This is a Joke Right?

We can't believe we actually have to ask this, but reality is stranger than fiction lately:
  • So an offender commits murder executing his ex, tell his family he intends to kill himself, and later that night officers drive up on his car whereupon he executes himself inside the vehicle. COPA is debating issuing a CR number because the officers presence caused the suicide!! This is phucking madnesses!! There nothing outside of the realm of sanity this people won’t blame the police for.
You know why we have to ask if this is true? Because we verified through various trusted sources that COPA is actually looking to jam up coppers on non-duty related weapon purchases. There isn't anyone in Illinois who has to register a gun...except CPD, and COPA is looking to get cops fired and save Groot some pension money.

We had thought this one was a bit far fetched, but we were mistaken. Watch your asses.

Why would you ever register a gun as a cop? How many Chicago residents have actually registered a weapon with the City?

Gun Registration as a condition of continuing employment.

They're very afraid that you Chicago Cops are going to be
the core of an armed resistance movement when THEY move
in furtherance against YOU and the upright, peace loving
and law abiding public.

Gun Registration in this iteration IS de facto disarmament.

"We gots to know which of you Coppers have "Assault Weapons"
and or lots of guns/ammo because you're the ones who are most
likely to not act right when WE move against YOU."

COPA is shitting their pants after the thread from a couple
weeks ago that averred, promised and vowed hostile armed
response to COPA apparatchiks kicking down the doors to
P.O.s homes looking for "unregistered weapons."

It is the height of bullshit that the state legislature
cravenly allowed the city to have this carve-out when
all attempts to legislate guns out of the hands of
Dude Inc. have been total failures.

Far easier to go in on Policemen because Policemen
are the ONLY ones with compelling rules to abide by.

Irony?

This donkey-dung goes on and it isn't Policemen
running around this city wildly banging off guns.

Dude Inc...

Politically, socially and culturally weaponized
against everybody else.

Policemen?

Deliberately busted down to the societal hierarchy
slot formerly occupied by Dude Inc., while Dude is
riding the upward trajectory past the slot Policemen
used to occupy.

...And there are so many so called intelligent and
politically/socially and culturally savvy people
who are quite fine with this.

Chicago IS actively at war with it's Police.

This is far easier than actively warring against
Dude Inc., Ciudad Santuario and all the other ranks
of The Free Shit Army.

Whooooooo...
Damn.

Police Like You Have No Friends.

Look.
Point & Laugh.

My biggest question is how does COPA even know you have purchased a weapon? The required federal form is supposed to be only viewed as to purchases if the gun is found to have been used in a crime. So are they violating the gun control act of 1968? or do they have a mole inside ala' the old A/4 gun team? Several years ago when I went to qualify the range officer pulled up my gun registrations that had expired and started questioning why I hadn't renewed them that I was in violation of orders. My response was" they aren't in the city anymore" where are they? "none of your business" end of discussion.

Same nonsense going on the Sheriffs office. CBS just did segment on inmates attacks on transport buses. There has numerous riots/attacks on inmates causing taxpayers millions in litigation. CBS asked why the Sheriff allows this and why transport guards do not intervene. What the Sheriff conveniently failed to mention was three DOC transport officers have been fired by his gestapo Merit board for trying to break up these attacks for 'excessive force'. So now almost on a weekly basis these attacks occur where inmates are seriously injured because the guards are not allowed to do their jobs. Never understood Sheriff Darts brilliant philosophy. He fires guards who dare intervene on his unruly beloved inmates. the result is weaker inmates are constantly being attacked and the taxpayers on the hook. The only victims of his insane liberal policies are the inmates themselves. Stay fetal and collect a paycheck works in both departments.

Either el’Copa issues the CR or they don’t might be the argument, but what is more likely is that they present, coach and insist that he family or estate of the deceased initiates the CR besides recommending legal representation.

The tender liberal activists call this phenomenon emotional triggers.
There are degreed experts that will also concur this is a PTSD disorder.
George Washington and the Betsy Ross flag are triggers.
Statuary, Red baseball caps, cauliflower and yes, uniformed agents of law enforcement are too.
These excuses are totally acceptable.
Maybe not in a legal standpoint but certainly in a Groot Administration.

Long before COPA and even before IPRA, whilst working the desk a he said/she said, walked in for a DD report.
Both he and she walked out with one report, fully documented events as alleged by both, DVN and if needed, avenues to OOP and civil court resolutions, both parties amicably waived any prosecution since both agreed their minor combative exchange was nothing more than tussling.
About two weeks later OPS gladly handed me two CR’s one each, same day from both of these morons.

Back then they took any complaint, even more so now, only difference is Groot’s stance on discipline even if it takes a year thru the Contract process, backstabbing Groot is going lay down that fury.

Stay out and away from ghetto affairs.

Here is the problem: the current president of the FOP as the previous president of the FOP think they can obtain more by being nice to mayor. When are the men and woman of the CPD going to elect a President who is CONVFROMTATIONAL WITH THE MAYOR. The current President is rumored to be meeting secretly with the mayor. He has shown repeatedly that he has no backbone when it comes to being confrontation. The only people he is confrontational is with certain elected officers of FOP. There has been some major blow ups with several office holders. One has to ask, who in the FOP has been aggressive in their dealings with the elected officials and the press?

