Attorney Alan King has been named as part of Kwame's transition team. Who is Alan King you say? Well, his "ethics" leave something to be desired (from July of 2017):

Sophia King (4th), and Jim Abrams, chief operation officer of medical supply company Medline Industries, were found guilty on Friday afternoon, June 16, by the Chicago Board Ethics after being accused of breaking ethical rules for seeking to influence Mayor Rahm Emanuel and City Hall without registering as lobbyists, as the law requires.
Wow. A DJ, husband of an aldercreature, and a ethically challenged lawyer. That's a trifecta of something for sure. And he's still allowed to be part of the political process? Amazing.

SCC this shouldn't surprise you at all! Only Police Officers are required to have ethics and receive training. The fact that lobbyist exist, registered or unregistered is a complete fucking joke to begin with! Their main purpose is to influence politicians! You would think that any US Attorney with the slightest amount of honesty would be able to put most of the IL politicians in jail for something. At this point, they don't even try to hide their corrupt behavior. The Greek philosopher Diogenes would have a hard time finding an honest man in IL politics. The new ward superintendent in kings ward didn’t even plow south wabash. When the weather got cold, there was 3-4 inches of ice. Really tough if you are disabled. I called streets and San and this morning they cleaned it well. The only problem was Rahm’s construction donors and trucks were parked illegally like they are every day on south wabash. Calls to Pigott and 1st district and inspector general went unanswered and I investigated. Can’t upset Rahm’s campaign cash.
His transition team will be whatever Madigan says it will be.

No shortage of police hating and anti gun politicians on the north shore. This is just one of many. They don’t make the news as much, due to low media coverage. If you haven’t heard, the usual republican areas in the suburbs are turning to democrats. These young progressives are running and winning offices, pushing their agendas. Law and order will suffer. Then these progressives will walk away, leaving a trail of destruction. Look at what Rahm has done to Chicago, and now he just walks and leaves the next guy holding the bag. Keep voting democrat.
