- Twenty-three people were shot Monday in shootings across the city, including ten people who were shot in two late-night attacks on the South Side.
Between 10:45 p.m. and 10:50 p.m., one person was killed and nine were wounded in two shootings in the West Pullman and Bronzeville neighborhoods.
The most recent fatal shooting happened about 10:50 p.m., after a shoot-out in West Pullman that left three others wounded, according to Chicago Police.
Including ten shot in a fifteen-minute span.

I’m all for having a union, but the Fop seems to have a LOT of fat that could be trimmed. How many 1st Vice Presidents, 2nd Vice Presidents, chairmen, trustees etc are there collecting money from us for doing??? Not to mention some are being payed at cmdr and captains pay. SCC thought you may be interested in this. Federal Judge ruled today that Sheriff Tom Dart incentivized/encouraged Masturbating inmates and sexual assault's against female staff in brutal ruling.. Of course, the Chicago media isn't reporting this yet..
A federal judge refused to dismiss lawsuits from female public defenders and correctional officers who claim Cook County, Illinois, inmates have been exposing themselves and masturbating in front of them, a problem they say was exacerbated by a program rewarding detainees with pizza for not engaging in such behavior.
According to the women, Dart even created a program to reward serial harassers with pizza parties if they went 30 days without masturbating in front of the women.
“Perhaps not surprisingly, as a result of this program, detainees who had not previously engaged in such behavior were incentivized to do so in order to be eligible for a pizza reward thirty days later,” Judge Kennelly wrote in a 42-page opinion.
Kennelly found that the women had done enough to support their claims at this point in the proceedings with specific facts, including allegations that Dart had created solutions to the problem only to reverse them.
That allegedly included handcuffing inmates and having them wear custom jumpsuits to prevent inmates from exposing themselves or masturbating. Dart abandoned the solutions because Campanelli had objected to the use of handcuffs, and some inmates had burned the jumpsuits using microwave ovens, according to court records.

Heard one of his top choices is a F2 7th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge, Mary Coney Barrett, who is married to, Jesse Barrett, an AUSA for Northern Indiana. They have seven kids. She was a clerk for Justice Antonin Scalia and was a prof a ND Law School. Still teaches there part time. Sen Feinstein totally fucked up her questioning of Judge Barrett, during her confirmation hearing last year:
During Barrett's hearing, she was questioned about her Catholic faith by U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein. Feinstein's line of questioning was criticized by University of Notre Dame president John I. Jenkins and Princeton University president Christopher Eisgruber.[10]
In a letter to Feinstein, Jenkins wrote:
“ It is chilling to hear from a United States Senator that this [Catholic faith] might now disqualify someone from service as a federal judge. I ask you and your colleagues to respect those in whom 'dogma lives loudly'–which is a condition we call faith.[10] ”
Citing the No Religious Test Clause of the United States Constitution, Eisgruber asked U.S. Senators to "refrain from interrogating nominees about the religious or spiritual foundations of their jurisprudential views ... In civil cases, either side can demand a jury. In Crook county, you might get lucky with a judge who isn't corrupt or senile, just as you may get lucky with jurors who have common sense and a functioning brain. If you know you followed the law absolutely, leaving no room for a judge to decide against you, a bench trial is probably your best option. If there's any room for a judge to find some small flaw in your actions, a jury may be better. Judges are supposed to decide cases based on the law. Unfortunately, in Crook county, most judges can't be trusted to do that when the case involves a police officer accused of wrongdoing.
West Pullman is really picking up the pace in 2018 (per HeyJackass.com). It has surpassed its neighbor Roseland in both homicides and shooting.

Thank you for a detailed update. It also should be mentioned that Dart also allowed many inmates to watch porn all day. At NBJ jail school, the inmates watched porn on a daily basis and sexually harassed female staff. Although, NBJ has "Rules" you could lose your job if sexual abuse was reported.
