The store isn't underperforming because nobody shopped there. It's underperforming because of the massive amount of fraud and theft, by outsiders AND employees.

Arcadia Terraced 40th Ward gave her 17,300 of that total.
(41st Ward - 13,600 and 45th Ward - 14,900).
Dividing all Wards into into groups of 10, it’s just amazing that the Northside Wards that voted most for Prickwrinkle was the 41st thru 50th.
A combined total of 186,000 (not 18,600) Northsiders Wards agreeing with her (according to overwhelming vote totals, valid or manufactured) compared to the Southside 11th thru 20th Wards only 107,000 (not 10,700) votes;
- tax increases
- increased crime and criminal recidivism
- adult and juvenile ustice system reforms and manipulation
- race oriented bond and prosecutions
- jail closings
- continued biased rhetoric
Going over 2016 data:

Retired guy here. The ASA’s can’t form a union. They tried it years ago when O’Malley was Cook County States Attorney and the ASA’s lost in court. O’Malley didn’t want them to form a union and was successful. What’s unusual is the public defenders can have a union

I am not saying that this statement is true or false, but I sure would like to know where your information comes from? I doubt Target has released any inside data to date.
