Cut This Pension

If they can reduce/diminish honest workers' pensions via an act of the Legislature, they can certainly diminish this pension via the same method for being a corrupt asshole:
  • Disgraced former Chicago Ald. Daniel Solis collects a nearly $95,000 annual city taxpayer-funded pension, despite his role as a central figure in an ongoing public corruption scandal at City Hall, records show.

Federal authorities filed an affidavit under seal in May 2016 that made several allegations against Solis before he agreed to cooperate with their investigation. Solis wore an FBI wire for two years as part of the wide-ranging criminal probe that ensnared Ald. Edward Burke and rocked city government.

After more than two decades on the City Council, the 69-year-old Solis announced last November that he would not seek another term representing the city’s 25th Ward. He finished out his term this spring, and began receiving his pension over the summer, records show.
Last we checked, aldercreature was still defined as a "part time job." But a $95,000 a year pension is more than any beat copper, sergeant or most lieutenants will ever receive even after twenty-nine years of honorable service.

How about starting the cuts there Groot? No reason Solis shouldn't be stuck driving a truck or hanging drywall for the rest of his miserable existence.

He should lose his pension for the crime he committed. Just because he worked out a deal to cooperate doesn’t free him to keep his pension.

Aldercreatures should have their entire bennies published. Medical/dental/eye, pension, how many years they have to serve in office to get a full pension, what percentage of their salary is their pension, cost of living increase is it compounded or straight, what percentage of the pension do surviving spouses get, and other bennies so that the public can know exactly what these bottom feeders are getting that others are prevented from getting. Also, are the aldercreatures allowed to buy in/back pension time from other government positions like Shortanks did, who ended up with an 85% pension.

It’s disgusting and part of the long time entrenched corruption of Chicago politics. Hopefully he earned some of that pension by bearing great fruit on his fellow corrupt alderman when he wore the wire for two long years. Think about it... for the wire to continue that long has to mean great things were being uncovered, so they kept it going. Everyone should say a prayer tonight that the Feds will bring down the forever corrupt machine that we all have been helplessly living with.

"Solis could continue receiving the public pension for the rest of his life, despite allegations in the affidavit that he used his clout to gain “personal benefits” such as Viagra pills and prostitution services, among other things."

Here is the deal: The mutant can keep his pension so long as he keep taking the "personal benefits" but this time... with a twist for tax payer restitution.

Prostitution services? You need to keep using those however please note not all prostitutes are female. It is a mandate.

You can keep your near $100k pension so long as ol rough trade extra long and scary thick Bruce The Pitcher stops by to - ahem- go to pound town on the Aldercreature. Four times each week, minimum. Bruce can be given some of that ill gotten Viagra if needs be to keep up the pace.

Aldermen are part time postilions indeed: Lets consider the damage and the higher pension costs if these bums were to be in their roles FULL TIME.

Triple the corruption at least. I don't think the City can afford that! At least now they have some time off from scheming and fucking matters up.

Sanctuary City is mostly a term used to describe the protections given to Aldermen so they can ply their wicked trades. Got the shield and feed the rats so they can multiple and do more harm.

Hit the chorus Quasimodo!

Sanctuary! Sanctuary!

"Despite Solis’ six-figure aldermanic salary, the former alderman experienced major financial problems in recent years. The bank that held the mortgage on his West Side home filed for foreclosure, according to court records."

Don't be so fast to judge nor condemn... The poor man needs MORE taxpayer dollars not less. He can barely makes those corrupt and frayed ends meet after all. He is a charity case.

Hookers ain't cheap Even they have to pay real estate taxes if they own a home in the city after all and hourly prices reflect this.

Let me point out the issue: One serves and protects. The other self serves and deflects.

When Democrats run a city, which activity is rewarded more highly?

The arguments made to the taxpayers on this pension issue will always fall upon deaf ears.

The arguments made against grifters, aka democrats, will always fall upon hostile ears.

The arguments made for the worthiness of those who have earned their pensions will always fall upon sympathetic ears, with those ears belonging to taxpayers being the most sympathetic, yet the least inclined to pay even more taxes to cover their sympathy.

The arguments made by any and all being paid earned wages by taxpayers will always fall upon ears that hear, "cry me a river", even those who sympathize, appreciate earned services wages being paid by their taxes and want the grifters to be evicerated as the reward for their griftings.

So.

