Another Creep Charged
- A veteran Chicago police officer has been arrested on charges he had inappropriate physical contact with three women on separate occasions while on-duty on the North Side, authorities said Wednesday.
Cook County prosecutors said Officer Corey Deanes, while on patrol in a marked police car in the Lincoln Park and Lakeview communities, pulled over or approached the women when each was alone late at night, commented on their looks and hugged or touched them inappropriately.
Prosecutors proposed that Deanes be released on his own recognizance, but Judge John Fitzgerald Lyke Jr. set bond at $200,000, calling the officer’s actions “extremely scary and troubling.”
Someone at Human Resources needs to look at the hiring practices that seem to allow an inordinate number of perverts slipping through the process.

So from what I'm reading in the article, this cop did exactly what Vice President Biden has been accused of, some unwanted touching. No sex with any of these girls happened, so no way 200k is a legit bond. He's obviously a dirtbag, so there's probably more girls that will come forward now that he's on the news.
The Lts were told of his behavior when he worked in 011 and they chose to do nothing. Let’s see how many victims come forward from the westside after seeing this.

And that’s with a rap sheet a mile long. This judge thinks being touched “inappropriately” is more troubling than having dookie shove a pistol in your face, beat the shit out of you, and take your shit. HR of CPD have different guide lines in who they hire. It is still going one, M/2 and F/2, coppers kids, military vets, or any mention of a reference on the applicants "PHQ" that they are using a police officer. M/1 - F/1 - go to the front of the line. Facials tattoos will be allowed, dope use will get a slide ( Cocaine, etc) for certain groups, Arrests and convictions, theft , etc mean zero to HE for the chosen ones.
Tracy Ladner, the hater of all white applicants lives on in HR with most of her staff of sworn that make decisions to hire are still there.
The shrinks are used by HR to disqualify sane applicants.
The P C crap never ends, started in 1974 when Federal Judge Pretiss Marshall ruled CPD hiring was biased toward the P C group. They all got hired, city paid the pension fund years they get shafted and they got seniority. When hired these people got their grade pay raise of 8 or more years and retired as if they maxed out.

Maybe if the city would lift it’s ridiculous crippling residency requirement, they’d get a much better and bigger applicant pool. Qualified candidates living in the suburbs will not move to Chicago the way things are today. In the past they did but not anymore. In fact, large numbers of fresh PPOs are resigning and lateraling to suburban departments right now. At the very least the city should only require residency for the first 5-10 years only. It’s a start.

Supposing everything we've heard is true. Of course, if their child was subjected to the described behavior, most would choose a swift dissolution of his employment, while dreaming of administering some type of extended bloodletting accompanied by hours and hours of excruciating pain. But, most things are not as they appear at first blush, however, if this first blush is found to be true and accurate, I have no sympathy for the man.

Hypothetical examples mean shit to me. The case against him is based on the state statutes and the evidence against him. Aside from whatever video they have, and maybe phone calls and texts, what else do they have? No penetration equals no DNA.
This is what happens when you reduce the standards to be the police. Make the requirements higher, the test harder and pay more.

The only problem with that is that this is Chicago and nothing is legit, doesn't matter what the standards are if they are not really enforced, its ALL make believe here.
