The bad news is that Chicago racked up another five dead and thirty-nine wounded before dinner time Sunday....still six hours to go as of this writing.
And amazingly (or amusingly) after Groot held her disastrous presser in 011, Marquette went up for grabs, racking up nine shootings in a matter of six hours, including five at a house-party that Groot didn't shut down.

At 5/42 as of midnight not even counting not-a-lockdown-Monday morning. I'm sure the red will grow as they take the ones off the ventilators, of which we have thousands to spare. Maybe it would have been a good idea to keep McCormick place open for trade.

This is a good point as I've noticed that all media is "all Covid all the time". It's next to impossible to find out what is happening in the region other than the virus. Grade Brown on number of people shot ,stabbed ,beat with other deadly weapons, not number of Homicides.
Homicides are down thanks to quick response by CPD to shot spotter technology, calls from citizens.
CPD requests CFD paramedics that are able to stabilize victims , get victims to hospitals.
Hospitals ER Doctors ,Nurses are often able to save the victims.
Why aren’t case reports made for every call dispatched by shot spotter , why isn’t neighborhood canvases for firearm evidence , damage caused by bullets . It appears Mayor is forcing CPD to kill crime , violent crime . Shooting a gun within city limits is very dangerous and should be reported .
Can anyone answer this , does Superintendent Brown wear body armor , 9mm pistol , does Mayor LL body guards wear body cameras, tasers ? Body cameras are required equipment for CPD.

Yet, just right upstairs in the Area, they have a sergeant for every three detectives, because they really need that many to make sure the MINS is updated and the A&A's are filled out. Complete waste of manpower.

Being the good officer I am I followed the department no chase orders and he got away. Besides my mask didn't make it past the 10th washing and the CPC had no more masks or gloves to issue, so from here on OT I will be social distancing in my patrol vehicle and confronting no one. Windows up and just crushing around obey every traffic law. Officer needs assistance, to bad he should have not put himself in that position.

I would agree with you except you’re wrong about everything. Homicides are up this year as well as all other VC. Also not sure why you think shot spotter tech prevents murders. Shot spotter works .......after people have been shot.
Might wanna make those homicide teams a little smaller. Oh and put them in different day off groups. Oh and have less of them on days and move them to a late start on 3rd watch. I'm all for homicide dicks but keep in mind the have a clearance rate of under 5 percent.
