- A man involved in the beating of a mentally disabled Chicago man that was streamed on Facebook Live pleaded guilty on Thursday, according the state's attorney.
Jordan Hill, 20, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated kidnapping and one count of a hate crime, according to Cook County state's attorney Tandra Simonton. Both crimes are felonies. He was sentenced to eight years in prison, Simonton said.

That’s it .. for all the sick twisted racist henious things done to this poor man. In 17 a first time offender just got 19 years for breaking into a ASA’s house and taking a tablet. Gotta love the bias in the courts.
Okay, granted, eight years in prison is almost above average now in Cook County for getting convicted of two heinous felonies. That being said, shouldn't it been even MORE time?
Kidnapping alone should get you Ten Years IMHO. Then add in the Hate Crime aspect which should be at least Five Years. Then to top it all off, the kidnap victim was Mentally Handicapped -- isn't that a separate Felony, or at least some type of multiplier on the predicate felony. Or was that the 'Hate Crime charge'? And what happened to a charge for the Torture the victim suffered?
Did all this stuff get plea bargained away for the Guilty Plea on two counts? I'm thinking the animal could have gotten Fifteen to Twenty Years if he was tried on everything.
Last but not least; Probation for that one female who was involved is complete Bullshit. EVERYONE involved should be doing at least Six-Seven years!

Sounds like the same deal he rejected back in March.