This goes under the increasing instances of:

Suicide by Cop

Followed by deadbeat relatives and the worst $&^#*@$ personal injury, ambulance chasing lawyers, BlackLivesMatter organizations looking to hit the ghetto lottery and bilk more from us remaining tax payers.

Don't see how this can go on forever - Chicago, IL and increasingly large parts of the USA look and feel like the Weimar Republic only with much worse demographics and alien control of our "American" (in name only) media.

This Bolshevik Communist movie "The Joker" is breaking all box officer records, spreading poison of doom and despair to our young people. Michael Moore says it's his favorite movie ever.

I think we are heading for a societal breakdown - I suggest our readers read up on honest accounts of what it was like exactly 100 years ago in European Cities like St. Petersburg Russia, Munich and Berlin Germany. At least Christian Nationalists in Russia and Germany put up a fight, my grandfather fought in the White Army in the Russian Civil war before our side lost, he came to Chicago to become a professor at the University of Chicago.

These bad things go in cycles every 50 to 100 years. It's the 50th anniversary of the chaos and carnage of the late 1960s, I was 7 in 1968 for the SDS, Weather Underground, Black race riots.

Stay strong brothers and sisters - and if you are really depressed about our USA , UK and Western Europe - check out all the great things happening in Russia, Hungary, Poland - Leningrad has been rechristened "St. Petersburg" again and victorious Russian orchestras played victory concerts in Palmira Syria - no thanks to the likes of John McCain and the Neo Conservative liars.

Even the Washington Post conceded our kinsmen the Russians won in Syria and are championing Western Civilization and remaining Christians elsewhere.

Unless it's a violent felony and you have a legit victim stop with the BS arrests! Dope on the westside, who cares. Let them overdose. Stupid city charges and reckless conduct? So the bosses can look good? Knock it off. When an arrest goes bad your the one holding the bag. The bosses just laugh and then find some other clown to do thier bidding. They can't do anything for or to you anymore with swiping. Grow a pair and stand up for yourself. So you get dumped off tact. Who cares. All you have to do is answer your jobs, nothing more. We have a mayor who hates the Police, always has, always will. Don't go out of your way for her or the bosses.

For anyone who attends UIC JMLS, carry in school and get arrested for a Misdemeanor? Not Quite!

Dear students,

The Office of Student Life and the Office of Campus Safety & Security have worked with the Career Services Office, Student Accounts, and Admissions to compile a list of students who are or have been law enforcement officers. You are receiving this email because your name is on that list. I am hoping that you will assist me in passing this message on to other law enforcement Officers you are aware of that attend class on the Law School’s campus as not all Officers were able to be identified.

We want to make you aware of a new policy that took effect with John Marshall’s merger with UIC. All UIC property is considered a “prohibited area” under the Illinois Firearm Concealed Cary Act (430 ILCS 66/). Therefore, firearms and other weapons are prohibited in all UIC buildings and grounds, including within UIC John Marshall buildings. This includes individuals with a concealed carry permit and off-duty law enforcement officers, unless required by that individual’s job as determined by the Chief of UIC Police, in consultation with the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services.

We know that many of you may come to class directly from your law enforcement jobs and/or might have a condition of employment as a law enforcement Officer and you will be carrying your firearms with you to school. As such, we have developed a plan for you to conveniently and securely store your pistol firearms while you are on campus. Please check in with a member of the Law School Security Team anytime you arrive on campus with a firearm. A Security Officer will escort you to the Security Office (3rd floor of Plymouth) where you will be met by a Security Shift Supervisor or the Director of Campus Safety and Security. You can store your firearm in a secure gun locker. You will remain in possession of the locker key while your firearm is locked up, and you will return the key when retrieving your weapon as you depart campus. There is only 1 key to each individual locker and there are no duplicates so please do not lose the key. Unauthorized possession or storage of weapons on university property, including in your personal student locker, is a Class A misdemeanor.

If this is accurate, and I still am doubtful that COPA is so stupid, it is wrong on many levels. The progressives and media bash the cops for having too many complaints filed against them and not enough of them result in suspensions. The truth of this is you can get a complaint filed against you for just about anything and no good reason. I had a commander tell me she files complaints against officers " for procedural purposes" . I do not think that COPA could get a criminal search warrant on such flimsy evidence of criminal activity and their not being a law enforcement agency. But, there is such a think as an administrative search warrant through a court to enforce city ordinances. I have seen the Department of Revenue get this on some city licensees. finally woke up to this NFL bullshit.

NFL is legally classified as: Entertainment, not Sport. It is the exact same as Wrestling. NFL games have a predertmined outcome; it has gone to the Supreme Court. do not bet on fixed games.

