Exploiting Bauer

  • Lawmakers in Springfield will discuss gun safety Tuesday.

A new bill that honors Chicago Police Cmdr. Paul Bauer will be introduced.

Bauer was shot and killed on Feb. 13 while chasing a man who was wearing body armor and had an extended magazine in his handgun.

The new legislation would ban the sale of body armor and high-capacity magazines to anyone except police officers, licensed security guards and members of the military. It would also require gun dealers in Illinois to be licensed.

Rahm's puppet is going to Springfield to not let "a crisis go to waste:"
  • Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson will travel to Springfield to testify in support of the state bill.

“I am all for Americans who have legal rights to own firearms only, but you can not convince me that high-capacity magazines are needed in the city," said Johnson. "As a legal gun owner, you can't convince me you need an AR-15 in the streets of Chicago, you just won’t convince me of those things."
None of which has anything to do with Commander Bauer. Last we heard, there were all sorts of rifles being used on the west and south sides of Chicago, so the law is failing. And the CPD deploys officers with multiple round magazines for pistols and 30 round magazines for rifles just to keep up with criminals. So it's obvious Ed is being used as a propaganda tool.

As far as we know, the Commander didn't volunteer any opinions on gun ownership, but we know he said, clearly and eloquently, that keeping repeat offenders behind bars was the primary driver behind lowering the crime rate. But we don't see that Bill being introduced anywhere for some reason.

It isn't the legal gun owners brandishing and using the weapons. Punishing the law abiding for the actions of the criminals doesn't seem to make sense, does it? And doing it in the name of a dead cop is truly shameful.

Where is the logic that Legislation aimed at protecting Police Officers is a bad thing?

We all know the mayor is holding the cheating scandal over your head,

Your cheating wife is cute but is she worth your declining health,

The point of "gun control " is to disarm the middle and working classes. It has nothing at all to do with crime control. Criminals are useful idiots to the powers that be and once the people are disarmed, they will be delt with harshly.
Demicide is very difficult when the people are armed. Do not give up your arms in the name of anyone or anything.

I honestly do not understand why someone would need an assault rifle, but I believe that if you are a law-abiding citizen, you should be able to purchase whatever you want. I agree that the real solution is not more laws, but rather keeping those committing the crimes in jail. If things change and a law-abiding citizen commits any crime, not necessarily a violent crime, or is suddenly mentally unfit, then that person should not possess any weapons!

Sometimes more laws/taxes/fees are not the solution. Just like the soda-tax did not solve obesity....

Nope. Let's jam up the general public. It's high time that law enforcement stops carrying their water. Stop providing security services/bodyguard s to these law makers. They should be exposed to all of the crime & scumbags they enable with their bullshit.

No body armor for citizens?

No way I would be employed in any number of jobs within or near Chicago without concealable soft body armor. Plenty of people outside of law enforcement, security, or the military need access to body armor. I guess it will be yet another thing people smuggle back in from another state.

The point about banning Body Armor is pure BS. I can see a law saying a convicted felon cannot buy body armor, but not a total ban.

The example used by someone at the hearing was dead on - what about the minimum-wage cashier at the midnight gas station wearing body armor because they are working in a bad neighborhood?

PERFECT example of why body armor cannot get a full ban.

The question is, how did the felon who killed Bauer get body armor? In fact, how did he get the 30-round magazines? They already have a ban in Illinois from buying them.

As to Florida, as more facts come out, it looks like Law Enforcement dropped the ball on that one from the local law enforcement agency to the FBI.

The FBI just doesn't seem to be doing such a good job lately. It has been politicized in its leadership structure, instead of being professionalized.

There are 3 qualities law:

1. Laws of Physics

2. Laws of Nature

3. Laws of Man

The 1st quality of laws, Physics, or physical/substance/matter, deny all attempts to ignore. Their effect is not subject to opinion.

The 2nd quality of laws, Nature, being undeniably and unavoidably effected by the 1st quality, induces, by their effects, the compulsory choice of either: a) comply and continue to breathe or b) deny and die.

