugs in return for gay sex
* He denied the gay sex even though he was caught on camera shirtless and in his pants with Brian Case, his lover, 26, who was a fellow worshiper at his church
* Case said he believed that Dao wanted to hook him on prescription narcotics including Oxycontin so he would keep coming to him for gay sex
* Psychiatrist found Vietnamese-born doctor had series of issues and one doctor wrote that he 'he would unilaterally chose to do his own thing'
* He only got his licence back after agreeing to be drug tested and polygraphed

So now we are up to three Chicago Department of aviation police officers suspended nothing like a quick reaction and a heater case.now today in City Hall there's going to be a big meeting you could bet all the news outlets will be there they will do their best to blame the police as usual this fits the anti-police dishonest media 24 seven new cycle. They have already in the media had a trial for the police officers and convicted them. I'm just hoping and praying that all the police officers Chicago police officers and Department of aviation police officers finally realize the airlines are just like everyone else this is been going on for many years where people have been removed from Aircraft from gated areas at the discretion of the airline personnel who just take away their tickets to fly their boarding passes call the police and have the police escort them out remove them anyway necessary without any complaints being signed. This policy jeopardizes the city of Chicago and the individual police officers opening them up for lawsuits and for career ending complications.

From now on the Chicago Police Department must make a policy make it a general order or make it a special order the police officers when he called by the airlines to remove a pain customer for any reason The airlines are to sign a complaint for arrest or to sign a complaint on and anov no more should the police be used as bouncers for the airlines. Just a little information from a retired airport copper the airlines do nothing for the police the myth is that the airlines give the airport police officers benefits such as flying benefits which does not happen the airline to get the Chicago police officers absolutely nothing but headaches this incident proves how quickly police are throwing to the wolves! God bless the police officers involved in this incident may they be totally exonerated and God bless the police officers the thin blue line to protect us always amen!

yes, you are so correct. But, to physically remove someone from the plane, by force, the police should have had a signed complaint. They did not and they were wrong in this. By the way, United is the biggest offender of all world wide airlines in " involuntary" removals, over 40,000 last year along with 250,000 bumped. No other airline comes close. They are not nice people to fly with. Changes need to be made and they will be now, finally.

(Beyond the literal issue of height!) This isn't D.C. in the 90's. With the exception of the Times/Sneed, and the Tribune, Rahm and no politician can control the Message. President Trump proved that. So now what is Rahm to do? The Aviation Police are HIS CLOUT HEAVY CREW. United operating out of O'Hare means millions of dollars and jobs here. Rahm's Entitlement M.O. is to blame someone other than himself, but in this case he is tied to everyone and thing that went wrong. This on the heels of a dead judge, and loss of his control over the police Union has got to be a series of bad days for the Lil Guy. Too bad Rah, its going to get worse, the VanDyke trial is coming, and I hope they drag You, McCarthy, Fathead Ed & Anita to testify, how and why you thought the shooting was O.K. one day; and unacceptable 440 days later! Incident happened on Sunday. As of Wednesday evening they were reporting that the Dr. was still in hospital recovering from his injuries. I call bullshit on that one.
Two weeks ago, I swear this is true, a neighbor of mine had brain surgery on a Wednesday. Spent three days in ICU, one day in a "step down unit" and they discharged him. Insurance company (don't need to need to name names but we all have it) said there is no further need for in patient services. He is now doing rehab at Rehab Inst. of Chicago. Yet this guy is dragged off an airplane and 3/4 days later he's still in the hospital.
In the old days he would have been at Von Solbrig Hospital on Pulaski with all the other traffic accident phonies. Bet when he gets out he'll be wearing a cervical collar for his soft tissue injuries.
For you north siders and youngsters it's now the headquarters of Madigan's political empire and Lituanianian Cultural Museum.

you get a call for someone who refuses to get out of a taxi. you talk to the guy and he still refuses. you tell him he is going to be arrested....so he gets out of the car. then he gets back into the car. you talk to him again and he refuses to get out. taxi driver wants him arrested....so you tell him he is under arrest and he still does not get out. of course you are going to drag him out. the optics are bad but the force used is justified. substitute taxi for airplane and this is what you have. the guy was told to leave, he did but the ran back on, so now he has to be forcefully removed. the dragging looks bad but when he becomes dead weight and engages in passive resistance, what is the alternative. the aviation guys did not over react and i am tired of seeing and reading that. they were suspended due to the national attention and if i were them i would be exploring my legal options via my union. someone want to explain why he was never charged with trespass to vehicle.....aircraft is specifically listed there.

