Sergeant Injured
- Three boys, ages 10 and 11, were charged after throwing rocks Tuesday night from a Little Village railroad viaduct at a police car, shattering the windshield and injuring a sergeant, according to Chicago police.
The juveniles were charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass to property and released to family members, police said. The date of their expected court appearance was not immediately available. Police did not have a breakdown of the boys’ ages.
The police car was traveling in the 2500 block of West Cermak Road around 8:40 p.m. when the rocks hit its windshield. A railroad viaduct runs above Cermak Road at that location. A police sergeant suffered a minor cut to her arm. She was taken to a hospital in good condition, treated and released.
Obviously, Parents-of-the-Year material there. This only lends support to our idea that public caning ought to be brought over here from Singapore....paddle the asses that never got paddled growing up so they can't sit for a month and remember just how dangerous these types of actions can be.

about 20 years ago some kids were throwing chunks of concrete off a bridge on I57 and three hunters were returning from kankakee in the morning in a pickup truck. poor guy in the middle had his head taken off and the others were seriously hurt. kids today have no moral compass at home and everything is a joke until caught then the parents cry for a second chance cuz they are just babies. they knew what they were doing and knowingly targeted the popo. send the brats to juvvy and send the parents to angola on a chain gang. so glad the sarg is ok but she could have been killed by these animals with no punishment from comrade kim. stay safe out there, it happened to me in that hood in the 90s, chunk of concrete came thru the windshield in the middle of the nite running a loader on snow command, its such a loud shock and suprise, your covered in glass and havent a clue what happened or what to do next. she could have easily run into the bridge abutment and been badly hurt. this town and its community are beyond hope, go home safe and collect a pension and leave this place behind like the bad dream it is.
The punks are lucky their stupidity didn't kill anyone.

Absolutely.
Singapore is a very prosperous, safe, very clean City state that used to just be a dirty, sleazy, crime ridden port of call for the British Navy back in Brit colonial times. The Brits lost Singapore to the Japanese army in World War II after that the Han Chinese locals knew they would be on their own and lots of tough, sensible, no nonsense folks stepped up and delivered. The Founder of Modern Singapore President Lee is one of my favorite leaders who understood world history, urban realities and surprisingly understood modern racial realities, block voting in Democrat elections. The racial friction in Singapore and Malaysia is mostly between Han Chinese and Malays - there are some religious/tribal "issues" with Muslims and those are also carefully monitored.
You referenced "caning" for crimes like street hard drug sales (larger hard drug traffickers are simply executed). Teen age delinquency, graffiti is simply not tolerated, offenders are stripped to the underwear and caned.

Saw a video of caning once. Thing of beauty. Guy getting caned was strapped over a framework wearing nothing but a heavy leather apron turned backwards that had a large hole right over the butt cheeks. Guy with the cane started running 20 feet away ending with a hop-skip-and-a-jump move as he swung the cane with every ounce of force he could muster. BAM!!! Eyes of the guy on the frame nearly shot out of his head. Somebody raises one finger. Repeat until he has all 10 fingers in the air. By then the butt cheeks have turned purple and the skin is hanging loose when the apron is removed and the guy is led to an infirmary to recover.
Yep. A few examples like that and the petty crime rate would fall like a rock. Add aldercrime to the list of caneable offenses and you'd fix a bunch of other problems as well.

Caught this being reported on the ABC local news. The drift of the story was the officer over-reacted. Mistook just some rocks for gun fire. Just children goofing off, not knowing what they are doing. Don't know why I subject myself to watching local fake news, even occasionally...Hope the Sergeant is okay.

Saw one clip similar to what the o/p described.
Every time that cane hit that ass it left a 1"in.

There's a reason that type of punishment is against the law. The dogs would demand we got that type of punishment for any perceived transgressions against them and the marxist people would demand that punishment for speech crimes. It would lower the crime rate, but I could foresee the seamier side of society using it against regular people to gain total compliance because the indoctrination in the schools and universities doesn't get to everyone.
In Little Village they have pinatas of Police and ICE agents! The kids thought is was a big pinata.
Past and present politicians, along with thugs and their parents should all be paddled and caned in stockades.