The 3rd quality of laws, made by Man, will either conform to the first and second, or, if in conflict with either or both, result, in their implementations, in avoidable death.

Thus, the laws made by Man, unlike the laws of the physical and the laws of the natural, contain the promise/potential/possibilty of, but for those yearning for death, an abundance of unwanted effects.

Dummies that deny reality are toxicity personified.

Our elected dummies + the dummies who elected them = Good Morning Chicago!!!!!! And a Big, Dumb Shout Out to Crook County!!!!!

ISRA Members,

Monday, these Mike Madigan shell bills from last year were given new life, as Mike Madigan's gun grabbing minions fulfill their mission to be pawns in Madigan's "Gun Day" Wednesday, TODAY February 28 by giving each of the shell bills a brand-new anti-gun amendment The bills are HB1465, HB1467, HB1468,HB1469 and HB1664, and they all passed out of the House Judiciary Committee on a partisan 8 to 5 vote.

The bills are:
HB1465 - Shell bill turned into Semi-auto age restriction and ban - Michelle Mussman

HB1467 - Bans a Bump Stock and bans any firearm modifications - Marty Moylan

HB1468 - Sets a three day waiting period for purchase of a semi-auto rifle - Jonathan Carroll

HB1469 - Magazine Ban - Also bans protective safety clothing, like meat carvers' gloves and steel-toe boots and body armor. - Dan Burke

And finally, commented on by ISRA Lobbyists and select Law Enforcement insiders as the worst written legislation ever seen in Illinois,
HB1664 - Establishes an anonymous tip line to bring SWAT teams to your home to scoop up you and your firearm. Deb Conroy

Remember that all of these legislators are beholden to Madigan to carry these bills, or they get no campaign "support" for the fall. But these representatives already hate that you have the freedom to own firearms, so for them this is no stretch. They want to take that freedom away, they have been awaiting the opportunity.

Please call your Illinois State Representatives today, starting at 8:30 am and ask that they oppose all these bills. Don't stop there, tell your neighbors and friends about this attack on our freedom, let them know to make the calls as well.

Please use the link below to identify and get contact information for your Illinois State Representative and Illinois State Senator, then keep that information handy. There are now floor fights on several fronts in Springfield in attempts to take away your gun rights, you will be asked to call your legislators several times this week.

So fat head. If you ban the ARs and magazines who still has hem. That's right those that don't pay any attention to the law. Why not instead of banning things pass a law that says if any of those are used in criminal activity, an automatic 10 year sentence with no time off on top of what ever they are charged with. I guarantee the gangs will pay attention to that instead of a ban that makes it easier for them to commit all their crimes. With the way things are going You are not able to control the streets anymore and the citizens are going to have to provide for their own protection, the SRs and magazines and body armor might be necessary just to get to work or grocery store. Just enforce the laws and sentences on the books now, lock them up and keep them locked up. Simple solution. Will you ever be able to stop a school shooting? Not unless someone in the school on the spot has a gun to repel the shooter, your response time can't prevent a massacre, someone on site might have a chance.

Like that's going to stop them. Oh that's right this is a feel good thing makes it look like you really care and are coming down on criminal activity. Until you actually catch and lock up the criminals and keep them locked up for a long time things will only get worse. Why is that so hard for you and all the politicians to understand. Restorative justice is no justice at all, the criminals wins and society is preyed upon by the same pos over and over again. Want to do something to change things, pass a three strikes law and enforce it.

Thank you for this clear stand, SCC.

The truth is that the chicanery that took place at the hands of MadAgain, the democrats and the NRA in the wake of the 7th circuit throwing out UUW/AUUW code has demonstrated its deadly costs, with regular folks AND police officers alike.

Now these hack politicians answer a criminal using a handgun shooting a cop with legislation to ban body armor and rifles. What a crock.

Gun control is itself the problem, and democrats ALWAYS seek more of it. It is just plain ridiculous.

You know what this is? It is conspiring to violate the rights of the people under the color of law. Worse, it is also doing their blood dance this time on the back of a dead cop.

