She is among the crowd who wants the felony murder rule abolished because it unfairly targets persons of color since they cause most of the crime. Did not get charged with murder. Foxx refuses to obey the law and decided to make separate rules for Crook County.
Haven't heard anything yet, but my guess at this point would no charges or a slap on the wrist. This occurrence is very similar to the one in Bridgeport that happened earlier this year and the accomplice in that case was not charged with murder.

Preckwinkle criticized the felony murder rule a few years ago after a police officer shot and killed a car jacker in South Shore. Foxx, I believe, is a firm follower of Preckwinkle and would be influenced by her. The black liberals feel that this law is unfair to black people. So, maybe the Legislative Black Caucus should attempt to change the law in Springfield instead of ignoring it, or maybe the Black Caucus should hold a press conference with Foxx and Preckwinkle and publish a list of laws the believe should not apply to black criminals.
The Union needs to file ARDC complaints against the ASA from Felony Review.

Whoever it is is not alone in taking their work home with them. I know coppers that won't stop a reckless driver at work because they feel they're taking unnecessary risks. Those same coppers will then jack with a bad driver when they're in their personal car. We really need to start re-thinking our priorities.

True that. I ran across that car on Higgins, first he was tail baiting me for a few blocks and upon making a left turn he started honking and using his sign language to tell me how he was feeling. And I was able to catch up and see the plate and I thought, what asshole copper is this.
Start protesting in front of Kimbo’s home, Bullwinkle’s, Chief Judge’s home,etc. & watch them clammer for police help. Law abiding citizens need to take a stand.
