So it's lower than years past, but not out of line with 2014 and 2015 totals.
2016 was the aberration.

Notoriously bad shots...you might suggest they hold their weapon like a man. There's a reason the manufacturer placed the sights on top of the gun and not on the side.

Looks like at least two have taken that literally, indeed taking a knee, in uniform on duty, though not exactly during call.

Where are the tuff guy football players when 5 year olds are executed , why don't those tuff guys shut down a few drug corners
Teach kids to respect their parents police ,teachers ,neighbors , not to beat women ,have kids out of wedlock , not carry illegal weapons , abuse animals , obey traffic laws .