Some say politicians have some kind of diplomatic immunity, but I say its time to put that to the test in the open. Knowingly attempting to pass laws that obviously violate the rights of the people is a crime nobody can be immune to...its called TREASON!

As a supervisor who worked for Commander Bauer, It made me sick to my stomach to see them attach his name to this political nonsense. It's not who Paul was. Paul was about protecting the law abiding citizen and serving them honorably, ethically and endlessly. He would never prohibit any good citizen from purchasing a vest if that is what he or she wanted to do for protection. He would have encouraged it to protect themselves from the "rats" that prey on them in the districts the CPD fails to properly protect.

I assumed the anger I was beginning to feel was just part of the grieving process. IT ISN'T. It's the result of watching these uneducated leaders of the chicago police department pull a fucked up stunt like this just two weeks after we buried Paul. We all know the mayor is no good, a cowardly politician at heart who will make good use of any tragedy as SCC has said. Someone has to put a stop to this. Perhaps Paul's Captain's union representatives could take the lead.

Today's tribune article on the same topic mentioned State Rep Brian Stewert of Freeport who stated "from all accounts, Paul Bauer was a man who liked to do things right." Stewert goes on to say that "it would be a diservice to his memory to support a bill that wasnt done right the first time". You got it Brian!!!

I looked up on Rep. Stewert and low and behold, he is former law enforcement.
I called Rep Stewert's office and expressed my gratitude in his response to the bill attached to the heroic name of Paul Bauer.
Why dont all of you do the same.
Office number is 1 815 232 0774

All these stupid gun control laws will accomplish is that more taxpaying citizens will flee this utterly doomed state. If these laws pass, I am moving my family out of here before they go into effect.

It remains to be seen how many Downstate Democrats want to commit political suicide by supporting Madigan on these bills. Our idiot RINO governor will sign anything that Madigan wants.

I honestly do not understand why someone would need an assault rifle, but I believe that if you are a law-abiding citizen, you should be able to purchase whatever you want.

2/28/2018 12:44:00 AM

Do you even know what an assault rifle is? An AR15 is NOT an assault rifle. It's the weapon of choice for the anti-gun crowd because it "looks scary". Educate yourself on what an assault rifle really is before you make yourself sound ignorant on the issue.

For clarification, here is part of the memorandum received from Robert Trifiletti, Chief of the Army’s Light Armament Division on the definition of “assault rifle”.

1. This office researched the definition of the term “assault rifle” by identifying and locating official Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of Army (DA) publications on ordinance technical terminology, DOD/DA technical small arms publications or definitions of military terms.

2. The definition of an “assault rifle” is: “Assault rifles are short, compact, select-fire (i.e. both semiautomatic and full-automatic) weapons that fire a cartridge intermediate in power between sub-machine gun and rifle cartridges. Selective fire is defined as a weapon, which at the user’s selection, can fire semi-automatic or full automatic fire. Semi-automatic is defined as a weapon designed to fire each time the trigger is pulled. Full automatic is defined as a weapon which will fire continuously as long as the trigger is pulled.

3. The origin of the term “assault rifle” comes from the German word “sturmgewehr” after the Sturmgewehr 44 German Army rifle from the Second World War. The rifle was a compact, selective fire weapon in an intermediate caliber cartridge. Since 1944, military firearms that fit this general description and general design have sometimes been labeled as an “assault rifle.

Some civilian versions of military look-alike rifles have been erroneously labeled as “assault rifles” because they generally fit the description, however, since the civilian rifles have been modified internally to eliminate the selective fire capability, they are not “assault rifles”.

And what about CC jail? Biggest mental health facility in the state right? Why do we have our jails full of mentally ill people and no place for violent offenders?

CPD and the union should get behind a new strategy, to partner with the mental health community to reopen mental hospitals and clinics and clear out the jails for violent offenders. Then approve charges, tougher and longer sentences. Change the dialogue by proposing and supporting this. Refocus the debate.

That should be the Paul Bauer memorial, get the word out on the revolving door. I watched video of him speaking to River North Association, I think it was their November meeting. His words "revolving door".

