In what ability does Doerge quality to be a Sgt in the first place, he's dumber than a rock when he made Sgt not that long ago. Completely clueless and has to flip his rainbow book on scene to look at the UCR guide. He's so useless he landed in 012 in the CAPS office. I guess he will be a XO or cmdr in no time.

Congratulations BRYAN SPREYNE Fromm 008. Great guy and well deserved. BRYAN is also the one that puts together the demolition derby that honors our fallen. Using a lot of his own funds and resources along with donations to get the car in shape for the event.
What a trio of merit picks. One’s a caps sgt and the other two are admin sgts. These are the three best leaders that the department comes up with to use their merit picks on. What a joke. Is it on a street sgt that’s been out there everyday busting his/her butt. The troops would respect that. But two admin sgts and a caps sgt? And they wonder why no one has faith in our supervisors or the promotional system.

This means nothing as far as the Chicago Police Department advancing, if Charlie is coming in would use the lieutenants for what they’re supposed to be used for watch commanders eliminate the rank of captain and cut the gold star boys and girls to less than 1/3 because then are not needed none of them are needed all they do is suck the life out of the pension and steal from the city with those inflated salaries.

He must have between 12-15 years in grade as a Sgt. He may not be a Rhodes Scholar, but I would rate him better than 60% of the Sergeants out there.

Holt pulled a # on Paz for accessing the merit system under his credentials and putting himself in for merit. While doing the initiation report Elgin fell asleep, and Paz completed the report with an exoneration which was approved by Elgin.

Paz is a stroke. He had that do nothing team in 003 that raped the city on OT. Holt's days are numbered. Elgin did nothing but sleep in Lt's school and was a commander within 6 months after that. Charlie start launching the fraternity brothers now.

the only people I've ever heard complain about him at vri are the dog asses that only want to sit in a hotel for the tour. all he asks is that you're on your post, or near it, for most of the time. hell, he evens tells you when he's gonna come by to log you. if you can't be there twice a night WHEN HE SAYS HE"S COMING BY, then you are the reason this program will be cancelled. I admit I don't work for him every day and I've only worked for him twice at vri, but he wasn't that bad.
