Non Violent Car Jacking
- An attempted carjacking turned into a homicide Sunday morning, killing a 59-year-old woman in West Humboldt Park, police said.
About 7:15 a.m., police were called to the 900 block of North Kedvale Avenue on the city’s West Side on a report that a woman was shot. Authorities learned that a 71-year-old man, a 70-year-old woman and the 59-year-old woman all were in a vehicle when a short, thin black man in his 20s wearing a red hoodie walked up to the driver’s side of the vehicle and pulled a gun on the driver in an attempt to steal the vehicle, according to a statement from police.
The man who was driving continued on and the would-be carjacker began firing at the back of the vehicle, police said. The 59-year-old woman was shot in the back of the head.
She was rushed to Stroger Hospital in critical condition and later was pronounced dead, police said.
Anyone here when the protests are scheduled? Is Mikey allowed to travel that far west or do his handlers not want him seen in rival territory?

A better question: Is the offender(s) a repeat offender(s) who our wonderfully talented law rewriting States Attorney Kim FOXX refused to prosecute on previous cases that were apprehended by the police and charges were "once again" refused!!!!!
If it is proven, I wonder if the States Attorney can be personally sued for failure to perform the duties and uphold the laws she swore to upon taking office.....Oh wait aren't judges and States Attorney's left out of that unlike cops, firefighters and every other walk of life. Above the LAW???!!! Maybe because these acts are "FOXX'S" decision she can be sued due to her "GROSS NEGLIGENCE" of the public safety and property of the taxpaying public!!!!!

On the way to church which is the only functions elderly residents can attend without the threat of constant violence. Community agitator Mighty-Whitey Mikey Phleger has called for action in response to an elder resident murdered dead. Phleger is organizing a march on the Social Security Disability Office and Public Assistance Offices blocking the entrances in an effort to raise awareness and disrupt commerce in the community. Phleger remarked that when everyone in the community is financially impacted there will be a unified call for action for additional community resources.
Phleger was contemplating blocking the numerous open air corner drug markets blocking off the streets impacting the drug dealers in their pocketbooks putting hurt on the benjamins. Phleger scrubbed this idea citing safety concerns of marchers who would be in the street in the lawful flow of traffic risking getting struck by motorized vehicles. Phleger told the lapdog press that marchers and speeding cars don't mix admitting this is an idiotic idea for a protest.
011th District CAPS Resource Officers will conduct a Clean Sweep Missions with brooms, rakes and shovels. The goal is to make the vacant lots and alleys come clean. A full court press with marches and litter-crime reduction strategies.