This is not a gun issue. We already have laws in place that are ignored by judges, lawyers and politicians. No new laws will prevent an officer getting killed. They are going to go all the way - see below.

On February 28th, the Illinois state House of Representatives will be hearing a number of gun control bills that will severely impact your Second Amendment rights. In addition to the egregious dealer licensing bill, Senate Bill 1657, there will also be a gun control package that the state House Judiciary Committee rushed through on February 27th without considering the effects of such legislation. Please contact your state Representative and Senator and urge them to OPPOSE Senate Bill 1657 and House Bills 1465, 1467, 1468, and 1469.

House Bill 1465, as amended by Representative Michelle Mussman (D-56), would deny law-abiding young adults under the age of 21 their Second Amendment rights by prohibiting them from possessing or purchasing commonly-owned semi-automatic firearms, standard capacity magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition, and .50 BMG caliber rifles. The bill would require adults under the age of 21 to dispose of such firearms within 90 days and to dispose of standard capacity magazines over ten rounds in capacity immediately. In addition, language in the bill would prohibit out-of-state visitors from being present in Illinois for longer than 24 hours with such firearms or standard capacity magazines.

Senate Bill 1657 would create onerous mandatory regulations, fees potentially in the thousands of dollars and excessive amounts of red tape that would almost assuredly force the closure of many firearm dealers, and prevent prospective owners from opening new ones. The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) already licenses and closely monitors all federally licensed firearm dealers (FFLs) and strictly enforces any violation of federal law.

House Bill 1467, sponsored by Representative Martin Moylan (D-55), would ban “bump stocks” and “trigger cranks.” The broad and vague language could be interpreted to ban components used on competition grade firearms. It would ban various antique and historical reproduction firearms such as Gatling guns, which are owned by collectors and historical reenactors. It would require owners of “bump stocks” and “trigger cranks” to dispose of them within 90 days.

House Bill 1468, sponsored by Representative Jonathan Carroll (D-57), would require a 72 hour waiting period for certain commonly-owned semi-automatic firearms and .50 BMG caliber rifles. Current Illinois law requires a 72 hour waiting period for handguns and a 24 hour waiting period for long guns. The arbitrary distinction in this bill will cause confusion among firearm sellers about which long guns require a 72 hour waiting period. In addition, it would also ban the sale of these firearms to non-residents.

House Bill 1469, sponsored by Representative Daniel Burke (D-1), would ban standard capacity ammunition magazines over 10 rounds in capacity and body armor. The vast majority of handguns have standard capacity magazines holding more than 10 rounds. These magazines would have to be disposed of within 90 days.

Where is the logic that Legislation aimed at protecting Police Officers is a bad thing?

2/28/2018 12:14:00 AM

".....aimed at protecting.....", was, I see, the worm you thought would lead you to setting the hook.

The only place you have set that hook is firmly into your empty nutsack.

And capitalizing "police officers" was, I suspect, what you seriously thought would mask the stench of your attempt.

Your thought went something like this:

"Hmmmmm....how can I, (meaning you, buttboy), sucker those dummy coppers into enthusiastically supporting yet another nudging step towards my master's end goal?

Why, appeal to their totally selfish desire to be in possession of ALL possible means of self-defense!!!!!

After all, them coppers really don't care about anyone but their selfish, bully craving selves, sooooooo......of course they'll be one hundred fucking percent in favor of disregarding, discarding and getting rid of, once and for all, that pesky right of self defense, that is so vexing to my master's end goal......(better remember to not forget to make no mention of that last thingy!!!!!)

And what better way to stroke those coppers massively bloated egos than to......CAPATALIZE the words -police- & -officer-!!!!!!

I am truly a fucking GENIUS!!!!!

(...lingering pats on my ass for Meeeeee!!!!!)"

So, duke, no, coppers may find your worm mildly attractive, but will see it for the chump bait it is.

The Right to Keep and Bear Arms is precisely the same as the Right to Self Defense, which, were you not so obsessively like a worm, you'd have experienced knowing is in the very Nature of Creation.