Wonder how many like incidents of passengers being booted on overbooked flights didn't result in some asshat deciding I'm to important and I'm not getting off, the other 3 as we know exited without incident and none of the other horrified whiners offered to let Dr Feelgood fly on to appointments which I doubt are very many since he got his license to practice whatever returned just in 2015. Certainly no lost income.

Don't worry United or any other of you over rated airlines you'll have to get your own security to herd your passengers after this. Sadly these Av' guys didn't take the position there is nothing we can do, it's non criminal, just tell the passengers the flight won't leave unless the doctor leaves the plane.

Jesse doesn't like any other people, especially people with whiteish skin, muscling in on is shakedown movement of garnering millions in "settlement" money absent TRIAL by JURY.

As For Dao, cops had better pay attention here, and be prepared to act, because THIS case is being pushed bigtime by media because this is going to be the precedent petting case for all handling of criminals going forward.

Were I United in this case, I would have told him the the plane would not be taking off with him on it and that if he refused to exit the clock would start running on him and his causing the delay. United would then take civil action against him to recoup lost revenues - advising him that each person on the plane would also be within their rights to hold him accountable the same way.

Making the entire plane wait and wait, would then have turned the passengers against him rather than have them screaming wildly in his defense. When an hour had passed and he still hadn't removed himself without violence, I would have arranged deplaning and boarding of another plane - of course all costs going to the good doctor...

Did the dude ask for a whoopin? Well sure. However, he asked a certain way - he baited. That is bait that not even a catfish would touch. This was a set up from the get go and fools took the bait.

The single most important thing here is THE LIBERAL AIRPORT ALLOWED IT.
The unions and special interest groups usually set up ahead of time with written permission from airport commissioners.
The Airport decided it would be in the BEST POLITICAL ADVANTAGE to allow The JesseJackin RainBoCo to come out on a dimes notice, and I wouldn't be surprised if the Airport called Jessie first.
Same with the all the immigrant lawyers setting up shop in the international terminal arrival area.
The Airport even setup tables, electric and comfort supplies for them.
Yet they tell rideshare, limo drivers, photographers, airplane buffs and pissbums get out or get arrested for trespassing.

This skeptic will not blame Jesse Jackson solely for the whole bullshit parade...it was Rahm & Ginger's phone call that got Jessie out of bed and pounding the sidewalk in front of United. Maybe they even sent a car to pick him up.
The RainboCoalition always flew the Friendly Skies in the past, unless they cut him off recently.

Silly, silly,silly, just silly.
United set themselves up for out of control passenger tantrums on their flights now, maybe that will take the heat off of Spirit.

It is United's plane and they can ask anyone to leave they want, for any reason. If someone doesn't like it, sue, but don't fight and scream like a little bitch. Remove yourself from the plane, if you are not satisfied with the reason for being asked to leave call Vrdolyak and Associates and become a millionaire. The cops were acting as agents of the airline who wanted someone removed for criminal trespass. If they hadn't removed the passenger, United would have complained about the cops not doing their job.

One of the first things my FTO told me was that anytime you have to put your hands on someone, they go to jail. In this case, Aviation Officers went on the plane, without having a signed complaint and let United turn them into the boogeyman. As May approaches, Chicago goes into planning the preliminary budget for the following year. At today's city council meeting, Alderman Burke questioned the Aviation commissioner about the word "police" being on their uniform patches (as well as their stars and decals on their cars). In the city budget, their titles are Aviation Security Officers, designated by the Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department as "special police" which grants them the same law enforcement authority at their work locations. With all the noise made last year about being armed, and anonymous officers calling CNN and blabbing about their orders to run and hide in the event of an attack, it wouldn't surprise me to have the Aviation Department do what they call a reduction in force for 2018 and eliminate the Aviation Security Officer position from the budget and go private.

