All the CPD at the scene got a cr number. They are forbidden to assist L.E from Indiana seeing it is a RED state. Longfoot is not happy and fat Ed was told to have the CPD exit the scene. Light-head does not like white police from Indiana coming to the Chicago ghetto and showing that all the offenders with the baby in the car were locals. The mutt armed robber' had a horseshoe up their asses, Indiana police are not to be fucked with. The mutts are lucky that A R Leak funeral home did not have to make a pick up with their station wagon.
Foxx will try and extradic the coppers from Indiana who popped one mutt in the arm.

Great work by CPD and Indiana brothers.

I hope the Hammond Officers recover quickly. Does Hammond not have a policy regarding firing upon vehicles? Hopefully Hammond Officers are smart enough to give COPA, a not too subtle,"F_ _k You!" As one CPD Sgt. put it: "Red State Policing made an appearance in the Socialist Republic of Blue State Illinois!" Where no matter what the circumstances, the police are at fault! Some how, some way, the entire chase was the fault of the police! Ignore that it is alleged that there were shots fired from the fleeing vehicle, and one of those shots hit another vehicle. Reality is irrelevant! EVERYTHING IS THE FAULT OF THE POLICE IN ANY POLICE PURSUIT. In the Leftist delusional perception of reality, the OFFENDER MUST ALWAYS BE THE VICTIM of some form of Police Misconduct or Incompetence! Stay Safe, be Careful. No matter what the crime, any police pursuit that results in injury is bad "Optics" of the Evil Police, and Great Opportunity for parasite attorneys. Baby "G"

Why would COPA even be involved?

COPA has NO authority over the Indiana police officers, so they can tell COPA to take a long walk off Navy Pier. Nice proof that it's Chicago residents doing the crime.

Speaking of Red States, I was watching a movie the other night and the actor said; Police are mostly Conservative Republicans. I thought about that and realized that is one of the reasons these so called progressives have launched an attack to discredit us.

Groot says don’t assist, for all intents and purposes these were folks were immigrating from across a border.
Groot says COPA will self anoint, form an interstate respond team and solicit for local witness participation.

COPA has no jurisdiction over them... only CPD officers.

Yup, that's why IN officers go above and beyond for their residents. If this was the exact same event but in Chicago we would be fools to do more than just code the job out, 19B. Think about it for a second, if this was a CPD officer chasing a Chicago resident into Indiana and having shot him or her at the end. The CPD officer would be cellmates with Van Dyke before Christmas.

Gotta agree with Mr Coffee cup here. All outside agency coppers on scene will be awarded medals for valor but Mr. Coffee cup would more than likely do time for agg batt firearm. Unless it’s a 10-1 don’t rush in.

Plenty of SJW mayors in Indiana too, all you have to do is look at South Bend and Mayor Pete to see exhibit #1 of throwing an officer under the bus after a shooting involving the 'community'. Now they're having focus groups and revrunds are demanding more de-escalation training, handling the community gently, and singing Kumbaya. Mayor Pete will give it to them, because he wants Donald Trump's job. Don't be like Mayor Pete.