I watched a series of downs, there was some bad acting. Instead of football, work out, spend time with your kids or prepare for uncertain times ahead.

search results: Throughout that case, the NFL repeatedly positioned itself legally as a “sports entertainment” business, not a genuinely contested “sport.” College football, for example, is legally classified as a “collegiate sport.” The only other “sports entertainment” businesses are professional wrestling and roller derby.Feb 5, 2018

By COPA logic: All crimes committed by Chicago Police Officers are now fully the responsibility of COPA as they failed to prevent said crime from occuring. COPA has in their possession predictive technology that can accurately pinpoint perpetrators of crime prior to the crime taking place.

If you find, through no fault of your own, that your person has comitted a crime, you will not be held personally responsible and charges will instead be transfered directly to COPA Reps based on their psychic malfunction.

If dude is going through gangways in Beverly at 0300 hrs do we roll by home and hit the hole? Do we take our time responding to the battery of a fifteen-year-old in front of Marshall HS hoping the offenders, and maybe the victim, have since left, only to get a “battery victim at the hospital” and discover the victim we tried to dodge is a policeman’s kid who was robbed? This job has always been easy for do nothings like yourself. While the adversity has always been great and politicians, including the white ones you elect, have always used policemen as pawns for political expedience we have persevered and have done honest work and we’re welcomed and respected by those who called us in the time of their greatest need-even in 011. It shouldn’t be hard to find you to “stand shoulder to shoulder” with you. You’re the smallest man around.

So here’s some fun facts to make you scratch your head. COPA, was given an increase in their annual personnel budget from 2018-2019 at over 1 million dollars. More than 75% of complaints “investigated” by COPA lacked an affidavit. To our non-law enforcement readers, that means the complainant refused to sign a piece of paper basically saying the facts stated are true, similar to being sworn under oath in a court room. Even more so, an even smaller fraction of complaints with a affidavit resulted in a sustained finding. So we have the city of Chicago, broke as a joke, but we have a organization such as COPA with a 13+ million dollar annual budget. Not to mention, how much of our union dues go to legal defense every time we need to, “give a statement”. Here’s a plan, let internal affairs investigate, and the minor allegations of “misconduct” investigated with the old to-from and face to face interview with the wronged person. After all, aren’t body cameras supposed to make everyone more transparent and save the city money on lawsuits? Yeah, that’s why districts have CR Sgt’s, to investigate these “allegations”.. We could quickly put millions of tax payers dollars to work for something that would actually get results. But I guess a organization with a massive budget, has to resort to violation of local, state and federal laws in a pathetic attempt to justify their existence. Don’t believe me? Look for yourself, google COPA Chicago budget. It’s all there in black and white . Stay safe.

So you lose in Illinois Supreme Court. Fight is far from over then you go to the SCOTUS, you win and they pay. The locals all look like fools and the 500 million or 2 Billion judgment forces city and state into bankruptcy. LOL

COPA is like the Democratic Party. Meeting secretly behind closed doors trying to come up ways to destroy law enforcement.

The BIG difference is in the neighborhoods you listed CARE about the police and fire unlike the "other" neighborhoods who HATE the police and fire.

So, ya, fuck off.

The people at UIC / John Marshall law should re-read the statute 430 ILCS 66/. The prohibitions do not apply to law enforcement on or off duty. That act applies to concealed carry license holders an not LEO. There are no legal penalties for carrying your weapon on UIC campus if you are sworn but they could probably expel you if you are a student.

The school tried this once before, when I was a student in the 70's. I ignored them then. The campus was not safe back then and I assume it is not safe now. Carry a small concealable firearm and keep it concealed.

The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) is a United States federal law, enacted in 2004, that allows two classes of persons—the "qualified law enforcement officer" and the "qualified retired or separated law enforcement officer"—to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States, regardless of state or local laws.

I really can't believe these are sworn police officers with some of these comments, state and local laws do NOT apply since 2004!!

administrative search warrant through a court to enforce city ordinances. I have seen the Department of Revenue get this on some city licensees. I am not sure if this even applies.

I applaud your ability to conduct research... however, it is in the actual application of the law and this does not qualify as civilian or sworn are not subject to business license inspections (OCD) unless of course you do or are suspected of operating a legal or illegal business that would require a city license out of your residence

So COPA is planning on making their investigators certified crime scene techs. Does that mean CPD techs won't process the scene? What happens if their results differ from CPDs results?

As far as the new UIC/ John Marshall law school is concerned. They have their own department, anyone who prepares a report or handles a job there is retarded. Have the UIC police department handle, it is their jurisdiction.

It would be Trespassing if you refused to lock the gun up...because as a LEO you can't get slapped with UUW for CCW off duty.

10/08/2019 01:21:00 AM

It won't be shit unless you let somebody know you have it. As long as it's concealed, it will be your little secret.

City hiring is as shady as ever, even after the Shakman decrees. Remember the famous Chicago rule "we don't want nobody nobody sent." Believe it because it is still true today and COPA and the Inspector General's Office are no exceptions. Actually, there are no exceptions to the rule when it comes to city hiring.

You seem to possess the necessary level of intelligence. Now you just need to show that you're a liberal nutbag who hates the police. Then they contact you via snapchat. Good luck with your new job.
