Sgt. A. Thompson is a meritorious Sgt. that was given a position that he obviously couldn't handle. Sgt. Thompson was suppose to be dumped from the Unit for that pushing incident but his Guy Commander Kimble undermined the Deputy's authority to dump him based on a Federal Investigation. So instead, Kimble called his college buddy Superintendent Johnson to keep Sgt. Thompson in the Unit. So now Sgt. Thompson sits in a office all day along with his team not doing anything or walks the hallways acting like he's the shit.
Commander Kimble made the announcement in a Sgt's meeting that Sgt. Thompson will be a Task Force Sgt again once the smoke clears. Well now that Commander Kimble's Frat brother is gone and is on a not for hire list that will never happen. Just Like Commander Kimble is also covering up for Task Force Sgt. J. Hamilton, one of the many girlfriend's of his frat brother, who is also caught up in shit. Both Sgt. A. Thompson and Sgt. J. Hamilton ironically are meritorious and they should be out of the unit or it clearly shows the new regime is like the old one and its business as usual. And Speaking of caught up in shit, Commander Kimble's latest CPD department email he sent out to Unit 189 about an available HIDTA position. Well Commander Kimble you clearly violated so many rules by your comments and you obviously think you are an untouchable king. Remember Transparency Kimble! Well, that department email will not go unnoticed by the right people and you will learn from referring to officers under your command as "Slugs".

Prior to investigating a sergeant most IAD Investigators first call around and find out if the sergeant is connected and who the sergeant is connected to,etc. You’d be surprised to find out the number of hands and outside influences are involved in an investigation involving the clouted. No one wants the name tarnished and no one wants to ruin the chance of a future meritoriously promotion. Thanks for bringing this to the carpet, but the investigation will get squashed.

Now, this is one of the biggest BS statements that I have ever heard. Everyone is investigated. But, those who have clout are then treated differently. The investigation goes to the front office and from there can be buried. Many sergeants and lieutenants have been lagged in the past, those with no influence. I spent a little time with IAD and saw what happened.
I remember once that Kevin Johnson was furious that a officers niece car was impounded for weed back in the day. He went to the PO and ordered him to get that car out of pound. The PO didn’t do it and got dumped from the tact team. Eddie covered up all of Kevin Johnson BS and to keep KJ around is like having a flower with venom sitting on your desk

like that failed playwright Adam Schiff. So he likes the
crime stuff and writes a book called "I was Al Capone's
Accountant." Anyway, Malinoski 'steals' stuff from the
police business, mixes them into the story here and there.
The Accountant goes off the rails, develops a gambling
habit, and starts to steal from Al. Problem is, Al controls

CW, BJ, IS, JH (the female type) and whoever that female Hispanic Sgt is, who’s never spent any time in the unit, or a tact team for that fact, comes right to the unit and goes right to the Task Force because her husbands a gang Lt. Narcotics has become a laughing stock with failed leadership. Say what you will about Narcotics being a spot to hide people, and I won’t argue that fact, but their are some heavy lifters there who still work. The problem in Narcotics is, the dog asses who are put there to be hidden, are the ones who get the spots on Task Forces, and get away with being the pieces of shit that they are. If you’re reading this, and you’re in the unit, and can’t write a warrant, pen, coh, or tracker, then you’re the problem! As for the leadership, watch the above listed dog ass Sgt’s and their teams be given cake spots with limited responsibilities and never have to answer for their inactivities while everyone else humps their asses off. Kimble killed narcotics.

Just look at the emails that Kimbull sends. The most entertaining are the ones sent on Sunday morning at 3am with a ton of errors in grammar. Don't forget that he refused to accept any merit packages from anyone. He stated that he already knows who does what and doesn't need anyone's request or input. He has definitely killed the unit. If you were not in the unit for the last 4 or 5 commanders then you have nothing to compare it to.
If another Officer or supervisor attacks you take it and fall down call 911 need an ambulance go on IOD and file a lawsuit sign a complaint!

That's nothing, Sgt. Beltran from the controversial marine unit was using a pick-up truck for his own personal use for about 7 months without filling out an extended vehicle use request/report and while illegally parking it under LSD near Grand Ave. every night , and it was tagged on January 17, 2019 with CPDK spray painted in black letters on the driver side window and door. This pompous ass of a human being drove the vandalized vehicle into the marine unit and unknown to him a photo was taken of the vehicle without his knowledge. He asked a P.O. who has since retired to see if he could remove the paint before anyone saw it which the P.O. did. So this idiot failed to make a proper report on the damage and issue an officer safety alert for the area in which this occurred along with several other rules and regulations that were violated. This is only one of his many fuck-ups over his questionable career in law enforcement. The funny part is that IAD, COPA , Chief Carter and the Commander of 018 were all made aware of this incident and not a single thing has been mentioned and this idiot continues his duties with wreckless abandon ! You bigshots with the scrambled eggs on your visors need to start policing your idiot supervisors !!!
