Gee, another exempt member in hot water?
- Area North Commander is about to get served with subpoena to be deposed as a witness, soon to be offender, in an investigation involving a subordinate accussed by a high ranking state employee of misconduct. The Commander will have to tell the truth cuz word is the subordinate has proof (video,audio, date, time stamps,names of everyone who "investigated" the alleged misconduct. Turns out the State was already working with this subordinate on a sexual harassment case against the state employee.Looks like she (state employee) is caught dirty in all sorts of ways. Problem is she dragged Area North detectives into her lies. Expect a few Sgts, the retiring Lt, and a few detectives who knew of this to be deposed in the pending lawsuit. DCFS is about to be rocked with a big scandal. Expect shit to roll soon. RC won't survive this unscathed.
Amazing that the unclouted have to pay the price for all these assholes time and time again.

For God's sake. Can't any of these idiot Exempts make it at least 6 months without getting into some sort of scandal involving criminal corruption and/or gross incompetent negligence? I'm just amazed Escamerit from 025 wasn't the initials used at the end naming him as being involved in this mess given his remarkably stupid track record. I'm convinced Test Study Tony's grand strategy is to hold on long enough so that enough other corrupt morons will keep stepping on their dicks. Given enough time, a dumb retard like him will be able to move up the ladder again without having to accomplish anything. Lightfoot's regime must just plan on leaving him as the commander of 025 for another 14 years until he is forced into mandatory retirement. Heaven forbid they actually demote him or fire his worthlessly crooked merit ass.

If it was criminal then it would have been criminal by now. It’s a lawsuit. We’ve all gotten lawsuits. We’ve all been deposed. We’ve all been dragged into something that we didn’t want too. Lawsuits are the same old same old game. Its not a criminal matter because if it was it would have dropped well before the lawsuit.
It all sounds clear as mud.

This guy is a huge micro manager. Way in over his head.
Remember that a number of crimes have lengthy statutes of limitations, so there may be no rush to charge until the depositions in the civil matter are finished. IF the Cmdr. lies under oath, then he can go down for perjury. Depositions are taken under oath, and the audio/video, etc. evidence can be used to impeach the Cmdr's depositional testimony, or if he lies in court. Likewise the others involved.
Nothing will happen, it never does.
This department has a history of punishing the innocent and protecting and promoting fuck ups ! Instead of fixing a car with a bad wheel that gives you a shitty ride, they just like to keep driving it as if nothing is wrong, and instead you blame the road !

Few, very few are ever indicted for telling lies in a civil deposition. The one exception that stands out is Burge, and they wanted him bad, very bad. Many times, it boils down to a matter of perception and opinion and not perjury.Then, the person would have to repeat the deposition statement at the trial, again under oath. A difficult thing to charge
