I also saw it. How did a polite interview between a police officer and a citizen rate so much time in a newscast? And, Matere was really trying to make it a racial incident. Her questions were very inflammatory. I was disgusted.

Why do you FOIA people always want someone else to do it? Have someone do this, have the FOP do that. You fucking do it. And then realize how stupid you are because nothing that happened required an ISR, and there's no such thing as a contact card anymore.
You need to realize some of these “ISR” commenters were in special inside units for years. They have no idea what clearnet is or where to find the ISR application. So trying to explain to them what would require an ISR is pointless. Ohh and contact cards...? WOW. Times have changed and you fools better hope you never have to ride in a beat car again.
I love the Chaos they bring.

In the 70s we used to sit in the district with a mileage log and a phone book and reverse engineer the entire day. We'd go sit outside of Damato's and wait for the pizza to come out of the oven, then ride out to O'Hare and back to get some miles on the clock. Then Italian ice on Taylor. Then nap time. Then Greektown.
