After five were killed and forty-four wounded, steps are being taken:
- not sure if it has been mentioned yet but cpic is making a daily call to the districts asking for intel about parties, 46 people shot in a weekend and you worry about a party
As far as we can tell, only five of the forty-four were at a party, so this seems like yet another misdirection play.

But I thought there is a “stay at home order” for the state. This pandemic is just getting worse. Ask Toni prickwink. I was getting them covid alert daily. It was complete bullshit. What parameter is being used to define an “essential workers.” Every job is essential. Essential to the economy, that business, and that worker’s family. And if first responders, health industry, etc... are so essential, why the fuck aren’t we getting paid more? Seems a great majority of essential workers are considered blue collar, but yet the blue collar worker gets looked down upon. They hate us and think less of us. Not just because we are the police, but because they believe we aren’t in their class. This is, and has been for sometime, a modern day caste system. But this caste system is made to hold the good taxpayers and people down. While the rich, and most criminals, do as they wish with a different set of ideal, norms, and legal repercussions.
The only thing we have to fall back in is the constitution. Do not let the leftist blur your vision, integrity, or principles, to the point you are used at their expense (much like the brown shirts in Germany). They are pushing and pushing. Do not let them turn you. And they are going to continue to use the police to enforce their “government mandate” which is nothing more than an order. Until martial law is declared, or legislation passes it, you are not protected legally and you are infringing on people’s rights.
The resilience of the American people will push through this bullshit, but it’s getting harder and harder and taking longer and longer.
The endless shootings have gone pretty much unnoticed by the national media. The house parties in the community during a nationwide lockdown, on the other hand, are being played in cities nationwide. We just picked up left over belongings from two different colleges in two different towns (one the Deep South, the other lower Midwest). The news in those areas was entirely about Chicago. The house parties, the missing First Lady and the tyrant Groot. The spin on those stories is VASTLY different from what we see here on WGN. Lolololololololololol.

I don’t understand how this could have happened, the detectives all have their nice blue uniforms on. Doesn’t the community see all the extra presence!? When are we going to stop ordering everyone, even detectives, into uniform anytime an event arises. I’m not even a detective, and it’s not that it’s an inconvenience, it’s just stupid. The departments plan to stop the corona virus is to have more people wear blue colored shirts. I think everyone should have to wear 2-3 uniform shirts at all times. I push a beat car, I just don’t understand the reasoning behind it. This is what policing has become, instead of actually policing, just change shirt colors to stop crime. The reasoning? They have none, and they’ve run out of ideas.
Governor announced his detailed plan to reopen today. Region where I live is lumped in with party central. I won't be seeing a barber open till next spring. Or right after the November election if Sleepy Joe wins and Rona threat suddenly disappears....