Now this is getting confusing according to ginger Evans the $300,000 a year plus more commissioner states clearly she had aviation police remove police from there patches in January and replace with security patches so does that mean they are security guards? But yet are trained at police academy and have powers of arrest? Their vehicles clearly say POLICE! Very confusing come on ginger!!

https://www.dnainfo.com/chicago/20170413/ohare/aviation-commissioner-apologizes-for-dragging-passenger-off-united-flight/?utm_source=Afternoon+News&utm_campaign=54a39fba82-Mailchimp-CHI&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_5cf48fa38c-54a39fba82-177427829

Evans said a complete investigation of the incident was underway, and the results would be released publicly when the investigation is complete.

In response to heated and repeated questioning by 14th Ward Ald. Ed Burke, Evans acknowledged that Aviation security officers had been ordered to no longer wear uniforms emblazoned with the word "police."

Evans said the Aviation security officers were told in January to identify themselves as "security."

The investigation will probe why the officers captured on video were wearing black-and-white jackets with the word "police" on them.

Jesse "The Lick-Hitter" Jackson.

He's as noxious, pernicious and persistent
as a gypsy.

He can smell and root out money
no matter where it's hidden.

Cut it out brother, don't compare J-deuce to the gypsies, you'll give them a bad name.
"Gypsy" is a racial slur. They are actually "Roma" people. Check it out.
Noxious, pernicious and persistent people have rights too, you know.
Pangs of conscience<

Maybe "Yer-Peen Traveler" or
"Neighborhood Carnival Ride Operator Peoples/Folkses"
would've been a more appropriate comparison?

Heh...

How about rotten, false-flagging, hypocritical,
exploitative S.O.B who's well past his "sell by"
date as far as relevance is concerned?

Hope the New Day DOJ lays out the contents
of his panty drawer "sunny-side-up"

I agree passengers would've beat him to a pulp for delaying the plane.

Jesse on the other hand probably got paid by UA to try to turn the spotlight on "Bad Chicago Cops" and away from UA

When did Aviation police start going on planes for disturbances & removing passengers? That was always the CPD's job out there""

Still is. Aviation lets a few of their young guys go plain clothes on PMs and that kicks in tactical mode. Then day by day they tell them different shit to do at "disturbances". Everything from dont go, to go and make arrests.

Now look at how Ginger Evans is covering her own people in the Slime Times.

""Under questioning by Ald. Edward Burke (14th), Evans revealed that she had ordered aviation security officers — who have been lobbying for the right to carry guns with Burke as their champion — to remove the word “police” from their uniforms.

“In a directive in January, we ordered them to not use the word ‘police.’ To use the word ‘security’ on their jackets,” Evans said.

But Burke pointedly noted what the videos show: that the word “police” was still on the uniform of at least one officer involved in removing 69-year-old Dr. David Dao off a United Express jet bound for Louisville Sunday evening.

“Incorrectly,” the commissioner interjected."""

They were never told that. They wear the same uniforms they have since I was there. Poor guys, I bet they are begging to be out on the outside posts now and away from these ctizens with their idiotic comments.

Distinct possibility I sure had not considered.
Proof of such antics would be WIKILEAKS worthy and tremendously financially damaging to Jesse and United. United could withstand it, though butthurt, while Jesse would be in trouble bigtime. Like Father like son? Have it all and go broke anyway? That might make Jesse take such a risk....Great food for thought, thanks!

Federal Aviation Regulations, I believe, say unstable or drunk people MUST be put off aircraft.

We've all seen things where passengers subdued an unruly person.

The Aviation Police are security and security only. Jimmy Mauer had their logo's changed to "police" years back when he was their chief. They have no more powers of arrest than a citizen. They may get training at a police academy but they do not work for a law enforcement agency. They work for a security agency. Most of the guy's and gal's over there are good people. There are quite a few retiree's there as well. Unfortunately there are a few wannabe's who have it in their head's that they are the police. Those are the idiot's that stir up problems like this. Once they pulled that guy off the plane they could not arrest or charge him. They would have to ask a Chicago Officer to make an arrest. Hopefully this incident will bring some needed changes to that agency.

Am I the only one who feels the only one to blame here is the so called Doctor. I a police officer or a representative of United tell you to get up and leave the plane YOU DO IT!