NOTHING ever proposed by the feckless political cunts addresses the actual solution to the miscreants gone wild phenomenon.......kill or render impotent the miscreants.

Let me start by saying I have the utmost respect for LEOs. I had at one time, two family members who were sworn officers. But banning "high capacity" mags is silly. I think it was New York state or NYC who was banning mags with more than 7 rounds, but so many modern pistols ship with a ten round mag. It just gets ridiculous. And banning body armor for civilians could put a lot of people in harms way. Many use it for their jobs or just as a habit while visiting the city.

Illinois already has a law on the books for using body armor during the commission of a crime.(720 ILCS 5/Art. 33F heading) ARTICLE 33F. UNLAWFUL USE OF BODY ARMOR. Enforce the laws on the books. Make examples of criminals who use firearms during the commission of a crime. Project Exile. Look it up people. But then the usual suspects will bitch and moan about too many folks (or people) incarcerated. This terrible state can't repair the budget, we have thousands leaving each year, but let's jump all over gun control.

Anyone who believes we need more laws in this country is a moron. Plain and simple. Bring back good values, raise your kids right, love them, teach them respect.

2/28/2018 02:10:00 PM
Anonymous Anonymous said...

What the hell is a "high capacity magazine" anyway? They never state an actual amount. Likely because they want to keep it vague so they can continually dial it down until it's nothing.

Just like the J/O's in New York pulled with their nonsensically named SAFE Act... Went from 10 rounds, to 7, to 5, and I think three now.

Every rifle I've ever had came with a 30 round mag - that seems to be "standard capacity" to me. Anything bigger than that was for playing around at the range - the 60 round mags would jam somewhat regularly - just what you don't want when your life is on the line. And the 100 round drums were so fucking heavy that you couldn't hold the damn rifle, and then as it got lighter your aim was off - it was fun on a bench rest though.

Still, criminals don't give a shit - so none of these laws will stop them. Put them in prison and keep them there until they're old enough to not be able to walk.

I've told the communists that are my Senator and Rep's, but you know - Illinois, so it's like talking to the fucking wall. I can't wait to move the hell out of this state.

“The new legislation would ban the sale of body armor and high-capacity magazines to anyone except police officers, licensed security guards and members of the military. It would also require gun dealers in Illinois to be licensed.”

Gun dealers in IL are already required to be licensed - by the Federal Government.

And what praytell makes police officers, licensed security guards, and members of the military so much better than a law abiding citizen that a "regular" citizen ought not to be able to purchase items which protect THEM from criminals?

Recall that cops have no duty to respond to any call for assistance (per the US Sup Ct), so you're on your own until they get there - and if a home invading crew hits my house - they're not going to wait while I reload a 3 round mag...

The sheepel will buy this lock stock and barrel, until the next school or mall shooting then what. More worthless laws instead of going hard after the criminals. So just look at all the shooting in last ten years not one example of a sane law abiding citizen doing the shooting, always a criminal, terrorist or Looney pulling the trigger. So did any of the laws on the books stop them, no because they all ignored existing laws and found gun free zones to wreak their havoc. Eliminate all gun free zones, tighten up background checks, give police power to tale away any firearms from anyone with a domestic or mental problem before trial (can always return guns if proved innocent) and make it easier for lea abiding citizens to carry for their own protection. Lastly put anyone using firearm, or convicted felons found with firearm in jail for at least 5 years with full time served, if felon on payroll send him back to serve remainder of original sentence plus the 5 full years. Solution for the simpletons making the laws, they would rather penalize the good citizens and reward the bad for their behavior. Keep voting democratic, fools. If only they would pass a law prohibiting murdering innocents with guns. Or knives, or a machete or a car.
Oh, wait.

It isn't even comparable how many more people are killed each year by drunk drivers yet for some reason the liberal never seems inclined towards eliminating the automobile, or making it harder for people to obtain and drive one. The only way the rationale behind this makes any sense is if the long term goal is to eliminate the ability for law abiding civilians to have firearms. Disturbing thing to ponder.

