Again, An I-Bond?

Crimesha and Timmy must be angry about the Smollett Grand Jury or something:
  • A Kalamazoo, Mich., man is facing felony charges after he randomly attacked a police officer near Wrigley Field last weekend, according to allegations in court records.

The officer was sitting in his patrol car across from the stadium in the 1000 block of Addison around 4:15 p.m. when 23-year-old Justice Smith approached him while saying, “I’m gonna beat your ass,” the officer reported. Smith continued to approach the car aggressively, again threatened to batter the cop, and then repeatedly slammed the officer’s car door shut as the patrolman tried to get out to address the issue, according to the allegations.

[...] Prosecutors charged Smith with felony aggravated battery of a police officer and misdemeanor charges of reckless conduct, criminal damage to property, assault, and resisting police. Judge Michael Clancy released him on a recognizance bond.
Even Smollett had to post bail for a Class 4 felony, but not someone who actually lays hands on the police.

Drag his stupid ass under the car.

Oh sorry... This isn't 1965 or even 1985 or 1995...

But damn... People go all triggered and unhinged at
the mere sight of a Policeman and act out their real
feels without any repercussions.

Remember the golden era when Policemen were allowed
to minimally open hand slap people to the pavement
for this kind of behavior?

Actually, the "Boots & Fists Symphony"
would be played at a very loud volume.

Policemen are expected to fight "fair" if they
fight back at all...

No eye-slapping, no toe-stomping, no nutsack kicking,
no armpit hair yanking, no jaw-busting...

Hug a hard-head into submission or the aclu is gonna get you.

What is wrong with these judges, are they that beholden to the Machine (Toni Preckwinkle, Chairman of the Cook County Democratic Party) and the bs restorative justice? Thought there was three branches of government, executive, legislative & judicial. Does Evans cave to Toni ? When this person fails to appear in court, Cook County will not extradite on those charges. If the officer pays for the extradition out of his own pocket they may. I have only seen the County extradite for murder.

Why not have the FOP or some actually effective Police Representative Organization, "IMMEDIATELY" file civil suits against these assholes who actually do put their hands on police officers and there is evidence of misbehavior against the police?????
Better yet, seeing that the States Attorney's and Judges in Cook County give no respect or consideration to the tough job the police have dealing with these "ASSHOLES" on the street, its way past time to stop giving professional courtesy on the street to A/S/A's, Judges and any other court clerks,,,etc…. whose attitude and consideration needs adjustment!!! Oh yeah and BTW put the members of the CTU and their socialist mentality in the same grouping!!!

Whether you believe that there are "too many black and brown" in prison, or not, what should worry you is the continual release of actual, real-life nasty criminals being released and re-released upon the public....that there are hundreds of electronically monitored real criminals not being monitored at all....that the gun-toting criminals are not being charged by the elected officials of the States Attorney who took an oath to do just that...

Again and again the only constant in this city is the anti-police narrative which is perpetuated upon us by the Democratic machine by the elected Democrats do you know how it works the judges are called on the telephone by their sponsors which are elected officials that put them in place they are told exactly what they are going to do with the ruling and they obey so they can stay where they are simple as that!

Toni calls kimesha who calls her peoples/folks And a murder mayhem stabbings beatings continue unabated mothers are going to the hospitals to see their children they are going to the mogue to see their dead loved ones they are going to there funerals and yet absolutely none of the elected are doing anything about it they don’t even go with the mothers to the morgue’s go with the mothers to meet them at the hospitals and take the responsibility for what they have done by letting the criminals be released letting them cause more and more sadness for the Innocent people.

Are employees of large media outlets are now directly threatening officers to advance the vilification of the police? Let's provoke the police and if they stand down its a win, or better yet if they decide to act with reasonable and necessary force we may have a headline. Being there are no consequences for offenders in Cook County why not.
