Excellent desk jockey work.
Do you have an open bottom chair
so your tail can wag free?
STUBITSCH rhymes with the nickname i have for Escamilla
Well the commander of area central dics is playing numbers games. He is making all of the detectives go back to any suspended case that is now past the statute of limitations and making them clear close them for the clearance number.
Clear that Smollett case and I'll be satisfied.
Equal justice for all.
Classic....
Do they do rape cases like this too?
How about domestic you know when baby daddy is shot by his brothers in the gang?
Hey what up with that SMOLLET clown 2 person of interest.... YEA right weird how he does know them now and is scared to death of the phone records.
THE case should be CI'ed due to victim not turning over phone. Good luck special ED in that retirement job as head of security at CINESPACE.
KIEMESHA what rule will you change for the rich gay black actor?
Most of the people on the job weren’t even born when this guy got plugged. At the MOST, the oldest on the job would have been 10 yrs old. They are digging deep to try to jack up the clearance rate.
A W is a W, any way you get it! Makes me feel young again. I wasn’t born until ‘68.
The original Case Report from 1966 stated that the offender DeAngelo was wearing a Red MAGA cap. Now that's strange. ♠️
Fifty years of hard work pays off!

Date: 14 Feb 1929
Location: Commercial Garage, 2122 N. Clark St. (Beat 1814)
Offenders: Alberto ANSELMI and John SCALISE (Both Deceased)
The undersigned detective requests this case, commonly known as the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, be CLEARED EXCEPTIONALLY by the deaths of Offenders Alberto ANSELMI and John SCALISE.
CASE CLOSED.
So, let's see, wth spring approaching, the winter effective pause in the essentials will be coming to another seasonal end.
Thus, to be resumed:
1. The self cleaning oven activities.
2. The sport of the hunting of the most challenging, and exhilirating, game creatures known to man.
3. The occasional, or not so occasional, innocent bystander woundings, maimings and slaughterings, inherent in the self cleaning oven activities.
4. The now proclaimed no big deal crimes of muggings, assaults, a rape now & then, home invasions, buglaries, car jackings, traditional "wildings", beat down a random elderly white victim, and, of course, the mild weather versions of thefts via shopliftings, package pilferings, and the like, shall be experienced by the fortunate ones not being the above innocent bystanders.
5. AND, last but not least, ALL of the above events will be the fault of..... (Cue drum roll!!!)... The Police.
Let us all hope that the activities mentioned in #2 are accomplished in a competent manner.
CCX that motherfucker! That's what I'm talking about!
Richard DeAngelo was a former Chicago police officer, before being fired for taking bribes. Was mobbed up and continued to get union- type gigs through teamster 714 heavy hitters. He was connected with those who got the big cineplex deal going, connected to
McCormick place

A SCAM is a SCAM, any way you look at it.
Has the FBI gone Hollywood (along with Michelle Obama)?
Are you buying this?
Death of this, death of that, my '66 Goat has a flat.
Who gets the points here, CPD or FBI?
Somebody is reaching. For what, for who?
Somebody wants you to take your eye off the ball.
Why would you complain about this.... it is called clearing cases...
Jones has clear many cases in a similar fashion. So did Roy. Sure there will be rewards forthcoming.

Nope... The open bottom chair has a bucket
underneath it to catch what flies out when
the big electric switch is thrown...
Let me see......Ferraro and Stubitsch? Were there bosses with those last names on the job. In the 90s?
Just asking.
Wow, a creative clear up.

The Chicago Outfit is still alive and doing quite well within the walls of city hall...
Time for ALL the dicks to get off fat asses and away from computers and hit the street and solve some of today’s crimes. No more community alerts no one is paying attention any more. Kind of like crying wolf. If any paid attention they would never leave their house.
12 years to clear exceptionally after a suspects death? The good news is the current clearance rate just doubled. The bad news is, the clearance rate is still way below 10 percent...
Rumor has it that more homicides are being looked into from the 60's, and 70's...
The commander of detectives is defective trying to get praised for this what are we at 9% clearance rate and yet Eddie has not terminated or moved exempt he will go down as the absolutely most clueless boss in Cpd history a legacy of nothing except for bowing to the criminal minded democrats that control the puppets string as he dances on.
Just move the X.
I guess there was no hurry
I wounder when we can expect the murder of former CPD Captain Mark Thanasouras to be ex-cleared. (1977)

This case is handled by the cold case unit. What would be interesting is to see how much OT was put in for this case. Obviously there’s no hurry, so there should have been ZERO overtime involved. However, very unlikely that occurred.

You forgot Tony Accardo
God I miss the old Outfit guys!
Gee I wonder what the clearance rate was back in the mid 60’s?
You know back when the overwhelming majority of the public respected and liked the police.
Case Closed?
Only for a slacker.
Two of the Thompson Submachine Guns used
are in custody of Michigan police, for educational
purposes.
The crime is murder. Crime remains unsolved.

Right, and Staples can't think without Deenihan and Deenihan is too soft when it comes to making a hardcore decision.
CPD Supervisory Clowns, again grasping at straws. The ship is sinking fast. This is further proof