When those arguing for their pensions to be paid in full, as promised by the grifters, aka democrats, begin to evicerate said grifters, aka democrats, literally evicerate them, then, maybe, the arguments for those pensions promised being paid as promised will have some weight.

Until then, cry the taxpayers a river.

Solis's Pension is secure, because Democrat Politicians receive Special Considerations, not afforded to cops or anyone else! Solis clearly committed Criminal Acts, which is why he left Office. The magnitude of his Criminal Conduct is yet to be exposed, but it is clear he didn't wear a wire for two years out of a desire to see Good and Honest Governance in Chicago and Cook County, and his criminal behavior was Official Misconduct. There was an active effort to deny Cmdr. Burge his pension, even though he was never convicted of actual acts of Official Misconduct. Contrary to misconceptions, Burge was convicted of Perjury related to his testimony. Democrat Congressman Rostenkowski, forevermore, cut a chunk out of every CPD retiree who is eligible for Social Security, by passing legislation when he was Chairman of the Powerful Ways and Means Committee that denies anyone receiving a municipal pension from receiving their full Social Security benefits. Yet, "Rosty" as the suck-ass Chicago Media used to call him, received his full pension even while in prison. And when he needed Prostate Surgery, he was taken from prison, and treated at the Bethesda Military Hospital, and assigned to a suite reserved for flag grade officers! And when he got out of prison, a local T.V. station hired him to do election night coverage, on T.V.! Which is appropriate; since the "Shitty" elects Felons, it is appropriate that a Felon handicap the election results! Stay Safe and Strong! Baby "G"

I always find it amazing whenever the talk of pensions come up, its always blamed on police and fireman. How many thousands of other workers are there in the City and State? We make up a small portion yet its easy to hate anything police. Remember when state reps got pensions and free healthcare after 8 years? Lets not mention Madigan cronies who benefited from loopholes where they collect six figure pensions after buying back into the system, the most one made was $38,000 working for the state and then worked for Madigans wife.

his daughters SOL and MAYA were both in a scheme to acquire a commercial building.
MAYA is at the PARK DISTRICT and is Regional Director of all of the south side making a nice 111,614 even has a cute take home car.

SO the deal was
daughter dont get locked up
he keep his nice pension but must not run again like BURKE did.
His EX wife would not be indicted for funneling donation to DIA de la nino (fake charity)
and lastly His sister who was his accountant would not get locked up for buying crap with political donation for herself.

Dont forget tax evasion was on the table too....

He wears a fancy hat.
His cape is called "The Bat."
He's in a reeducation program now thanks to Starbucks.
Despite the popular bad rap as a liberal company, this corporation
does have a heart. They took pity upon Danny. They retrained him
to make an honest living. They gave him something back that he
had before he became an Aldercreature. Dignity. Danny now lives
in a dorm environment, shares communal duties, and is slowly
getting his life back. He no longer chases the easy buck. Life has
meaning for him now. He hopes to rise through the ranks and
become a Starbucks manager. No longer blinded by bling, fame,
fortune, and the fast lane, he now sees light at the end of the

His problem now is to stay alive and testify.

The laugh out loud section no one seemed to notice:

In the last years of his tenure, Solis drew criticism from Pilsen activists and residents who accused him of being too cozy with developers that are changing the neighborhood’s character through gentrification.

Oh... Pilsen is mad that Whites (and a few Asians) are coming into the historic non-White area and changing the "character" of it by developments and different persons moving in?

Sort of like when the USA bitches loudly that all of Latin American is showing up at the Southern Border or the Chinese are coming for birth tourism to get their kids citizenship and then fly back home. How about all the Indians coming in to work on HB-XYZ Visas and undercutting wages? If any American complains about that he is shouted down by leftists as being racist. Hence...

Pilsen, YOU ARE RACIST! Diversity is your greatest strength after all. Enjoy being multicultural!

The federal US Attorney has great power to make crimes go away in order to get who they want. Don't forget that the man who put Gotti in prison was a hit man who admitted to 21 murders. He walked without a single day in prison, went into witness protection out West and then decided to sell drugs with his son. Imagine that!! Guilty of mass murder and walks. So, I guess Solis might also walk without a conviction or spending any time inprison.

Oh damn. This fool won't even be taxed at the higher rate!

"It would raise taxes only on people who earn $250,000 or more a year and maintain the current rate of 4.95% — that flat tax — on incomes between $100,000 and $250,000. It would reduce the tax burden on incomes of $100,000 or less. That extra $3.4 billion would go a long way toward making it possible for the state to get its finances in order."
