Building upon his previous dumbassery, Google-me sent out another e-mail, this time praising the 011th and 025th Districts for certain community efforts. All well and good. However, the unusual part is the portion of the letter that congratulates Escamerit:
- Commanders [011] and Escamilla have made frequent and productive use of their CAPS and Neighborhood Policing Initiative (NPI) teams
Correct us if we're wrong (we aren't) but didn't his "use" of one CAPS officer cost Escamerit his marriage? And wasn't he also recommended for firing based on his "use" of other CAPS officers?

I don’t go into my Dept e-mail, and I’m glad I don’t, because I’d probably send him a reply that I’d get in trouble over. As Bugs would say, “what a maroon”.
It is possible to filter spam from google-me directly to the trash file where it belongs.
I delete his emails without reading them.
Except CAPS officers aren't doing CAPS work, they are doing PR. they are in essence whores, being pimped out by Escamerit for facebook posts.

Big Tony's latest attempt at punishment since the P.O. has been on 3rd watch his whole career. Another obvious union contract violation by Escamerit.

Jeremy Gorner is the reporter for the Tribune that covered Escamerit's baby sitting pilot program scandal. He also did the beginning coverage of the tranny rape scandal. He didn't mention Escamerit by name in that article but he did make mention of the Sgt and Tony getting in hot water in 011. Hopefully he is just slowly drawing it all out before coming up with a big Escamerit expose. Escamerit is so stupid and corrupt it's like he's been begging to be made an example of.

I know a guy that emailed google-me asking to be removed from those emails and google-me's rely was to retire if you don't want the emails. AND he included the Sup on his reply. Also google-me freely admits that it is the officers who are sending him the emails to be sent out. Probably a millennial thing.
I should write a letter to google me to thank the 11th district commander for micro managing his troops in to not wanting to do anything. Thanks for all the fixed posts haha

Also when you come into a district isn’t it up to the commander to assign you to the watch of his choice until the bidding comes up for next year. I know a few guys who won’t bid early in the year just for that reason. Don’t think watch selection carries over from district to new djstrict

That's true except for when a Commander details you against your will to another district and an arbitrator ruled against the Exempt. In no way shape or form are they allowed to put you on a different watch when you get back. That's only if you bid to another district or specifically put in the paperwork to get detailed somewhere else.

-Let me tell you about this "commander". A card carrying member of the Sup's college fraternity. After doing nothing but jumping paper because he is too stupid to effect an arrest or do the accompanying paperwork, he was MERIT promoted to Sgt. After proving to be equally incompetent as a first level supervisor, he was MERIT promoted to LIEtenant. After being completely clueless as a watch lt. in 011 and relying 100% on his partner lt. to actually run the watch, he was again promoted - to COMMANDER. Now there aren't nearly enough lifeboats for everyone that is jumping from the sinking ship in 011. And they all have the same reason for leaving - spencer. He is absolutely clueless, is holding up people's transfers to other units, creates ridiculous missions because he has no clue how to effectively deploy officers or fight the crime in the district. He padded his front office with about 9 female POs of the same racial code, and even put an FTO in there so she could continue to get FTO pay while working a desk job. Now he's put her back on the street because he asked her for her packet for merit Sgt, and doesn't want it to look bad. It takes a lot of effort to make 011 an even WORSE place to work, but he's doing a damn good job of it.
And Escarmerit?? Another 011th district winner. Should have been fired a loooong time ago. Embarrassing.
Why is he still here? He was a political hire for Rahm, he should have been thrown out with the other trash.
I believe that the "City" is shitting their pants over what the crime numbers may be with this "excessive Heat" coming in and they are desperate to do whatever it takes to keep numbers down, Thus asking for the "extra" manpower in 11 this weekend. Great Plan Mayor!!!!! Go Visit Los Angeles this weekend, it's going to be much cooler there. So yes, the memo is out to get RDO people to work in 11 this weekend.
