Twenty One Candidates

  • The race to become Chicago’s next mayor is on its way to becoming one of the most crowded in the city’s history, as 21 candidates filed nominating petitions by Monday’s deadline to appear on the Feb. 26 ballot.

The final field, however, is far from set.

Candidates will spend the next month or more trying to knock others out of the race. They will cite charges ranging from forgery and fraud to more minor technicalities to argue their competitors didn’t collect the necessary number of signatures from registered Chicago voters to appear on the ballot.
So far, the most likely big name to be knocked out is Dorothy Brown. She is rumored to be under a federal investigation, filed the bare minimum number of signatures, and if this is any example of what she submitted, it's a wonder no one is facing perjury charges:

At least in the old days, the ward bosses would have the precinct captains sitting at a round table passing the sheets among themselves so no two signatures could be matched on the same sheet. Whoever did this one (and attested to it under oath) ought to be in jail. But hey, there's no voter fraud anywhere - we know that because democrats always tell the media it's so.

Crimesha? You looking at this fraud?

Not only does it look like it was filled out by one person (other then the last name) they can't even follow simple instructions. They printed under the signature line and signed under the print line. Once again except for the last signature.

Well lets get started. The first column calls for a signature NOT the printed name and the second column calls for the printed name NOT the signature. They didn't wake up until line 18 but reverted on line 20. The signatures look like examples from an old text book on the Palmer method of cursive writing. I thought they stopped teaching cursive in the schools. Do you know 20 people who who sign their names so clearly? Perfect penmanship! There many things to look for in signature forgeries some being how the letters slant, letter height, pen pressure, letter formation, letter spacing and more. So take a look at the capital J in line 11. in the last name of Johnson and compare it with the capital J in the first name of Joycelen. They are identical. There are some lower case "L"s which are similar, see if you can find them. When you sign these petitions the requester doesn't preprint your name, this is another giveaway. So lets see when the "investigative" reporters do a feature story on this. Also when will the CCSAO and FBI open an election fraud case? I could go over more but I am going to bed. Have fun.

More than 600 new complaints land at CPS’ new department dealing with sex abuse
https://chicago.suntimes.com/news/chicago-public-schools-cps-city-council-hearing-complaints-sexual-abuse-department/

Over 1,000 “children” and no termination? No arrests? Witnesses? The mayor says the CPD has a “wall of silence” as his nose grows then what would you call this sexual predator paradise? Also in the article seems Janice Jackson the head of cps cannot even take the time to attend these extremely important meetings yet she is still in charge? No wonder rahm is leaving the kids need to be safe is school not assaulted!

Wonder who allowed the media to look into this, are the city hall controlled media mavens losing control? Is the Suntimes going “rogue” and finally doing what they are supposed to be doing investigating?

"So in the column where SIGNATURE OF REG VOTER is required they PRINT their names, but in the PRINT column they SIGN?"

The printed name of the voter is not required by the Election Code, but it has been added by numerous candidates as a helpful addition in the event that the petition signatures sheets are challenged. Many voters have illegible cursive signatures, but can print their names clearly. It saves a load of time when the petition challenges are being scrutinized and reviewed.

LOL, these people are unbelievable.

You don't have to be a Graphologist (handwriting expert) to see that all those written signatures & addresses are obviously phony. Just based on a cursory review it's apparent that only a couple people wrote everything on that sheet.

And yet Democrats take offense when Chicago, Cook County, and Illinois, are labeled as the most corrupt governments in the nation.

But Hey, just remember that Election Fraud doesn't exist. That the concept is just a massive conspiracy by republicans to stop Blacks and every other minority and 'oppressed group' from Voting.

In 2000 I was filing my petition for candidacy here in Indianapolis. I needed, IIRC, 100 signatures, got 125 to make sure, and believe they accepted 118, because there's always a couple of idiots who aren't eligible votes in your district.

Fifteen minutes before the deadline, some Demorrhoid party hack came in and requested a petition for a certain district. They warned him he only had fifteen minutes to get it filled in. He said, "I know," left the office, and came back at 5 til with 100 signatures.

But there's no election fraud, it's a myth. But not only is it a myth, it's the work of right wing operatives and Russian hackers.

Oh wait, my bad, I forgot the promotion scam for a certain somebody's wife and others. Maybe they have a point, but it's not beat cops. As an African American officer, I can't help but feel let down by these self professed reverends. Any reason to blame CPD, when the blame should rest on Laquan's own actions. Because of him and him alone, one of my brothers in blue sits in prison. Sad to say this, but those reverends need to focus on promoting God and the family unit and teaching young black men right from wrong and how to provide for their offspring.

Sure looks fishy. Bought and paid sign-ups? Strong armed seniors? I’m no handwriting expert but it’s obvious no one on that list is a pharmacist. I’d like to see their 2nd grade coloring books.

