The Chicago Police Department strategy changed very little over the past few years, that’s why crime increased. The Department hasn’t kept up with the times. Rahm snowballed the damages by cutting manpower. Then letting brain drain at the time of cutting manpower. It’s like rebuilding the Departments manpower effectiveness. Rahm set the Department back 20 years.
Special Ed has only increased the problem for his lack of understanding the problem and now his role.

Has the media ever noticed the phrases that Pfleger uses and doesn't use? For example, Mikey never uses "black on black" for shootings. Never. Just uses "shootings." Never says "look for a job" but always says "we demand" a job. Says "CPD racist" then asks for more CPD. Says "we need help" and supports Rahm who has led to murders but defies Trump who Rahm refuses to let help. Pfleger will never actually hold his community responsible but will take their money. Tell the truth Mikey or are you afraid those you protect may hurt you?

Guess it depends on whether you think you can petition the Lord with prayer. No one can say what didn't happen that might have had all those people not marched. Maybe one gang banger's feet were sore from pounding the concrete because his girlfriend made him march, so he stayed in one night and didn't shoot somebody he he might have otherwise shot.
I wish prayer vigils and such did something but I have seen no evidence so far. Corporal punishment has a much more immediate and measurable effect - for example, Saudi Arabia is comparatively crime free.
