Police Shooting, Resultant Suicide
And of course, the usual bad actors are blaming the police for doing a good job:
- A man died Thursday afternoon after being shot at by police officers during a chase on the Northwest Side — but police say the man most likely shot himself. The deadly encounter began as a traffic stop about 12:30 p.m. near the 6000 block of West Wellington Avenue in Belmont Cragin, Chicago police said.
A man stepped out of a vehicle occupied by a woman and children and “began exhibiting characteristics of an armed person” and started running, according to a police statement and department spokesman Anthony [Google-me]. Officers chased him on foot for a short distance and then saw him with a handgun, police said in the statement.
An officer fired shots, but police were unsure if the shots hit the man, police said. Police said, “it appears the man suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head,” according to their preliminary findings.
Then things got entertaining:
- Juan Ocon, who said he was the victim's brother, said the man's kids were in the car during the time of the traffic stop.
"I don't know the situation but since they were pursuing him with his kids in the car, what kind of police is this? Endangering the kids, even if he was armed or not. What's wrong with these cops?" he asked.
The press conference was quite the trip. Juan took over the microphones and proved beyond any shadow of a doubt that his brother got all the brains of the family....and spread them all over Wellington Avenue. A couple things for Juan:
- Your brother was driving like an asshole, attracting the attention of the police. They didn't pick him out of the blue;
- He ran from the scene, away from his kids - abandoning them in the street. What kind of father did he used to be? Besides an asshole we mean;
- He's carrying a gun around in the car with his kids without benefit of an FOID card or a Concealed Carry License. That says to us "previous convictions."
What's wrong with these people? Why did Juan allow his brother to carry a gun around, without any sort of permit or license, driving like Dave Savini with his kids in the car?

He's allowed to provide statements of involved officers firing into a vehicle with the female and children inside. Where is Cato to put an end to this madness? Police have zero authority.

Heard on WLS news radio report this afternoon. The propaganda reporter stated police said it appeared to be a self inflicted gunshot, he went on to say medical examiner disputes this.
Leftist media is doing all they can to destroy our country. Probably in mourning at the death of Soleimani too, with the flags at half-mast.