I am just a citizen who was one of so many who was heartbroken by the murder of Commander Bauer. You post is more than a bit behind the times in it's basic, implied presumptions.

Though I may err here, I shall proceed presuming you possess sufficient humility to endure both my apperant pompacity and my laser like accuracy.

Your no longer valid presumptions are:

1. The makers of law, in these parts, have zero concern about solving the problems created in and by the legendary "community". That is a zero....0....as in no concern whatsoever.

2. Ditto the above for preventing the invasion of said "community" miscreants into the, as far as the makers of law are concerned, politically impotent areas that currently, as in, for the time being, in no way resemble the legendary "community".

3. The makers of law, aka, the politicians, thoroughly understand the nature and intent of the hijinks they routinely engage in, the vast variety of which I shall not venture into their skunk slut mentalities to enumerate; not here, not now, not if I yearn to avoid my head exploding with the absurd, obnoxious festering cuntness of each and every past, present and predictable future feckless shit scheme, which I do yearn to avoid.

4. If your confidence in your prediction that said miscreant invasion cannot be stopped, I shall take the liberty of interpreting your basis for the confidence in your presumption is founded in: that able residents do not exist in the areas you specified + what law enforcement presence has been meagerly alloted said areas will both not be effective at dissuading the miscreant invaders and will be effective at dissuading any potentially able residents from dissuading the miscreant invaders from pursuing their invasive ways + the means and methods necessary to effectively dissuade said miscreants will either never manifest or will never be allowed to manifest effectively. I may have misunderstood the basis of your confidence.

5. The ambient sense of your post strongly implies that only a political/lawmaking solution can be allowed to exist. Ever. That, the laws of Physics + the laws of the Nature of Creation = not a valid limitation on reality. Since the miscreant invaders have no reticence on using force, up to and including deadly force, without even the feckless political makers of law having made law to lend an aura of legality to the miscreant mischief makers actions, so do the recipients of said miscreant mischief have the laws of Physics and Nature to impart just cause to the resistence and rejection of submitting to said miscreant mischief.

If your confidence proves valid, whether by resident self chosen submission or law enforcement impeding resident resistance, the laws of Physics and Nature will remain unavoidably effective, as neither gives a shit who is following them, miscreant or peaceful resident.

When shit hits fan and flies, it does not have either eyes or gives a damn who gets hit by it.

The Democrats and the black caucus is the reason for the decriminalization of black crime. But besides more victims it just means more dead black men. For those who choose that life, who cares, it's the Innocents that are suffering in greater and greater numbers. Only when the elite start falling victim will things change. The rifles that the anti-gunners like to call " assault rifles" or weapons of war are outlawed within the City of Chicago and everywhere in Cook County. Possession of such a rifle calls for
a fine of $5000 to $10,000. I have never heard of any criminal caught with one and fined under these ordinances. They are only for the law abiding citizens with the ability to pay. The ultimate goal of the anti-gun left is to ban all private possession of firearms or at the very least ban all semi-auto matic pistols and rifles and go back to bolt action rifles and revolvers. They have said this many times. Believe them.

It's a symphony.....interwoven moments of dissonance, increasing tension, setting up for the resolution to consonance.....and repeat, with modulations to various keys and modalities.....a little jazzy here and there....a touch of the blues....some variations on a minor harmony....sliding subtly into the dissonance of harsher intervals, followed by the satisfaction of the yearning for resolution with the return to consonance.....

Also known as the calling all suckers play.....

Instead of fixing why a 4 time convicted felon, of which he was given a 3year bargain on a 30 sentence was on the street, the answer is once again to ban guns.. as if any laws banning or restricting guns or body armor for that matter would prevent a criminal from doing what a criminal does. Very pathetic.

More outrageous crap given what is truly happening in the county. The Tribune had another story today of 3 men robbing a woman in the Loop. Three frequent fliers, who shouldn't even be out on the street. The county prosecutors and judges do not give a damn about public safety. They just want to "make things fair" and / or normalize the criminal lifestyle they experienced growing up in the Community or better still, the Projects (I'm looking at you Kimesha Foxx).

