Funny - they barely noticed when people (or folks) were getting shot by Rahm's "residence," and almost never if it was within shouting distance of Case de Sparklefart.

Real police are dead and gone. This is a new police department. Department motto, "BE THE CHANGE" The old ways of conducting law enforcement are over !!!!

This area of 14 has typically not had much police coverage...over all. I was hoping with the new mayor living here, we would have more coverage. Disappointed that they don't move anywhere. This area of 14 has always had it's gang issues....it seems thought that things have heated up and we've seen many more "shots fired", with a few injured/homicides thrown in for good measure. I'm thankful that the new Commander is "losing his shit" as someone else mentioned...we appreciate that he cares!! Hopefully this area will see additional coverage (other than Mayor's detail) and the shooting/gang war will calm down. Sadly, this is only the beginning of summer....it may end up being a very long one.

More calls does not equal more instances if 50 people call in one instance, after consulting the neighborhood facebook page to see if it was gunshots or fireworks.

As of last Sunday, 014 had only 17 "shooting incidents". Compare that with what easily qualifies as the CPD district leader in murders, index violent crimes, vehicle thefts and "shooting incidents". Fillmore had 97 "shooting incidents" with a runaway 29 murders. 014 had only 3 murders.
What is the pressing prob n 014 since post at 2pm thinks 014 is the most violent district with most shots fired.
Prob people not picking up after their dogs...what beat is that .maybe some from 14 should work in 25, they might actually hear real shots. They won't even come close to any of the boarding districts.