4/13/2017 02:13:00 PM

You kind just answered your own question there.... "Cops were acting as agents of the airline". We don't act as agents for anybody much less a corporation. Sercurity Personel do that instead. You as a police officer have to determine whether a crime has been committed here or not. Then take appropriate enforcement action based on your judgement. In this case the doctor as much of a jerk as he may have been was not criminally trespassing until after he was seated for a while and the flight staff discovered they had overbooked. Until then everything was hunky dory. So essentially he was booted not because he was a security threat of some type but because he didn't fit into their policy for rescheduling that day. Now the airline has the right to refuse you. Legally and all that. Whether he should have known that or not is arbitrary. But here's the more important point. If you as a cop, can't foresee the possible shitstorm that may be created by you going hands on and removing this type of person for THIS type of bullshit, (Remember everybody's watching and people are recording and this over a private company's policy NOT a serious security breach) then you shouldn't call yourself a police officer. Especially in this video and sue happy climate we live in today. Cop work is about recognizing the gray areas not just the black and white " do it motherfucker because I'm the police and I gave you an order" type stuff.

How difficult would it have been convince the staff to offer more money and even help them auction it off to the cabin, somebody would have taken it for sure. Because again the sole aim to solve this problem was to empty some seats not necessarily this dudes. being the police isn't always about giving orders, slamming people and cuffing them, there's a lot more to it. Stop to think about it : A little extra care and flexibility here would have saved millions of dollars in lost revenue and a negative image and now possibly the jobs of those aviation guys.

The law firms representing this supposed doctor must be real desperate for money to take this case. The doctor broke the law, he did not follow the rules when agents for the airlines ordered him off thier aircraft. Therefore his injuries are a result of his own decision to not follow the rules and he broke the law. Sounds to me like a judge or jury would come to the same conclusion that if he had obeyed the law he would not have sustained these injuries. In the video it did not show the police being excessive, they used force reasonable to remove the doctor from the plane. If the airlines are allowed by law to overbook and decide who does and does not get on their plane, then where is the liability?

This is supposed to be one of the premier law firms in Chicago, sounds like a bunch of ambulance chasers looking to follow Jesse in a extortion tactic. If I was the CEO of UA I would tell them that I will handle our policy moving forward, but if you think your going to extort us for your own monetary gain, you got another thing coming.

Yeah. Thankfully you're pretty close to the only one that stupid.
Why don't you just let us know how it goes when you get booted from that flight to Hawaii -- to make room for some United personnel. The one where you're attending your daughter's wedding. The one you paid for. I'll fuckin' pay money to watch that.

...then the 'as an officer' part...
WTF do you not get here, genius? The guy was seated on the plane. He had a cartage contract, called a ticket. At that point it's a civil dispute. It's a contracts issue. I don't give a shit who you are, cop, mall cop whatever.
And if you think is a great idea for cops to settle civil disputes, then you just stepped way the hell into the definition of 'fascism'.
Maybe you might want to think that through. Just a little tiny bit.

Put my hands on plenty of people during my career and it didn't necessitate them going to jail.
Another shining example of why the CPD FTO program is a certifiable joke.

You're wasting your time.

There are too many guys caught up in the
rapture of "But I'm da Police."

Too many guys who don't have the
maturity and mental acuity to actually
KNOW where their authority begins and ends.

Not to mention the supervisors and
"Police Managers" who don't know where
that authority begins and ends either...

"I gave you a direct order to do
dumb/illegal/unethical shit, or else
I'm gonna make your life miserable, Office!"

So... You do that dumb/illegal/unethical shit
and find yourself in the mother of all trickbags
then wonder why mistuh/miz Po-leece Manager
runs and hides from you.

"If'n you dont do what I say, then I'll
write you up for insubordination!"

The refuge of scoundrels, this...

Collectively, Policemen would be too damned
dangerous to be fucked with if more of them
not only knew the lane they were driving in, but
made it a point to stay in it.

The most cringe-worthy instance of this was
an incident several years ago when some
Policemen were called to a west side
"place of worship" to remove a "pastor"
from the pulpit.

Firstly, that called should have NEVER
been allowed to be dispatched but that's
what happens when a mayor concedes control
of emergency communications to urban clergy.

"For Us, By Us..."

Does anyone know what happened with that?
