House Arrestee Murderer

  • A man on house arrest for carrying a gun without a license allegedly shot and killed a 15-year-old boy who lived across the street from his Lawndale home, Cook County prosecutors say.

Dequawn Little, 21, was allegedly close enough to his electronic monitoring box, located in the dining room of the house, that he didn’t trigger a violation, according to a bond proffer prepared by the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.
So let us get this straight:
  • arrested on a gun charge
  • granted electronic monitoring
  • gets another gun while on monitoring
  • goes outside, fires gun, kills juvenile
  • all without triggering any sort of alarm
Great system you got there Toni, Crimesha, Dart and Evans. Seems to be working fantastically!

Why are there not massive layoffs of Cook County Employees?Start with the shutdown Court System.Hundreds of Judges,Assistant States Attorneys,Public Defenders,Court Clerks, and Court Sheriffs are getting paid to do nothing. There is no court except Bond Court so they are not necessary for a few months. How about the Cook County Jail? They have knocked down a few buildings and are releasing 75% of the prisoners so why is it necessary to pay all of these Jail Guards???Why are CPS Teachers being paid to stay at home? The schools are closed till probably November at the earliest. Why are they being retained and paid? The CTA army? Why are they running empty trains and buses and having hundreds of employees sitting in the Bus Barns playing cards?Needless to say there is massive fiscal mismanagement going on here. And keep in mind that the CPS and CTA are receiving over a Half of a BILLION Dollars in Federal Stimulus Funds while many families are trying to figure out how they are going to pay their rents and mortgages.

Don't worry that was the Herat ion 2 home confinement monitor. The generation 3 home confinement monitor works better, and it's coincidently owned by a Saudi Arabian company represented by Vanecko/lightfoot.

I kinda'like the way the system worked this time. One banger offs an aspiring banger. One dead, one goes to prison. Neat, clean, easy. Too bad all the monitoring doesn't end with this result.

Was Mr. Ltitle a FELON with a Gun? If not a FELON he should have been released. If a FELON a high bond should have been the case or if on parole back in jail for parole a
Violation. But if not a FELON than the electronic monitoring was justified.

The way our ‘media’ will revise the story is that they’ll applaud Mr. Little for sheltering in place, observing social distancing practices, congratulate him on his ‘newfound appreciation for excessive hand washing’ and how remorseful he was when his new gun ‘accidentally’ went off. The fifteen year old will be lionized as an ‘A plus’ student who was sitting at his study desk going over his advanced calculus and waiting for his HS school to reopen so that he can ace his finals and get an early acceptance to 10 Ivy League law schools.

Watching recently live on the west end of the double oh eighth district the teachers are having a parade school after school aspirating through the neighborhood to show the children that they can wave at them as all the children are required to come out on the sidewalk so the teachers can drive by keep the horns and say we really miss you what a slap in the face to the taxpayers we’re not working we’re making our full salary and benefits and we’re going to have a parade as your parents were standing out there with you many don’t even have jobs anymore! They definitely need to be laid off all the administrators all the fat cats political connections making all that money, just like the city clerks office the city treasurer the mayors office City Hall is closed their offices are all closed why are they still being given full pay for one with the bullshit excuse working from home! The city of New York laid off a price me 50% of the workforce forget our mayor who don’t give a shit about anything but herself and the clown people she surrounds herself with just let them get full pay and benefits!

When our property taxes come do and we have to pay them for these do-nothing lazy overpaid clowns shows how ridiculous this is they have no work to do produce nothing except take incredible amounts of cash!

These individuals who most likely have already been in contact with someone who has or had the virus while in custody are now out and about wondering the streets. Oh by the way ... two of Tom Dart’s former inmates were murdered in separate incidents in Area South last week. Never mind Tom you’re a genius. Thanks for your service.

These officers have families and yes they are still outnumbered at lest 48-1 . I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t want to be in that situation. I wonder what your numbers are? Typical wannabe tough guy that wouldn’t stand a chance in there without your protective equipment. . So think before you type. Better yet if your numbers are low maybe you should be at home watching your police shows. SLUG !!!

Where’s the eyewitness news report on Channel 7 ABC News? Oh I forgot, ABC is owned by Disney.

Some good news there.
Disney is in SERIOUS financial trouble.
All of their amusement parks are closed. As are their hotels. About 78,000 workers laid off. And they recently expanded into cruise lines. All idled.

A short time ago Disney bought ESPN. But there are no sports to broadcast.

As for movies and other content, there is nothing being produced. So their movie support companies like Pixar and Industrial Light and Magic are idle.

And advertisers have pulled back.

About 4/14/2020 12:47:00 AM

You called for the layoffs of court deputys since there are no court sessions and for the jail deputys to also be laid off since the county knocked down a building or two. You made this statement at the end of your comment "And keep in mind that the CPS and CTA are receiving over a Half of a BILLION Dollars in Federal Stimulus Funds while many families are trying to figure out how they are going to pay their rents and mortgages." So which is it?? You want us to keep our jobs,to have the ability to pay our bills and put food on the table or do you want us in the breadline hoping for a handout??
That's some selfish shit right there! Here's a little insight for ya. 1. The jail BEFORE this pandemic kicked off was ALREADY understaffed regardless of a building being knocked down. Divs 1 and 4 were closed down and those officers were moved into active buildings and guess what?! STILL understaffed.
2. The court deputys were moved to the jail to help with the shortage especially with close to 200 officers on Covid. Officers are pulling 16 hrs 5 days a week since this all started, it will be a matter of time until we lose them also.
So tell us again since you're a great leader in these trying times, what do we do?? Stay employed during a pandemic and feed our families or hit the 290 off ramp and sell flowers hoping for a handout??

Government jobs are the biggest money waster in the whole economic system. Vast majority of government employees would not survive in the private sector. There will be government cuts when this is all over. Can't raise taxes any more or more taxpayers will leave the itsy and state then what are you going to do, raise taxes on your welfare buddies?

It is a violation of the Federal Gun Control Act of 1968 for anyone who has ever been convicted of any felony by any Federal or State Court to possess any firearm or ammunition therefor. The US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois could have brought Federal charges.

On another note: Did this Criminal maintain proper social distancing in the shooting? There are two ways to measure social distance in this situation: (1) Person (Shooter) to Person (Victim), or, alternatively, (2) Muzzle ( of Shooter’s weapon) to Victim. Examples follow: (A) Shooter is standing 6 feet from Victim, but Shooter, firing one handed, extends arm fully towards Victim, so the muzzle is within 6 feet; (B) Shooter is 5 standing 6 feet from Victim, but Shooter, again firing one handed, fires from the hip, and maintains the proper 6 foot distance. For multiple shots or if the Shooter is in movement ( either running or a vehicle drive by) we can either use the closest shot fired or we can use the average distance of the Shooter to determine if proper social distance was maintained throughout the crime. The next matter is whether there should be an enhanced penalty for violating social distance guidelines in the commission of a crime.