I checked 3 random names on that list (ChicagoElections.com) were legitimate and voters in good standing according to the Board of Election Commissioners of Chicago. But that doesn’t mean they actually voted on their own anytime recently.
One name stood out, #4. Did a further free inquiry, on my own (w/o use if governmental facilities or equipment) and found this person uses 11 associated (variations) of their name and address a few doors down.
My obamaFone i-maps list 3 establishments at 7859 S. Ashland, Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Nicks Gyros and Crusaders Church. No actual homestead residence? Just sayin’ I don’t know, it’s a big building, maybe there’s apartments up in there.
Anyone want to drive by and verify that?

Any hoot,
Voter registrations are not automatically purged, who’s to say these people actually exist or still reside at the location.
If someone had to sign those petitions on their behalf, it’s a good guess to who was submitting their ballots.

There is by design, many layers of back checking. Too many places to check and to verify, so they won’t arbitrarily do it.
If they don’t believe a “law” was broken they won’t investigate. Bd. of Election Comm is a bogus appointed patronage outfit anyway.
No Democrat is going to challenge another Democrat of higher prominence, but will get something in return for conceding. That’s why no-name kooks and community activists are clinging on.
It’s no small wonder why Prickwrinkle, JB TaxMaster, and KmmmFxxxUp can rack up a consistent +/- 800,000 Cook County Chicago votes at any election.

Can I suggest a Mayor? How about steel balls? Balls as big as Church Bells(Dabney Coleman)that stud “Iron Mike Ryan.” He worked almost 20 hours a week as X/O in 019, drinks fluids similar to Mormons if Mormons knocked Em down, and his all around pleasant disposition.
Translate that to Mayor and we would truly have a “City that Works.”
The end of The City as we know it

This is the real deal. These are typical Democratic voters that cannot read or write so someone had to write down all the information. What do you expect from community democratic voters. Nothing to see here just Chicago politics as usual.

Taxwinkle and Lightfoot are the most dangerous candidates.
They’d ratchet up their hatred for the police.
They’d also drive this city further into the ground than Shortshanks or Rahm have managed to do.

No person should be allowed to collect a paycheck from an elected office and run a campaign for another elected office .
It shows how little they do .
Like that former tactical Lt. That worked 80+ hours a week
IAD ,IG couldn’t find any fraud there ?
A blind man could solve that one .
He was so good , now exempt rank , stealing our pension funds .

Hey genius, he said it at an appearance yesterday and it was reported on the Trib website.

“...Bill Daley, who is the son and brother of those former mayors, said a major portion of the city’s pension solution also should include working with Gov.-elect J.B. Pritzker and Democratic lawmakers in Springfield to overhaul the state and city’s pension systems, since both are grossly underfunded. Daley said that should include considering an amendment to the state’s constitution, deleting a provision that says current public employees cannot have their pension benefits “diminished or impaired.”

In trying to ease the city’s pension burden, Emanuel previously negotiated deals with some of the city’s unions to reduce pension benefits in exchange for better city contributions to the funds. Those deals, however, later were struck down in 2016 by the Illinois Supreme Court, which cited the provision in the state constitution.

Many legal scholars question whether changing the constitution would allow the city to reduce the retirement benefits of current city employees, and changes already have been made to lower benefits for new city employees. As a result, it’s unclear what changes a future mayor could make with state lawmakers to save additional money, and Daley did not outline any specifics. ...”

Any other wise ass comments? Now go get your shine box, you stupid fuck.

Lets see the state is behind $130 Billion in pension payments and the city is behind about $35 Billion and you don't think they went to change the pension obligations. Wake up your not in Kansa Dorothy, they will do any and everything to get out of paying all the inflated pensions 75 years of democratic rule and union backing have foisted on the taxpayers of City and state. Privatize every single city and state job, then her all the sanctuary illegal who will work for one quarter of current state and city workers.

11/30/2018 03:35:00 PM
Anonymous Anonymous said...

They will start with a tax on all pensions since they have the votes to get it done. With taxpayers in the minority and welfare slugs (with no pensions to lose) in majority your screwed. After pension taxes, mileage tax, increased fees and of course huge raise in real estate taxes the might begin funding some pension funds. But the community will omen first, then and only then if there is a few dollars left over they will throw you a few crumbs. What is the interest per year on the missing $35 Billion pension funds, 5%, 6%, 8%. Anyway the interest alone is a lot of money add that to the non funding the last few years and I would imagine the real pension number for city is north of $40BILLION. For those slow at math that is 4,000 million dollars YOU not the city owe the CPD pension fund. Feel better now. Suggest you ALL start working on a viable plan B. Your going to need it.

This is one of the good sheets. They hired homeless people and paid them $15.00 per sheet. However, they also learned to check the sheets for fraud when they turned them in, One collector used a phone book to get names and signed the signatures himself until someone realized all of the signatures on ten pages was written in the exact same handwriting. Other pages were rejected because the names were all scribble scrabble, even the printing was gibberish.
