Missing Movers
Reports out of a couple of Districts that Personal Service Citation books have all disappeared. Has the printer gone out of business or is the City just not paying the bill again?

I wrote a driver a ticket for going around the down railroad gates and nearly hitting my squad to as she crossed the tracks. There was a Metra train that crossed the crossing about 5 seconds after she disobeyed the railroad gates. So, I wrote her the ticket for avoiding the down railroad gates, or whatever its called. Its been 12 years since I wrote any type of ticket, so forgive me if I don't have the correct words for the offense.
At traffic court the prosecutor told me that she is pleading guilty to obstructing traffic instead of disobedience of railroad gates. I said that she did not obstruct traffic she nearly got hit by a metra train that was not stopping. Prosecutor told me that the judge felt the fine was too high for her and this charge would be easier for her to pay.
I looked at the prosecutor and told her do whatever you and the judge want, I wont be back in traffic court again.
That was the last time I was in traffic court.

I don't miss them. My book is about a year old and I'm half way through it.
What's a mover? Probably wrote 5 tickets in the last 10yrs. That's only because people pissed me off with their driving. Fetal officers don't get in trouble, and still get a check.
Off Topic, but a note to the big Dumb Fuck guy with the crew cut working third watch desk in 020. Quit treating people like you are doing them a favor and being condescending when they come in. You treated my aunt like shit the other day and you should be glad i wasn't there to see it.

What about the V.R.I. quota where you MUST have at least 5 movers a month, no matter what to get that V.R.I. overtime?

I don't bring any ticket books out Haven't written one in years. Won't bring any revenue to this city. They take way too much in taxes out of my check.
