Put a $0.01 stamp on the envelope, and mail it to him. It'll arrive Postage Due, and he'll have to go to the Post Office, stand in line, and pay for it to receive it. Or at least one of his flunkies will.

As far as I’m concerned they can block the Ryan every day. Hell, just make it a park with bike / running paths and call it a day.
The photos showed the police lining up on the Ryan instead of blocking the top of the ramps owhere there is less real estate to cover. This tells me that the planners are stupid(kind of obvious over the years) and / or never really intended to block the protesters(seems like what rahmy would have wanted so he doesn’t appear to be coming down on law breakers who’s votes he really needs).

Carmen is a Chicago Police Recruit who graduated from the police academy on April 27, 2018 at the age of 26 years old.
Carmen was admitted to the emergency room on May 21, 2018 due to a mitral valve endocarditis and severe mitral regurgitation. After several attempts to treat her illness with antibiotics, it was determined that Carmen would need open heart surgery to replace her mitral heart valve.
Surgery took place on May 31, 2018. Due to surgery she had a hemorrhage, her blood count level was low and she had to get a blood transfusion 4 times after the surgery.
She has a pic line on her arm and every 8 hrs she receives an antibiotic aside from all the other medications she has to take.
Because Carmen is on probationary status with the Chicago Police Department, she has exhausted all her medical days and was forced to go on medical leave without pay.

Ok troll let me explain it to you like you are 12 years old. The police are there to provide a safe secure environment. They are not there to be a part of the political statement. What they did by marching on the Dan Ryan was illegal, reckless and they should have been arrested for trespassing on state land or disorderly conduct. Instead our Mayor who chooses what laws we are goi g to entice and not enforce advised CPD leaders to “allow them to march on the expressway.” Johnson was ultimately in charge of keeping the peace and protecting the marchers from getting hurt. Instead he chose to immerse himself in the march as a “participant” while working and in uniform which by our rules and regulations is not allowed. Therefore he should be be written up accordingly.
I’m sure your opinion would be different if I wore my “Make America Great Again” hat to a Trump rally while working in uniform and providing security for the public. Something tells me I’d be on the front page of the papers and people would want me fired, but let the double statndards continue.

I have to defend Rahm on this one. It's not being talked about publicly, but Rahm is NOT going to China. That's all a cover story. He in fact is going to Thailand. I propose northsiders organize a similar protest on the northside to increase our police manpower. So I see ALOT ot outrage which is very justified. I also see many calls for action. CR#, Inspector General complaints, etc..... My question is why is everyone so afraid to step up and do the right thing. The fact is Eddie went from a sworn law enforcement officer who happened to be in charge to a criminal/Offender trespassing on STATE SUPPORTED LAND the moment he caved in and matched arm in arm with those two jokes of religious leaders. There is an RD# coming along with an IAD complaint for 1 inattention to duty 2 conduct unbecoming 3 impeding the goals of the Chicago Police Department just to get started.
When nothing is done as usual then the precedent will be set. I am calling for a 2nd FOP protest during the air & water show to close down North Ave AND Lake Shore Drive on Saturday and Sunday in protest of no contract and no accountability of the upper ranks within CPD.

Rahm and Special Ed, it’s not the protesting that has everyone mad. Heck most of us protested the bottled water tax and bought water out side the city. We protested the soda tax and bought are soda in Indiana. We won against the County with the soda tax. How about every time we don’t like something we close the expressway. That would be everyday for some of us with you guy running the place. It’s ok to protest as long as it’s done lawfully. No matter how you sell it it’s not ok for them to protest with mob rule. How about FOP protest the Hospitals and not let anyone in or out because we don’t like are medical for retirees. Who gets to pick which unlawful protest is ok or not. Rahm and Special Ed you guys have lost it. And you lost the men and women of the Chicago Police Department.
Retirees should organize a protest and block all the entrances to city hall and the County side early in the morning preventing anyone including a Rham and all other elected officials from gaining entrance into the building. They don't have to be violent just fill the doorways preventing anyone from entering or leaving. Real simple just stand in the doorways. Retirees have a right to protest too. No insurance no entry.
Trespassing the state supported land is the correct charge for somebody on the interstate highway system state troopers do it all the time when somebody runs out on the expressway, even mentals.

John, I am not a cop but I would peacefully protest with you all for the lack of accountability of CPD. I’ll bring my wife and kids. Count us in. There are 6 of us total.
The ISP should have made it very clear prior to the demonstration that if you block the expressway you WILL be arrested. Law Enforcement Agrncies are spineless these days and this empowers people to ignore laws as there are no consequences. Nobody wants a police state, but nobody should encourage or promote anarchy either. Special Ed joined the anarchist ranks and should have been locked up along with the rest of them. Same goes for Rahm for going against Federal Immigration laws and deeming Chicago a "sanctuary city" based in his own opinion. Selective enforcement of any law, especially for political gain, will send us further into the abyss.

What I did see in that March was the American flag being carried upside down, which was very disturbing to my family ! My father was a combat veteran of World War 2, and we had another uncle that was killed in that same war. Maybe if those phonies had relatives that fought for this country, the mindset would be different ! I fly the American flag proudly in my yard and will do so to honor all veterans .
