Rahm Supports Lawbreaking
- Bucking the wishes of his own police department and the Illinois State Police, Mayor Rahm Emanuel said Friday he supports allowing protesters — led by the Rev. Michael Pfleger — onto the Dan Ryan Expressway on Saturday for what’s expected to be a significant anti-violence march.
Emanuel said he believes the march will raise awareness of anti-violence efforts.
“They should be allowed, yes, because they’re going to be talking about anti-violence,” Emanuel said. “And I think there’s a proper way to raise that awareness. I don’t think there ever should have been a doubt about that effort.
You gotta love the part about him "Bucking the wishes of his own police department...." Special Ed can't even cut a fart without Rahm's permission. And every single white shirt above the rank of lieutenant is a Rahm appointment (or holdover) along with about 50% of the the rest ("merit" and cheaters). And Leo didn't get his spot with the ISP by being unfriendly to Madigan and the Illinois Combine. "Bucking the wishes...." What a joke.
We still don't see what inconveniencing thousands of Dan Ryan drivers will do to prevent violence in the 'hood. There are maybe ten shootings a year on the Ryan and ten a week around phlger-town. Marching around the dope spots would do more to cut down on the mayhem.

He really had to sell his soul to Rahm for that job, to make an asinine statement like that. Superintendent Johnson said he supports the right to the protest. And it's obvious his soul as well as his spouse's soul have been deeded to Satan for what they got out of this administration. And Satan, I mean Rahm is approving of this march because they will be talking about anti-violence and they're going to raise awareness of the violence and that's important in making sure our streets safe. Pfleger already has groups of lawyers standing by to target law enforcement that will assigned to the protest. Now this is what the progressive liberal left does best, and in this case they can't stop the thugs from killing people, so they create a diversion, they blame the police if they take any action, they blame lack of services, education, medical services, criminal justice system, slavery, and that new made up problem called white privilege. The list goes on and on. This is now a business and it's called the grievance industry. Give us what we want or we will force you and shake you down. Rauner spokeswoman Patty Schuh released a statement about 6:45 a.m. saying “a comprehensive plan to allow controlled access to the shoulder of the Dan Ryan Expressway for a peaceful protest against Chicago’s violence was negotiated and approved by all stakeholders,” including the Illinois State Police, Chicago police and Pfleger.

Some of the people may be trying to get to an elderly parent who needs help with a serious condition.
EMS vehicles may be on their way to the Hospital.
Someone may be trying to get to the airport to get somewhere where they are going to do somerhing significant like save a life or give court testimony in a far away city that might put some shitbird behind bars.
Car’s low on gas may run empty on the Highway causing more fouled up traffic one this stunt is finished.
Truckers will eat up valuable road time and the delivery of important products will be delayed.

CPS has to spend that 53% of our property taxes? That a lot of money, but they will find a way to waste it and ask next year for the maximum increase allowed by law
The company I work for is more than happy to hand out checks to any harebrained 501(c)(3) that comes along! Chances are they've donated to these same protestors. Here's a hint! More than likely they are your "Blue" health insurance carrier. Money well spent!

I am disgusted by Cardinal Cupich's support of this asshole Pfleger and his support of Illegal Immigration. First thing Monday morning I will be going to the rectory and Un-Enroll as a Parishoner of The Archdiocese of Chicago. This is not a decision I take lightly.
