It sure looks like Prickwrinkle's bullet tax isn't having the desired effect:
- Three men were wounded Friday night in a shooting in the East Garfield Park neighborhood.
The men were sitting in two separate vehicles about 9:22 p.m. in the 3400 block of West Ohio Street when a vehicle approached and at least one person inside fired shots, Chicago police said.
In the first vehicle, an 18-year-old was shot in his buttocks and thigh, and another 18-year-old was shot in his thigh, police said. They were taken to Norwegian Hospital in good condition. A 22-year-old in another vehicle was struck in his wrist and was in good condition at the same hospital, according to police.
Shortly after the shooting, officers placed evidence markers next to at least 70 bullet casings at the scene.
Perhaps Toni would have better luck charging by the expended bullet. Or maybe this wasn't an actual shooting. Some "artist" may have been attempting to replicate the shot-up Volkswagon for a west side display.

The shooter must have terrible aim to shoot 70 rounds at people sitting in cars and only managed to hit them in the butt! This one will have to go back to gangsta school to be retrained. Imean, what did they do? When the guy opened up from a moving car did they both decide to moon him?

All those tax breaks Hoffman Estates gave Cabelas to open a store in Cook County, now they tax Bullets. Hello Gat Guns, Dundee. If they institute a state wide ammo or gun tax, via Jelly Belly Pritzker, I will shop for those items at Cabelas in Hammond, Indiana or in Racine, Wisconsin. I don't live in central Illinois, I'm not a prisoner here, I can travel to not give them tax money. That's right, I'm not saving much by traveling but I am denying these tax whores money to waste. You can add whatever taxes on things you want, I'll travel to deny you that money. And if I find it economically feasible, I will move the hell out of here and deny you any cash whatever, except when you tax my pension, which is coming soon.
