was removed immediately by Chaplain Jackson and a CR with "accused

What the poster should say is, If you act like a civilized human being and take responsibility for your lives and actions then there would be no reason to be racist. I believe people's feelings about the black population is a rational and logical psychological reaction to their behavior. Ask any 1st year psychology student, if you are constantly bombarded with negative images and experiences from the black population, you will react negatively. Imagine this, you are walking through a forest of different color trees. Every time you walk by a purple tree, the tree whips you with it's branches. You also see that purple trees whip others as they walk by. What would your reaction be, fear and dislike of purple trees. It's called operant conditioning. If you stop acting like savages, we won't think of you as savages.

In all fairness to Chaplain Joe Jackson, I injured my ankle on an arterial street in 018. I saw a CPD unmarked sedan at a stop light and waved him down. It was Joe Jackson. I identified myself as retired CPD and Joe drove me home. After a ice pack or two later, I was 100%.

I am disappointed that a Department Chaplain would place this on his door. It looks like the sign came from the Chicago Theological Seminary. So what the sign is doing is baiting you to elicit an angry response or a tactic to start an argument. The goal is for the reader who maybe be white to get angry and that the person(s) that wrote the sign or presented it will turn the tables on them. And they are very aware that they are baiting the reader. This is one of the tactics of the liberal left. They accuse you of something out of nowhere, they play on your emotions and then they are aways the victim. If you are a police officer you experience this on a daily basis ftom the people you encounter on the street. They use this tactic to try to control the encounter. And of course you can turn the argument around: If you don't think racism exists you're Asian or Black or American Indian. So racism exists in every culture not just white. But when the subject of racism comes up it's always white people who are racists. The latest craze is telling people they have white privilege so therefore they must feel guilt.
I spent almost forty years on the job and worked in all kinds of neighborhoods and treated people the way I would want to be treated. I would put up with a lot until someone really shit on me. So then my response would be charge them with everything I could possibly think of and no breaks. Even though I would be called racist names for being white I never resorted to that tactic. I had people of other races and gay officers on my teams. They were even called racists some by members of their own race. Every time we were sued in civil courts the lawyers tried to play the race card, even when officers of the same race were involved. So it's a big business, the grievance industry, now using race to make money. So the only thing I can tell that I glad I am gone and don't have to put up with this anymore. You must be extremely careful in what you do, don't be bated the traps are eveywhere. Remember to think to stay safe every day. And back each other up because you only have each other.

That is did the pastor graduate from a recognized divinity school or did he just decide to become a pastor one day upon waking up and seeing the " burning bush" in his bedroom? That is how half or more of the storefront pastors got their education, by being " called and reading the bible a few times a week and interpreting it as they see fit. as a retired outside these days, I have often seen groups of Chicago officers in the city and I am appalled at how many of them look. Long beards and long hair, braids , earrings, lots of jewelry and dirty and torn uniforms. What the hell is going on there? Don't the watch commanders see this or hold an inspection before sending these people out on the street. I have actually seen uniformed female officers carrying a purse. Whether you liked McCarthy or not, it seemed he attempted to clean things up a bit, but as soon as he was gone everything just went back to the sloppy ways. I travel around the country and I see police officers in other cities and how professional they look and it embarrasses me to compare them to my former department.
Who is this guy? Where did he come from? What is his background. Who does he know? Is this a merit thing. What do I have to do to get a position like that and parade around in a CPD uniform. Inquiring minds want to know.
Who is in charge at the academy? This is some bullshit! Bad enough we hear shit on the street but now in our own house!

Who ever stuck that on his door at the academy and thought it was funny it wasn't I hope they find the person who did that because the person who did that is VERY racist and needs some help. In all fairness to Chaplain Joe Jackson, I injured my ankle on an arterial street in 018. I saw a CPD unmarked sedan at a stop light and waved him down. It was Joe Jackson. I identified myself as retired CPD and Joe drove me home. After a ice pack or two later, I was 100%.

You should not be angry about this sign if you are white. You should be angry if you are any other race than white. The sign says that only white people dont believe in racism. A person would know what is in their heart and if you don’t find racism in your heart than you might not believe it exists. The sign implies that only white people dont have racist thoughts.
