No idea if this is true, but it's too good not to get it's own thread:
- Spent my whole career as an FBI Agent assigned to Chicago. I am still in close contact with the bulk of my old partners and they have the "Green Light" from D.C. to bring down a LARGE chunk of Chicagos Alderman,and both Democrat and Republicans in State Government.
Ed Burke is just a root in a tree in in a rotten forest and he's got massive documentation both oral and written on everything. Expect lobbyists to the next major wave of indictments people are following the money.Most gloriously a recent "retirement" from Congress and the most corrupt politician since Huey Long has about the same amount of manpower assigned to it as the Dillingers Squads in the 1920's.
Chicago is finally about to get real reform, 3/4 of the current Alderman are in the crosshairs. To the great Men and Women of the Chicago Police, stay strong, although I am a "Fed" I spent so many great times with task forces of the bravest and toughest people I've ever met in your ranks fighting an impossible battle. To the people who don't like Mayor Lightfoot, please give her time she's told the Feds to run with the ball for real change in the city. Be safe and I've always been a major fan of your blog.

To say I have little confidence or trust in the FBI and DOJ would be an enormous understatement. Cleaning up Chicago and its' political criminals would be a welcome change, but it would be nice to see your beloved FBI clean up it's own corrupt house also!

I myself went from CPD to FED LEO... seeing what the hell has become of society; I am glad I transitioned. It was brutal getting rid of stupid habits learned from CPD. At several points I was considering going back; but the wife was not having it. Quality of life is better outside the city limits too

This would be gonzo if it's true. Maybe even stave off the coming dark age and restore my faith in America. I am not exaggerating; the poisonous river of identity politics and legislative robbery that's rotting out every Western city has its source in the crooked NGOs, institutions, and petty warlords in Chicago. The city of Jackson and Alinsky, whose kingmakers created and sustained the two federal executives most responsible for America's precipitous fall from grace. It is there that the battle must be fought, otherwise it's just cutting heads from the hydra.
This is why I still follow SCC many years after fleeing Illinois. What happens in Chicago still affects me, and not for the better, so it behooves me greatly to maintain awareness of what's coming down the pike to a (D) near me.

The Chicago Democrat Machine didn’t get where it is today without having a “mole” (or worse - think about Eric Holder) in the DOJ. I think Chicagoans are being punished via federal neglect from DOJ, for sin of having blindly voted for Democrats (Clinton) election after election after election, against our best interests. Believe it or not but all Federal agencies are hiring and are short just as any police department. Drug tests, backgrounds, and weight issues are some reasons the pool of applicants is ever so small. Additionally, remove the unnecessary security clearance and the pool will be much larger. Bad idea, I know, but if foreigners can serve as Congress men/women then the security clearance for your average FED LEO is totally unnecessary.

I worked the CPD/FBI Task Force back in the 80's. Had a good time and met some great FBI agents. It seems the best ones that I encountered were former city cops, for the most part.I sure hope there is real reform in this town, especially the police department.

I talked to some big FBI bosses a few months ago and they only had praises for CPD officers and shared the same disappointment with our leadership in the department and city hall. While I genuinely don't trust the fed, everything was coming out of their mouths, not mine. I also met some of the new guys sent here and they were all about going after corruption. So I can only hope that most of this is true.

If you want to be picky about sentence structure then fine, but poorly written? Take it easy Faulkner. It was better written then about 90% of the comments I've read on this blog. Very descriptive. Is it bullshit? Could be. I do know that you have no idea what you are blathering about when it comes to something being poorly written. I’m calling “bullshit”. Worked around a lot of fb1’s over the years. Was told many times that they know to stay out of Chicago/cook county politics. Their words, “it’s a can of worms”. The FBI needs to get their own house in order, before they attempt to clean our corruption. Yes, Chicago and Corruption are almost synonymous, but these days the same can be said about the FBI. WHATEVER OUR LOCAL DEMOCRAT POLITICIANS HAVE STOLEN IS CHUMP CHANGE COMPARED TO WHAT THE FBI TRIED TO STEAL; AND THAT WAS THE PRESIDENCY! THE FBI DID WHAT RICHARD NIXON TRIED TO DO, AND THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT! The FBI by means of FISA warrants spied on a political campaign. Nixon's henchmen were trying to plant wires at Democrat headquarters, and failed! The FBI succeeded in wire tapping the campaign of a Presidential candidate; then to cover their tracks, a Former FBI Director, (Mueller) attempted to discredit the victor, because he was a D.C. Outsider. Senior members of the FBI atempted to overthrow a Duly Elected U.S. President, actions which were in fact a Coup, like something one would expect from a Third World Banana Republic.
YET NOT ONE OF THE FBI PLOTTERS:COMEY,STRZOK,McCABE,PAGE AND OTHERS HAS BEEN INDICTED. INSTEAD THEY ARE MAKING MONEY FROM THEIR BOOKS! If the "Retired Agent" is in fact Real, then he is out of touch with the current FBI, which has been Politically Weaponized and a handmaiden to the Democrat Party, and has no Credibility! And if the Bureau "Suddenly" discovers Corruption in Chicago, it further adds to their lack of credibility, because Chicago has been Corrupt for over a century! Is this all a distraction to draw attention away from the FBI's attempt to overthrow our President. NEVER TALK TO THE FBI WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY PRESENT TO REPRESENT YOU, REMEMBER GENERAL FLYNN? I concur 100% - I used to look up to the FBI as though they hired the best, brightest and most morally leveled among us. It has become evident that the FBI is just another government entity loaded with political hires. Whether you are a Trump supporter or not, it is evident that the FBI was politically weaponized. If Trump was the outgoing President and Obama was the electee, the same situation would still be sickening. There was NO BASIS for any of the Russian collusion investigation. Unbelievably, it hung over the elected President for TWO years or 1/2 of his term. I always thought the FBI was above this high school shit. Chicago is loaded, and I mean LOADED with corruption. Everyone gets their friends hired or gets contracts to them. Chicago politicians will hire the children of Cook Counties’ politicians and then they return the favor by hiring their family and friends. The FBI could spend a millennia tying out ALL the corruption here but they don’t. I wonder why? Not the ideal political party? I still don’t understand how Hilary deleting emails was not remotely considered obstruction. Kinda sad I feel this way ... I was always brought up to respect law enforcers.
By the way, why are 10 of last year’s Boston Red Sox team members refusing to visit the White House including the Manager Joey Cora? Don’t these assholes get it that you should respect the office not the person and hence attend? Meanwhile MLB sits on its hands with their thumbs up their asses. Reminds me of the kneeling football players. Again more defiance and disrespect for America’s offices. MLB should force them to go - I am sure they have verbiage in their contracts about acting in a manner that is respectful to the game. In any event, MLB can go fuck itself ... no difference than NFL. Let their employees shit on authority. As a citizen, I’d like to pull some of these player’s work visas and send them back to their own shit countries like Venezuela. These RULERS are allowed for a short time here and now to have free choice and some know that they are untouchable. Most of these latin players are socialists at heart and loathe conservatism. Half of them were probably wiping their asses barehanded before the came here. MLB will go the way of the NFL if this keeps up. Then again they aren't too bright to begin with, and will kill the goose laying their golden egg. Oh well, back to the third world shitholes for them.
