The Police Board has not announced the three finalists for police superintendent. These three will then have to be called in for interviews with the board and with the mayor. They are getting a higher kill ratio because they are getting more practice. But no, they aren't going to the range to practice. As soon as Timmie and Kimmie let them out from last nights shooting without bond nor bail, they just start shooting at other victims the next day. Practice makes perfect and Dude is getting a lot of practice on the streets.