As for me, I'm hoping somebody launches a movement to figure out how much each Chicago taxpayer will get whacked to pay for the extra $175 million in road construction so BHO can have his library. I'd like to be able to refuse any levy or tax used to subsidize this massive joke on public property. My understanding was that it was going to be privately funded. I don't see anyone west of the Dan Ryan expressway going to see a facility that represents 8 years of giving the country away to our enemies, 8 years of doing nothing of substance but undermining the principles that make the country work. Okay.....if your reply is from the original commenter, this is for you:

1. Got it. Humility has not yet achieved sufficient strength to appreciate the value of humility.

2. Pompacity levels too great to be endured by your less than sufficient in strength humility. Check.

3. Laser like accuracy, thus, is left to stand in a pool of underappreciation. Not bothersome in the least.

4. Residents facing invasive activities of miscreants have far more to fear from the enforcers of laws than the invading miscreant's worst efforts. This, because, as we all know too well, ass covering is the rule, limited discretionary execution of sworn duties is the cover story and, hence, the rightous are placed in the classic Catch 22 experience.

5. The obsessive nature of authority to insist upon absolute, complete and total domination over any given event gives pause to even the most capable swift and certain response to the imminent threat of death/grave bodily harm, which the roaming packs of miscreants bring to those areas in which they do not reside. And, yes, this means that paying lip service to the inhabitants right to self defense is the crux of the problem, a problem which does have a natural solution.

6. The triangle of authoritative solution to the problem of violent, thieving, miscreant activities is:

Enforcement

Prosecution

Adjudication

Each of these three legs must be solid, just, honest, rightous and honorable, as free of taint as the nature of the world will allow.

As we ALL know, this is quite rare where we all are now, living our lives within a pool tainted by the opposite qualities which are needed to, at least, diminish the effects of the problem.

7. The reading of books is not equal to either the absence of experience, the presence of "higher education indoctrination", the absence of common sense or the presence of vulnerability of the weaker in humility individual.

8. We all, at the core of each of us, know everything, choose to ignore many things, pretend we are not ignoring those things we have chosen to ignore and, then, pretend we are not pretending.

9. Just for you: To sum it all up. If, or when, I put a miscreant down, I will not be calling 911. Someone will. Most have been thoroughly conditioned to default to that choice. THAT is why the miscreants run with abandon. Because they, especially they, depend upon the crippled triangle to not be summarily brought to a dead stop, the end.

So, again, I expect, too many words for you.

Tough titty said the kitty......

......

Chesterton Tribune 3/1/18

Michigan City man sentenced in federal court on firearms charge

A Michigan City resident has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana is reporting.

Jason Anderson, 39, was sentenced to 180 months in prison and two years of supervised release, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

“According to documents in this case, on or around March of 2017, Anderson possessed one or more firearms after having been convicted of serious drug offenses in both Indiana and Illinois,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. “The court sentenced Anderson under the Armed Career Criminal Act due to his prior offenses.”

The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, with assistance from the LaPorte County Drug Task Force and the Michigan City Police Department.

Dummycrats are trying to pass new laws because that 4 time convicted felon that murdered Commander Bauer should have been behind bars for a few more years .
Libtards allowed this person return to our streets to sell dope ,carry a firearm and wear bullet proof vest .
Publish names of every parole board member , judge ,states attirney that allowed this murderer to kill a police officer .

COPA would bevtryingbto fire 👮‍♀️ if they had tackled or tased him while fleeing , officers are afraid to use force .
Was that convicted felon patted down before he took off ?
If not , why not?

Nobody is required to prove anything regarding "high capacity" or any other weapons or magazines to that tool, Mr. Johnson. Why would he think that? Is he missing critical brain matter?

You don't own everything! Keep everything in your mother's name or other trusted relative friend. Put all of your money in safety deposit boxes.

Rahm is nothing but a hand job. I really do not see why I should NOT be able to buy body armor. When I go downtown for work assignments (which is rare), a play, or whatever reason (which is rarer) I really see no reason why a citizen should not be able to protect him or herself wearing such an item?
